A: Is this real? Just asking because of the whole 'via world reports' thing.
-and-
B: Does anyone ever think that Al's letter's read like those spam messages you get about the Zimbabwe relative needing an account to drop the money in?
Second question has nothing to do with anything, just I think that when I start reading them. I guess it is the wording he uses sometimes.

I have previously been advised that you had given specific written authorization of these transfers and confirmed the same verbally just this week.

Confirmed verbally with whom? You would think if it was the President, that he wouldn't still be faxing him messages. But who knows at this point?

The Paymaster is Lindell Bonney, it was mentioned in a previous letter to the White House. This is all speculation on my part; however, it seems that Hodges is relying entirely on the word of the Paymaster. And as we all know, this particular paymaster has been accused in the past of providing excuse after excuse for each delay in the release of funds. It appears that the paymaster is acting as a go between which concerns me. While that very well may be the role of paymaster, I would think that Hodges would want to speak with those calling the shots directly. However, this does confirm the basis for the 'paid this weekend' rumors. I wonder what the excuse will be Tuesday, cause there will be one! IMO Briwadd Briwadd, I would like to put the items you keep addressing to bed once and for all. I do not believe you are sleeping with the enemy. You conveyed you are genuinely concerned and have expressed what most shareholders are currently tossing and turning about on the various forums. Each one of us has a threshold on how much of the information presented is enough to convince us that what we have is a dream come true and not just a reoccurring nightmare. There is a lot at stake for both the opposition and the Shareholders. Please do not underestimate the dangers of releasing detailed information on public forums. The information made public so far is just the tip of the iceberg. The results of releasing detailed information can be either titanic or gigantic depending on the recipient of the information. The strategic advantages we have are the truth, the facts, and the evidence to back up our claims. The disadvantages we have are the ones responsible for the drifting situation the Shareholders experienced over the years, will do whatever they can to obstruct justice including implementing dishonest measures, distorting the facts, and illegally suppressing the evidence. The opposition is desperate and aware they are sailing through treacherous waters and are in survival mode. This is not the time to remove the element of surprise by the releasing detailed information that could allow the opposition to take evasive actions. Attorney Hodges, in his 40 years of law, has the knowledge and the experiences as an attorney, as an arbitrator, and as a judge. Attorney Hodges is quite capable, experienced, and has successfully represented cases as high as The Supreme Court. R. Bhollenegg,
In reply to your post to Briwadd....I thought we were way past this intrigue part of this undertaking and ready to get paid.. Seems these concerns should be a thing of the past if all that is being conveyed to us is true...
This is where the confusion and angst sets in for us all.. Certainly Attorney Hodges can understand that..
Telling the shareholders that ER is imminent is not the same as still fighting the enemy.. Somewhere along the way the story, to me, is getting tangled..
Thanks...

Goodolboy,
I believe you're correct. Much of this will remain secret.
BHollenegg,
One point of clarification to your explanation regarding "how the government can pay $3.87 T"...they aren't. I know you know this but it seems worth repeating. These funds are those collected already from those who broke the laws by selling counterfeit shares. The money came from them, not the government. It was being held in trust BY the government, but didn't originate FROM the government. At least that's my understanding of the Bivens. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Wolf,
Apparently there are issues that we all think ought to be "things of the past" but it is too easy to make armchair judgements based on insufficient understanding of the fact. Clearly, one believes Hodges knows what he is doing or not. One thing irrefutable; the man has several years head-start on this legal battle and hopefully is closer to the end rather than a beginning. I suppose we could hire our own individual counsel and start anew...but THAT would simply add more years to a wait.

While I may not have a huge stake in CMKX, I am sure I have more than the average shareholder. Obviously my biggest concern is the Lindell Bonney connection. Al seems to be relying solely on his word. This is a 3.87 TRILLION dollar law suit, the largest in mankinds history. You would think that Al would drop a few hundred bucks and catch the next plane to Richmond. When the paymaster walks into the bank Tuesday, Al should be by his side. IMO If you say the information released is the tip of the iceberg, I will take you at your word and set back and cross my fingers for this upcoming week. Based on everything I am reading, Tuesday should be the day. Thanks Briwadd

Port,
I am merely seeking tangible proof, a document, that the trust exists and is set aside for us..
To the people this offends, I apologize, but I deem this necessary for my own sanity..The effort must be made. Who knows if I will be successful, but at least I know I tried.
I am not talking about another legal action.. I am talking about at the very least, putting the majority of us at ease.
I would however, at some point, if need be, consider an action if we are not paid and shareholders would want to unite to get our payment. How could that possibly happen without proof the money is there..
I wouldn't go for it, nor would any right-minded thinking person...
First, I talk to my attorney on Tues..

Based on everything I am reading, Tuesday should be the day. Thanks Briwadd Just out of curiousity how did you get Tuesday? Based on everything Hodges has indicated, the paymaster was to complete transfers last week. According to the paymaster, Obama wanted the funds held through the holiday weekend. That brings us to Tuesday to either get economic receipt or receive the next excuse as to why payment will be delayed. If things continue as normal, we will receive another excuse. ____________________________________________________ • The Paymaster authority has, at the direction of the Pentagon, London, et al., been present in the Bank in Richmond every day this week to complete the transfers. • This morning he was advised by “both sides” that each desired this matter to be concluded as soon as possible and that he should be available to enter the bank to consummate the transfers. • AS OF 6:00 P, EDT, THE PAYMASTER AUTHORITY PERSONALLY ADVISED ME THAT YOU PERSONALLY, MR PRESIDENT, WANTED AND HAD DIRECTED THAT THESE FUNDS BE HELD THROUGHOUT THE COMING HOLIDAY WEEKEND. World Reports: The information conveyed to us by Mr Hodges derived from the Gold Badge Signatory confirmed that Obama picked up the phone and GAVE ORDERS IN HIS PERSONAL CAPACITY for the Bank of America, Richmond et al. to STOP the release payouts, making Mr Obama PERSONALLY LIABLE – ostensibly until the first of June (Tuesday)

How much more can we seriosly take on this? At this point i would honestly prefer for AH to put out all the information and yell from the hill top and put the crooks in jail even if it meant that we didn't get paid. If they are not going to pay us them screw them!
