Deltadon30228, The judge issued a court order today saying there is no ER trust and if there was a ER trust the CMKX shareholders are not entitled to the money and now people are saying the defense attorney said the ER trust is a private trust? Bjenkins, You obviously missed my post a few days ago. If there was proof of the Trust now it wouldn't have been dismissed would it? NOTHING will see the light of day for the bad guys who paid into the trust, why is that so hard to grasp? This was played out the way it was not just because it's part of the plan but it was part of the agreement with Maheu and the bad guys. The same reason AL didn't put anything damaging in the compliant. Why are some making this harder than it is. Bjenkins, who said it would happen between this fall and early 2011? I'm cool with you not reading my posts or agreeing with me, but I have put so much info out there over the last several years that if you would have connected them you wouldn't be seeing this from a negative light. Please party it up with the rest, you've earned it. You can wait for the packet to hit your doorstep before you party, that's cool, but let the others who feel confident enjoy their victory tonight. GAME OVER! Money is about to flow and not to just CMKX. I've said all along this if far bigger than CMKX. The plan is coming to fruition. NOW! The SEC lawyer said the SEC would take the case to the SC if needed.....the SEC lawyer said this was a private trust fund and does not involve the SEC AH just reviewed what he had previously argued in his submission....he argues that this is not a typical Bevins case AH said that 2 SC judges visited Obama to keep him up to date......The Joint Chiefs of Staff are now in control of all world fund payments outside the court AH did say that if he was a betting man, we would be paid by Christmas |
