What do UC, EK and KW have in common?

Please review the documents at the following URL. I'm not sure where they originated from... but, they have been passed around on this board via PM. I think it's time they became public knowledge.

IMO, it's clear that Emerson Koch is way more involved than he's let on publicly. And, it's clear to me that the SEC knows way more than they are telling.
Anderson Cooper of CNN likes to say & "Keeping them honest;". To that I would add... Keeping the heat on!
With that in mind, here's my letter to Special Agents Brian Bressman and Charyn Aldred.

I’m not sure where these documents came from; but, based on these documents, we can conclude the following:
It’s very apparent the SEC knows way more than they are telling in their complaint. Again, not a lot of what they did put into their complaint adds up, in my opinion. Some of these issues have been addressed in my previous emails; but, for example, why doesn’t the complaint include Emerson Koch and Roger Glenn? Why doesn’t the SEC’s Complaint include the companies that actually cleared the 622 Billion “Unregistered” Shares”? Why does the SEC’s complaint only address 259 Billion of the 622 Billion Unregistered Shares introduced into the market. And, finally, why aren’t the 70 plus brokers and market makers who sold those unregistered shares, via the OTCBB, addressed within the SEC’s complaint?
With regards to the information contained in these documents, we also want to know why SEC Attorney Leslie Hakala and Judge Brenda Murphy have sought to cover this information up. Either Urban Casavant was trying to protect the mineral claims he was acquiring – and protect his company’s assets from various asset raids; or, he was working in concert with Mr. Koch to hide the assets for himself and his partners.
Regardless, the complaint never mentions CMKM Diamond’s mineral rights. The mineral rights are critical, as they are the reason we all invested in this company. They are the reason so many CMKM Diamonds shares were sold. And, in my opinion, the SEC should have sought to keep those claims secure for the benefit of CMKX shareholders.

I’m not sure where these documents came from; but, based on these documents, we can conclude the following:
• From Roger Glenn’s Deposition to the SEC, it’s clear that Roger Glenn felt UC was getting claims and holding them through his JVs and subsidiaries.
• We also now have evidence that Emerson Koch received a lot of money (nearly $6 million) and that he and his family also received a huge number of CMKX shares (>48 Billion).
• The documents indicate that at least some of the funds given to Emerson Koch were set aside in a Trust Fund registered to Emerson’s 101047025 Saskatchewan LTD. company, Trust Number No. 00295-001, Account No. 1100-158.
• From these documents, including Roger Glenn’s deposition, we can only speculate that Mr. Koch’s involvement was to protect or hide some of CMKM Diamond’s original mineral claims.
• We also have evidence again that Kevin West, then CEO of CMKM Diamonds, agreed to a loan, in the amount of $4 million, from Urban Casavant, as Trustee of funds held by Emerson Koch.
• From this evidence, we can only assume it was Urban’s intention to use the trust fund to finance CMKM Diamond’s continued operations, after he stepped down in January 2007, and turned the company’s day to day operations over to Kevin West.
It’s very apparent the SEC knows way more than they are telling in their complaint. Again, not a lot of what they did put into their complaint adds up, in my opinion.
