There are so many who always want to do something about our situation well here is their chance to get serious. I guess now we will see if they really mean business or are just talking

I'm sure almost every shareholder in this company wants action. Since so many people already lost a bundle of money in this venture, I'm sure most will be hesitant into putting any more money into this thing..And unfortunately money is the key in getting action, at this point.

Can some one answer a question for me. I took possession of my stock cert. on 2-23-06. I'm I suppose to fax a copy to someone or agency to verify that it was legal. Thanks for the info if you can let me know what is going on with this mess. I just signed up for this board and have not been following what hasbeen happening with CMKM Diamonds, Inc.

I dont see any action to be taken to get our money back.
Tyler is holding all the information needed to take action.. and most people are already sued and tied up in lawsuits.

Hurd was probably the last one.. that got paid and settled.

and no, there is nothing good going on.. at all.
this scam is over.
