Seems someone/someones are once again interested in the update from AH.Active Users In The Past 24 Hours 5 Staff Members, 56 Members, 3,133 Guests, 10 Invisible Users Amazing that some (usually the same repeats) decide to open a clearly identified update & who it is from .......only to once again, complain about it. Gezzzz.... bypass the post already. Why continue to beat what YOU consider a "dead horse" ?? I may not (and never have) agreed with everything Al Hodges includes in his posts..... but I surely am thankful for any chance , as slim as it may seem, to end this saga in favor of the shareholders. No one knows what is happening or has happened behind the scenes. Remember...... self professed know-it-alls have been publicly smacked down, by insiders, more than once. What's to lose??... as Al Hodges has asked the shareholders for nothing. Thanks for the update Al. Maybe, just maybe we can fight "City Hall". SINGLE Thanx for this single... especially your opening comment... "Amazing that some (usually the same repeats) decide to open a clearly identified update & who it is from .......only to once again, complain about it. Gezzzz.... bypass the post already. Why continue to beat what YOU consider a "dead horse" ?? " It is a constant source of irritation to me, but I would imagine that AT LEAST SOME of them do it for that precise reason... to irritate others. I guess that's the only way some can deal with the frustration/anger/fear, etc that comes with this territory... kinda like "I feel miserable, so everybody that is "similarly situated" should feel miserable"... just my 2 cents...

Can all you people give Al a break, he is doing the best he can with whatever he is being told, I am just as sick and tired of all this as the rest of you. Can we just maybe think that there is a slight chance that Al might be correct? Hopefully I don't get any repercussions from the mods about this post but really Manny? How long has he said it was going to be over? When was the "If I were a betting man" post? I'm not saying to take shots at him but I can say being skeptical is the least we could do at this point. (Another way to ease the pain getting hopes up and to be let down again) Although Al is much more respectable and believable to me, right now his messages are not much better than a post from Acca. Neither have been right so far and have only let people down. Cess "Repercussions from the mods" are not forthcoming just because you voice an opinion. It comes when the board rules of respect and decency are violated... so you're fine. Ed

Let's be honest everyone...if you are here reading this board, it is because you believe there is a chance for a positive outcome. If you believe there is no chance for a positive outcome, yet you still tune in to see the latest, your pathetic. I have spewed my share of negativity, but the only reason I come back is because I understand one simple fact...and that is I don't have a clue what is going on. I feel I have done my share of DD...and probably most than many of you. And while I have not been able to prove a trust exist, I have not been able to prove a trust doesn't exist. What I have discovered over the past couple years is that there are many people in the same boat as us...so, I was not surprised to see that Hodges has picked up a few clients on his journey. And at the end of the day, if this turns out to be one big scam, Hodges is not the perpetrator, but a victim like you and I. Briwadd Briwadd, I will second that...... Well said..... Good points, all. One pointing out what they perceive as flaws in another person’s posted opinion can only be for one reason, to irritate others. Not that repeatedly pointing this out about “some” is beating a dead horse, or a source of irritation… Myself, I prefer to beat a dead horse because they stay there and take it. Every horse of mine takes off after the first whack and refuses to pay attention to me. Probably a good thing too because 1200 pound of irritation is not pretty… I’m just glad I’m fine voicing my opinion… Uh, as a victim, that is. Now, did I lose my marbles, or did I never really have them? I forget. ;D ;D ;D Mike

Unfortunately, Mike, those irritating horses are interspersed with some very desirable company...

Unfortunately, Mike, those irritating horses are interspersed with some very desirable company... Ah, good. I was concerned about the "irritated" horses, not the irritating horses. But, now that you mention it, I do have some irritating horses interspersed with the desirable ones. It's probably best that way since a heterogenous mix is always better than homogenous mix. Unless, of course, the goal is world dominance. But, as an Irishman, they pretty much figured out how to keep us out of that role with ethylene hydroxide. So, here I am in the wonderful world of CMKXdom! It's analogous to Southwest Airline's philosophy where everyone flies first class... ;D Happy New Year, Ed. Mike

Timothy Geithner for example has been arrested more than four times??? Eric, Al often throws in half of the crap in every message intentionally....so that his messages won't be sent to DOJ/SEC/FBI/Queen of England, Obama....,etc...by shareholders!

That wouldn't surprise me either MBC...but I think Ponders is also unaware that an unofficial opinion update by a non-authoritative private person about a delisted, destitute company's potential is hardly something of interest to law enforcement agencies. In order for anything said to be actionable there must be a law against what is being done, and that the allegations/investigation prove all elements that make up the events can be proven. Otherwise I'm sure Mr Hodges expressions are protected under the First Amendment. In short, it's just another intimidation run employed by an individual who consistently displays more hot-headedness rather than level-headedness...and I'd not be surprised if his reports usually end up filed somewhere between "annoying habitual complainants" and "UFO sightings". C-Dub Doesn't BH do that as well? What, with all the case numbers he has sported... Mike
