That is a lot of agencies that have to sign off. Could take some time since only the DOJ has so far that we have been told.
The task force is composed of senior-level officials from the following federal departments, agencies and offices:
Department of Justice; Department of the Treasury; Department of Commerce; Department of Labor; Department of Housing and Urban Development; Department of Education; Department of Homeland Security; Securities and Exchange Commission; Commodity Futures Trading Commission; Federal Trade Commission; Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System; Federal Housing Finance Agency; Office of Thrift Supervision; Office of the Comptroller of the Currency; Small Business Administration; Federal Bureau of Investigation; Social Security Administration; Internal Revenue Service, Criminal Investigations; Financial Crimes Enforcement Network; United States Marshals Service; United States Postal Inspection Service; United States Secret Service; United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement; relevant Offices of Inspectors General and related Federal entities, including the Office of the Inspector General for the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board and the Office of the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program; and such other executive branch departments, agencies, or offices as the President may, from time to time designate or that the Attorney General may invite.,

imo...This should be the most talked about thread on this board. Now we have the sec acknowledging a trust (from the mtd court hearing) and the doj acknowledging a sting through this bulletin.. 120,000 victims harmed according to this bulletin. 50,000 of the 120,000 being cmkx shareholders. Or maybe there are 120,000 cmkx shareholders....hmmmmmm

COMPARE THIS: 12/06/10 Today, the Financial Fraud Enforcement Task Force announced the conclusion of Operation Broken Trust, the largest investment fraud sweep ever conducted in the U.S. Operation Broken Trust focused on scams directly targeting individual investors, rather than long-term complex corporate fraud matters.
WITH THIS: "Robert Maheu agreed that these defendants [SEC] should control the distribution time for the funds after they determined the 'sting operation' goals had been fulfilled."
Discuss...

I would like the old 100's please. It seems that the new 100's they printed have issues. They are going to have to go through all 1.1 billion they printed.. d*mn, someone is going to have REALLY sore fingers... You think it may have been intentional to stall for the release of the gold certificates?? hehe D4E
