(By Dennis Brack -- Bloomberg News) www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/08/17/AR2008081702014_Comments.html By Christopher Twarowski Washington Post Staff Writer Monday, August 18, 2008; Page D01 When the Securities and Exchange Commission issued an emergency order last month protecting the stocks of the country's largest financial institutions against a form of short selling, three businessmen saw an opportunity. Harvey Pitt, SEC chairman from 2001 to 2003 and chief executive of District-based global consulting firm Kalorama Partners, teamed up with John Tabacco, chief executive of LocateStock.com, and Tom Ronk, the chief executive of Buyins.net, to launch RegSHO.com. "It is a very serious problem, and it has led to a whole host of additional problems in the marketplace," Pitt said. "It's definitely a vehicle that has and can be used by those who effectively want to push the price of the stock down and do it rapidly." www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/08/17/AR2008081702014.html?hpid=sec-business

Starlight DIAMOND JEDI WARLORD Re: Frankie.....Frankie, the Wall Fly.....are you « Reply #44 Today at 1:04am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dearest Swather, So you think that those who got caught in the sting are just giving everyone the finger... Really.... So where is your proof of no payment... And do you really think that O'Quinn and his legal team would be working since Nov. 13, 2001 on a case for EagleTech if they thought there was not a chance of their getting paid... Come on....O'Quinn is a multi-billionaire and you know as well as I do that attorneys do not like to work for free... and they would not have worked as hard and as long as they have if they were not convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt that there was substantial money for their client as well as their entire legal team...!!! And ditto for our legal and corporate team, too...!!! Think about it...!!! Starlight millionaires.proboards86.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=21605&page=3

john3339 DIAMOND JEDI WARLORD Re: It's Been A Pleasure (Acca related posts) « Reply #4840 Yesterday at 6:11pm » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hmmm... thinking back now, could it be that all of those FAQing questions that couldn't be answered because it might provide the enemy with valuable information, be talking about us shareholders? Could it be they chose not to answer certain questions so as to not give US valuable information in potential lawsuits We might have against THEM? There also may be another point too. Does it necessariloy insulate the tyler boys from litigation simply by rolling everything into another company? I sorta doubt it. "A rose by any other name..." About the only way they could insulate themselves from losing MONEY would be to declare a bankruptcy. But I don't think they can run from a lawsuit, just by rolling everything into a new corporation. It would just mean the name changes on the complaint. (it would also make them look guilty as sin, running from a law suit.) If they are indeed considering a reverse merge, or a reverse split, or any other action that would further damage us shareholders, I should think there'd be plenty of interest in a class action at the very least. It would seem to me, that if these rumors are true, the tyler boys are playing a very dangerous game...and one in which I can't see how in the world they expect to prevail. The Task Force counter showed the shareholder base owning 3/4th of the authorized shares. I can't see how they have the legal right to do much of anything already! Misappropriation, malfeasance...extortion if they try to force the shareholders to go along under threat of a RS or a RM. I would suggest everyone keep their eyes open to what petitions are filed with the Texas SOS. As things transpire around us, they may try to sneak another one past us. imo john millionaires.proboards86.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=19007&page=243

Though the eye glasses and the ball cap are different, when you compare the right ear on each photo they do appear to be a match both in size, shape and appearance. Also, when you compare the "smile line" on the right cheek of his face starting just to the right of his nostril and dropping down to just right and slightly below the right corner of his mouth they too appear to be a match. Though this is JMHO, I'd say there is a 95% likelihood that both photos are of UC. Again, JMHO. Later, Catdaddy
