My REAL motive? Good grief. I am confident in the team's info. I am living in that "reality" and sharing my thoughts as they come in response to the posts I read. I am preparing for the $7.40 and as a "lone voice" I feel my posts deserve to be here. I'm not joining the negative choir because I think we are going to be paid.I will not be silent.I will not agree with the doubt and I see little value in the moaning and groaning. All the learning I am doing can be used no matter what happens here.I don't see much growth from Maheu and I don't much growth from many on the boards.IMO Maheu and many here have wasted valuable time while waiting for our payday.Peter Maheu you old dog it's never too late to learn a new trick or two. You are not a lone voice.
Call me crazy too, but I'm also in your camp.
I have recently listened again to the last Acca Paltalk session from Sept. 27, 2013 and still hear what I heard back then. (And what you have stated you also heard.)
A calm and collected Acca; who was extremely well versed in what he was presenting to us.
Acca knows this saga inside and out, just like he always did.
I believe he's in direct contact with those at the top of the food chain in this CMKX saga and has set in on several meetings with those involved with trying to finalize this deal.
I also believe he was sent in by the team that night to prepare us for our payday; which I still believe was set for the end of last October.
Acca was very sincere that night.
He answered 90% of the questions thrown to him and was extremely consistent in what he was saying and the figures he discussed.
I agree with everyone who says we have not seen one shred of evidence to support that there is or that there ever was any monies set aside for us.
My guess is that we never will or this would open up a can of worms that would allow many other companies to follow our lead. (I also believe that the agreement being worked on and/or the final settlement does not allow for any transparency at all as to who all was involved in this saga.)
This fight has been over far more than 5 cents a share.
If we were fighting over 5 cents a share, I believe this saga would have been over long ago.
It surely wouldn't have taken over 8-10 years and counting.
I still believe that the shorts got sucked into a classic Mahue maneuver and got caught with their pants "totally" down.
Think about it, who would continue to play this thing out and send Acca in with all of this detailed information preparing us for for a payday nearly 10 years after the fact.
Listen to the Paltalk session again.
Acca truly believed what he was delivering to us.
Could he have been misled? Sure he could have.
But my gut still tells me that he has a direct line to Peter Mahue, Don Stocklein, etc. and we are close to getting paid.
Even though the $7.40 per share is totally unbelievable, it's believable in my mind if the crooks thought they were invincible and CMKX truly has the goods. (Remember; "The Perfect Storm"!)
An astronomical amount per share is the only way to teach them a lesson. (5 cents a share wouldn't do it.)
I just hope that we are the lucky benefactors!
Time will tell.

PS: I forgot to add that I also believe Bob Hollenegg when he stated the following concerning Al Hodges in his most recent posts:

Attorney Hodges is under strict instruction not to communicate concerning the Funds. There are no 'hide and seek' games as suggested by some .. . I know it is not copacetic waiting with no further information or guidance. It will happen when it does. Hopefully not much longer. All the best.
Thank you,

Attorney Hodges contacted me, as he always has. Those who feel Attorney Hodges "abandoned, failed, or gave up".. I can assure you that these words are not even part of his vocabulary or has ever been an option in the case of CMKX . Attorney Hodges continues to pursue what is right and what is just for the shareholders. Attorney Hodges feels today just as strong about the shareholders being compensated as the day he came on board. Silence will be broken when it's time. It is complicated and above my level. I will wait and provide what I can when I can. Attorney Hodges and the CMKX Shareholders have my full support, admiration, and appreciation. You make me proud.
Thank you,
BHollenegg
