Thank You So Much Des! IMO the .40 pps is the real deal and it's coming fast. HH

Way before Hodges ever showed up on the scene, or had anything to say about cmkx, it was Acca from the beginning explaining the team.. cert pull proving nss.. payment and so on.
Maheu was announced some time jan/February 2005. Acca first came in jan 2005.
Read the Stoecklein depo with sec. Black on white. 2006 Its always been everything acca has always talked about.
In the silence before this recent Acca coming out.. I posted many times.. no matter what happens.. due to tptb.. I know what is the truth to me and the most important thing in this story. Our cert pull. People that worked to even made it possible to have our cert pull, how they set it up, what they fought to have it possible, what it proved, and what the intention is to have as the final result for the shareholders. Those telling us to forget all that, that it was nothing, to not look into it, to not ask questions, to not have expectations, to not put weight and importance in our collective huge effort.. are not the speakers of the truth I hold the most important and the only thing that mattered and still matters to potential shareholders benefit.

John Martin of the OG thought UC was being extorted and had to play the game
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ RB#2186208 cmkxinfoBOMB
SEPT 2005: FROM JOHN MARTIN OF THE OWNERS GROUP, THIS INCLUDED BILL FRIZZELL, KEVIN WEST, AND MARK FAULK, AMONG OTHERS:
"Several years ago, some seriously evil people took advantage of Urban Casavant. Evidently, UC bought a dirty shell when he formed CMKI. That means there was very fine print, which would cause him many problems in the future: Problems that forced him to pay extortionists along the way, i.e. a dilution agreement and toxic financing. We feel, and hopefully will not be proved wrong, that UC is not the mastermind who diluted this stock. We believe it was done to keep up with the agreements in the contract. We assume UC put the claims in the 025 company for the purpose of keeping them safe. We do not think UC did this to keep them from the shareholders. Bill and I are in the process of investigating the extortionists. We think they deserve to pay for what they have done. They are present in dozens of other companies, and are doing the same thing to them. Their day is almost over!! We believe that once they are out of the way, UC will then be able to do the right thing and do whatever he must to give his shareholders their due."
I asked her if Peter Maheu is on our side and she said he absolutely is...and a good guy. She asked me to tell you that she has not been on the boards for 3 years and 2 months because of death threats and attempts on her life which is why she has not been answering messages. She warns that there are some very bad people on these boards and in Paltalk and some know about the hit on her life. Luckily she has help. She said that a 26 page letter will be released if anything happens to her. Stay safe !!
Not the first time that we were made aware of threats........I believe this was one of the threats that the Company received from some nut job !! I also think it was a page in Mark Faulk's book ....."The Naked Truth – Investing in the Stock Play of a Lifetime”.
.. lol, way to hold onto your sense of humor. 12 hours ago Big-rick. said:I for one am ready to cash my check from CMKM Diamonds. >40 cents per Acca share, 7.40 per AL Hodges, or the latest 5 bucks per share via Micheal Contell 'gift it forward'. Heck, If you take AH 7.40 - minus MC 5.00 - minus the 40 cents. That is still 2 bucks a share. I'll take my 2 bucks a share now. Thanks you will not regret it TPTB.
Millie - I don't think Runningrich meant the money in the TRUST is worth $10/share. I think he meant the current COMPANY value. He talks about mining and core samples. It's always been my belief that the current company has absolutely nothing to do with the trust funds. They are IMO two separate issues. I also believe that, if the "new" company starts trading and we are allowed to keep our shares, there will be a huge reverse split (even though SK stated that won't happen). My guess would be a 1-for-10,000 reverse split which would mean we would have 100 shares for every million we now have.
Hopefully, we'll find all the answers to our questions "soon".
