Bob,
Thank you for replying to my question.
You know what would make my Christmas and New Year's (even if we don't get paid by 1-01-11?)...
Would be for an affirmative to just the one question.. (and Briwad mentioned it in his post already)..
Why couldn't you or one of the plaintiffs ask Mr. Hodges the simple question.. "Mr Hodges, have you personally seen or have personal knowledge of what is in the packets?"
I think the answer to this question.. if the answer is YES.. would alleviate much of the negative speculation (at least it would for me)..
I think after all the missed deadlines.. that is the least we could ask for.. just some clarification that what is being said has a little more MEAT to it..
Imo there is a big difference between speculating or taking somebody elses word for a Trust or Packet earmarked for shareholders and having personal knowledge of one..
I don't mean to beat the dead horse.. (and this will be my last post on this issue at least during this Christmas Holiday).. but making the statement that was made (about receiving packets by Christmas) leads to some high expectations.. if we are left completely empty handed again.. then putting SOMETHING in that "empty hand" in the form of just a little reassurance could go a long way.
Thank you again for replying to my message.. and even though I might seem to be a shareholder who is constantly pressing for answers (lately).. I really do appreciate the effort you make on behalf of the shareholders.
Merry Christmas Bob.
