e362, Doesn't seem like AL HODGES has locked up shop, bolted the doors and/or thrown away the key..... I don't see where AL Hodges has stated, there is No money, No hope, It's over, Go home, we're done or anything that even remotely resembles those statements. IMO....AL HODGES has in fact left the door open...... To each their own.... Take it or Leave it ...... If you are ONLY talking about the "Bivens Suit" then yes I agree the SUPREME COURT ( not Mr Hodges) has slammed the door on the SUIT. Just sayin' SINGLE Al Hodges is a messenger, he's waiting like us. This update transpires agreements. And, strange for a lawmen, there are inaccuracies . This is my personal opinion.

All the heavy believers and cheerleaders said the end game was to have this in the supreme court to be heard and forced back to the courts for trial, they shot that down. So what in your eyes have we won? As for AH not shutting down shop, I never said he did, yet nor does he state that he is continuing on either in his statement. Heres a question for you, IF we are waiting on this asset backed system that maheu was part of, why would he have collected money from all these people from a non asset backed system if it was so important? Just a random thought.

e362 It was AH that told the shareholders 'We won' , and HE clearly states $$$$ in his update. It was not I who said it?? When or if the day should ever come that I find money in my bank account or a check in my mailbox, .... I will then tell you "We Won" and just what it was that we won. I merely commented on the way I interpreted AL's update......IMO... HE left the door wide open.... you disagreed. The crux of the matter is MONEY, payout, ROI...... Did Al's update change that?? There proved to be little difference in this update than all the ones before??
And your question would be better answered by someone who knows.... perhaps an email to AH?

The only change in this UP-DATE is----> Global Currency Reset. Don't remember seeing that in other Up-Dates. Also, he didn't put in anything about ER in the new Up-Date... Whatever, whatever..

Ok - so Global Central Banking system - solves the interest rate issues , with this 1024bit system. Interest rates are no longer the elites manipulating scheme...ok I get that , revaluing the currencies around the world ...ok I get that, all these things need to happen, but how do you do a reset? Do we all wake-up one morning with more or less money in our bank account, that will be an interesting day !!!!
I can believe in all the things being said above RV,WGS, Asset Backed Currency, Reset ...but the day of the reset ...how exactly will that work?

The RV and the WGS and the Asset Backed Currency Reset has nothing to do with the CMKX money release period.

The only change in this UP-DATE is----> Global Currency Reset. Don't remember seeing that in other Up-Dates. Also, he didn't put in anything about ER in the new Up-Date... Whatever, whatever.. I suggest focusing on issues outside of CMKX for greater understanding when it comes to WGS and GCR. That has helped provide me an understanding that these ideas are indeed plausible, if not accurately stated. Sen. Tom Coburn mentions... "For years our global competitors have been trying to find ways to move away from a financial system called Bretton Woods that puts the U.S. dollar at the center of the global economy. In 1944, as WW2 was still raging, delegates from the forty-four allied nations met in Bretton Woods, NH, to set monetary policy for the post-war era. The delegates decided each country would establish the U.S. dollar as the world's reserve currency, thereby tying its currency to the U.S. dollar. This policy continues to this day." But if you read the journals (papers) you can see the world is pressing to move away from this. Recently China and Australia struck deals independent of our dollar. Coburn further cites, " If we experience a debt crisis, Bretton Woods would likely be undone and the value of the dollar would fall even further." We see that happening as well--its as though some of this stuff is ripped from our headlines, but painted differently than terms such as WGS and GCR...at least in public circles perhaps. As a country, we've passed the tipping point. Our debt is beyond average comprehension, we're hemorrhaging jobs. If we refuse to reduce the debts (as seems to be happening) we could see a rise in inflation which could lead to debasement. And if our country goes down this path the rest of the world might not let us get too far because it decreases the value of the Treasury bills they hold. I'm not suggesting I know we're tied to these things (as shareholders)...but I am suggesting that increasing our understanding outside of the chat boards helps to compartmentalize the context of some statements better and the plausibility rises. Only time will tell, but the need to eliminate derivatives, reduce/manage debt and revalue currencies world-wide on something tangible rather than fiat is substantiated.