My thoughts: if a deal had been made and that money was put into trust, then that deal would have been based on the value of the company at that time and the potential value as well had we traded fair and square on the market. So, the loss of trading would also have been incorporated into our value when all valuation was considered. It was damages as well. Just my opinion, but if I was Maheu I would have gone into a meeting and told them "look, this is where we should be on the market, and this is what we hold, so we should be worth X amount per share" That is what I believe the trust is about.........imho
16 hours ago desperado2100 said:IMO (and it's MO ONLY) the Team can never FORCE the government's hand in the traditional sense. However, everyone seems to forget the Official Posting made approximately 2 years ago called the "Constructive Receipt". Some of you should have saved a copy of it??? If you Goggle the "named" type of document, you'll see in very simplistic terms that such a Legal Document is utilized and executed between two parties wherein interest or penalty funds are growing, based on some situation, and one of the parties wants the funds to Quit Growing or Multiplying. In this case it was initiated (by the Government) to cease the accumulation of ever-growing "penalty" funds, earmarked for CMKX SH's, for the harm done to them for failing in making a timely payment. When these documents are drawn, INTEREST Ceases and STOPS GROWING... but, the PROMISE TO PAY (by a specific date) is the trade-off. That document isn't going away... AND is why (IMO) our team was confident our payday was imminent... yet the government failed (again) to keep it's bargain, in spite of executing said document, whether later on they decided it was/wasn't a good idea. As the next (approximately) 2-years went by, the threat of this Legal Document has hung over the government... and I think there's no way out for them to wiggle-out of what the agreement was that they made. "Perhaps" our Team is cutting them extra slack due to the current economic conditions of our country and the U.S. Treasury shortfall??? "Maybe" cooperation (to a degree) is the better part of valor... I don't know... which is why I chose to be a Warrior instead of a Politician??? In my world (and mind), I'd be drawing the "Line in the Sand", regardless of the outcome or calamity it could (possibly) create. Guess that's why I'm not in charge... hahahahhaahhah! Just something else that "may" give you "food for thought" to dwell on for awhile, and understand why there "might" be a reason for the delays we've experienced and that the Team needs to find a way to overcome??? ~ Des +
a few examples of 'Constructive Receipt' www.investopedia.com/terms/c/constructive-receipt.aspDEFINITION of 'Constructive Receipt' A tax term mandating that a taxpayer is liable for income, which has not been physically received, but has been credited to the taxpayer's account or otherwise becomes available for him or her to draw upon in the future. Constructive receipt of income prevents taxpayers from deferring tax on income or compensation they have not yet utilized or spent. www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/26/1.451-2... (b) Examples of constructive receipt. Amounts payable with respect to interest coupons which have matured and are payable but which have not been cashed are constructively received in the taxable year during which the coupons mature, unless it can be shown that there are no funds available for payment of the interest during such year. Dividends on corporate stock are constructively received when unqualifiedly made subject to the demand of the shareholder. However, if a dividend is declared payable on December 31 and the corporation followed its usual practice of paying the dividends by checks mailed so that the shareholders would not receive them until January of the following year, such dividends are not considered to have been constructively received in December. Generally, the amount of dividends or interest credited on savings bank deposits or to shareholders of organizations such as building and loan associations or cooperative banks is income to the depositors or shareholders for the taxable year when credited. However, if any portion of such dividends or interest is not subject to withdrawal at the time credited, such portion is not constructively received and does not constitute income to the depositor or shareholder until the taxable year in which the portion first may be withdrawn. Accordingly, if, under a bonus or forfeiture plan, a portion of the dividends or interest is accumulated and may not be withdrawn until the maturity of the plan, the crediting of such portion to the account of the shareholder or depositor does not constitute constructive receipt. In this case, such credited portion is income to the depositor or shareholder in the year in which the plan matures. However, in the case of certain deposits made after December 31, 1970, in banks, domestic building and loan associations, and similar financial institutions, the ratable inclusion rules of section 1232(a)(3) apply. See § 1.1232-3A. Accrued interest on unwithdrawn insurance policy dividends is gross income to the taxpayer for the first taxable year during which such interest may be withdrawn by him. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constructive_receiptFor federal income tax purposes, the doctrine of constructive receipt is used to determine when a cash-basis taxpayer has received gross income.[1] A taxpayer is subject to tax in the current year if he or she has unfettered control in determining when items of income will or should be paid.[2] Unlike actual receipt, constructive receipt does not require physical possession of the item of income in question. Hi Des, and thank you for your input about the "Constructive Receipt", but are you bringing this forward now because you sense that the Govt. is not going to give the shareholders the .40 a share in the time frame that Acca spoke about to the shareholders about a month ago? ... Thanks
