Bob while I appreciate your words, they are only words, Al and the plaintiff told us all Al was not goig to court on Aug. 2nd, it wouldn't be necessary. Bob this was never ever suppose to go past Feb. 15th by law. Of course all these dates mean nothing really.
Now you told everyone and chucky told everyone and the pump team told everyone the packages were already out, but that is not true at all or this wouldn't have happened:

Tramp posted that the plaintiffs were sent a copy of this and the appeal would be filed if this is not over, well bob it is not over then like you and everyone said. The shareholders emotions have been played one more time, one too many, well a hundred too many. Now we wait for the inevitable appeal, which we all know will happen, and not only that Al has until the end of Jan now to appeal, draggin this out.
Melvin will be right, which says more than anything the plaintiffs said in the last year of hell we have been put through, it says this whole thing is a joke.
I hope I am wrong but the facts are the facts, we have been lied to for years, and the last year has felt like the six years before all rolled into one.
When this goes past today what will you say about the supreme court ruling, why would Al even have to think about filing an appeal if that supreme court directive was real.

we have been told the fight is over, nobody is stopping this, it is all done, has to be before year end, was suppose to be done by thanksgiving, suppose to be done by christmas, suppose to be done by jan. 1st, it was suppose to be done jan. 1st when they had the codes that didn't work, it was suppose to be done feb 15th for sure, by tax day, now Al might have to appeal after he already supposedly had a supreme court directive to get this done.
MC didn't have his money last I heard, who really knows if we are tied to that but Al says yes we are tied to world settlements which nobody can prove exists, kevin can't be found, the supreme court directive can't be found, the opposition just laughs at our lines in the sand, but we are suppose to be happy sitting here waiting to see if we get er or packages for the thousandth time, while Al puts out he may appeal, and we all know what happens when the worst case scenerio is presented in cmkx, it happens, even when they say there is no chance at all, it always happens.
I never thought they would cross this line but I am now bracing myself for the worst, and Bob you can't blame anyone for that or questioning wtf is going on here, it is past ridiculous now if this doesn't end TODAY. I have already got calls with the words next week in them, lets hope that doesn't happen after what you and others have posted as of late. It would not be far, and even an appeal would not be fair after what you have posted lately.
Sorry for being negative but it is cmkx and they don't care about the shareholders of this stock that is clear, those that run this gig that is, we have never been the top priority.
And please no replies about kicking sand in anyone's face as that clearly is not what I am doing, it would be kicking sand in all shareholders faces if Al even has to appeal in my opinion. Everyone should be questioning what is going on right now imo and it should be welcomed if there is no issues to hide. It is time for closure right now.

Nobody said Jeannie or Samantha were blinking or wiggling their noses to get packages to us. Give it a couple days. I don't know if it's happening, but be realistic about things. If you think you are frustrated, think how Bob must feel. He has to wait the same as you, but he doesn't afford himself the luxury of whining and blaming others. If next week passes, do what you need to do.

IF packages were sent out yesterday afternoon, it is entirely possible (and probable) they missed the "Thursday Out" time frame and will not get processed till today, then it will take at least a couple of days to get them delivered. I don't recall anyone saying they were overnighted, only that they were sent out.
All we can do is wait. Mid next week we should know a lot more, imo.

Thank you Gus! Sometimes it's hard to accept the truth especially when the truth is not good.
This last round of rumors are just plain "sick". Why do people feel the need to emotional abuse the cmkx shareholders over and over again? That is the million dollar question that needs to be answered.
Btw, before I was banned from the millionaires board for calling Chucky out he pm'd me that if no money by Jan 1st, 2011, he will not care what people say because he will not be back.

If these rumors are false, that PLUS the "paid by Christmas"
scandal = pretty much the worse
treatment of shareholders yet, AND DURING THE HOLIDAYS!!!!
There comes a time when the, "It was what it was when I said it" doesn't
fly anymore.
Wolfie, Gus & Mike, OPERATION SCORCHED GURU may be needed after all to
clean this planet of the guru infestation.

Tramp says "this is a back up" in case things don't happen, (deliveries ).
I believe the plan is to appeal. The deliveries rumors is probably designed to nurse us along.
I think we'll get delivery rumors throughout the month of January.

If this packet rumour turns out to be just that (and I'm feeling it is), next gurus that will take over from PJ, Bob and Chucky better look out.

Report to Mod - Link to Post - Back to Top Logged the first case clearly did not frighten the government in the least, and the case was dismissed with prejudice. the government isn't going to be frightened by this appeal either. until there's one shred of proof provided for AH's claims, this all means nothing. the government is obviously not phased by allegations. and the BS rumors continue to string shareholders along.  |
