did someone say ''SOON" ? dictionary definition by Funk and Wagnalls: "Soon" does not imply any particular date, time, decade, century, or millennia in the past, present, and certainly not the future*. "Soon" shall make no contract or warranty between the space time continuium and the end user. "Soon" will arrive some day, Soon does guarantee that "soon" will be here before the end of time.... Maybe. Do not make plans based on "soon" as Funk and Wagnalls will not be liable for any misuse, use, or even casual glancing at "soon." Ah, so in other words, "soon" is a vague euphemism used to plaqate the receivers and create the belief that the sender has confidence that "soon" is just around the corner? Basically, it's what our parents said to us, as we said to our kids when the question "when are we gonna be there?" arose during major cross country treks is station wagons. The answer was almost always "soon!" Never was it "five minutes," or "two hours". Of course we didn't have GPS either. We relied on maps and our parent's ability to not miss that left turn at Albuquerque... Mike

For many keeping the dream alive is critical for ones self denial to keep peace within themselves. The very reason they couldn't be objective on the bs rumors coming from these guru's for the past 10 yrs. It's their choice to venture down this path, and for some are protected in other guarded and moderated forums. Although I have moved on with life and hope one day I will get a knock at the door, I do wish everyone whatever they want to do with their lives health, success, and happiness.

i'm going to guess the cost to send new certificates out to all shareholders will run on average about $20 per shareholder. (printing new certificates, handling, postage and profit)
that means it could run anywhere from $600,000 to $1.2 million to send out new certificates.
it makes more sense to keep them in electronic form at the TA, although i can imagine there will be some shareholders screaming for a paper copy, if paper is even used anymore.
Sorry Cratz but there are only about 5000 or so share holders of record. The cost would be much less. And for the $20 we can pay for our own transition. D4E

D4E That's really weird, I said that when we first began the AG action. In fact it is probably less than 5000. The rest are fictitious developed by Uncle Sam et al. The latter cannot be confirmed, rather, will not be confirmed by any government agency we came in contact with. Mike
