I would rather sneak up on a cheetah and smack it in the head and see if I can out run it than sit through a CMKX webinar! ...if it is not already done for us it NEVER will be!...Are we waiting on the world to change?
Sorry SK but that is the way I feel...does not matter who the CEO is! ...it makes me ill to think of basic business as usual with CMKX after all that has come and gone!
Do I have my bonafide cert...YES! ...Do I still think the story is not over?...YES! ...Am I a cultist?...NO! ...Am I lost in the dream?...NO!
Do I think that all the peeps in CMKX that still hang around, including those that support SK, think there is more to this than what SK says?...YES no matter what they say out loud and in writing or they wouldn't be around...PERIOD!

Well, I'll tell you one thing. SK certainly is persistent. Despite the poor attendance and the seemingly lack of interest (by the majority of the shareholders) in what is happening ... or I guess I should really say, What is NOT happening, in regards to the company, he keeps trudging on. It remains to be seen just who will actually benefit from this persistence. For years, the shareholders have had to watch as others stuffed their pockets, while telling the shareholders to MYOB.
Will this time be any different?? <shrugs shoulders> SINGLE

SK is cooler today and he's still talking about oil/gas business.....but we need a lot of money! Right now we have no money.....zero money.... That's boring and no one wanted to hear all the negative stuff....

we learned tonight: 1. Our lawyer in Nevada was caught in a scam and got 5 years in Jail (one of them the other lawyers were caught by surprise) 2. We need money to buy oil well 3. We wait for Wells Fargo case result on April 1, keep looking at the web site
So good luck.....

The guy talks for hours, there is little substance, but a lot of if we have this much we can do this much, and if we have this we can do that. So far we have nothing but we are going to do something as soon as nothing becomes something. April Fool's day is our next appointment date to keep an eye out for the Wells Fargo court ruling I believe. So, if we get something we can do something. Seem that oil is something we can do, if we get some money. That about sums up what I heard last night. Just cannot standing the q/a as it seems to cycle through the same old thing. Yes, no, yes, no, I can't talk about that. That's my summary of last night. I might have missed a few uhs and ands sorry. My recollection.
PS: I say we (shareholders) but mean the company.

I went to the website to verify the rumor about attorney in Vegas. NOTHING Then I noticed that the last document posted there was 8/1/2012 and the last Update was 6/25/2010 The Webinar meetings are current - - - - Do things said in a webinar carry the same force of law ( regarding corporate issues ) and meet the standards of the company by-laws ? Are the by-laws even filed as part of the corporation in TX and do they meet those guidelines. The taskforce indicated the Company was private just as it was disbanded. We are now being guided as shareholders based on those who can or will attend a paltalk meeting which makes everything said second hand which would better be described as RUMOR. - - - - Back to the corporate website; This is the only thing you can count on as a private company shareholder at this time. The "new by-laws" are posted on website , but not filed at TXsos ( last I checked ) Most states require that;it's possible TX doesn't.
This isn't an opinion as much as it is an observation ! portrush Administrator Posts: 12,846 14 hours ago I'm not an attorney, but it seems that corporate communication in writing trumps verbal. The only way around that, perhaps, would be if someone is making an MP3 of the discussion and even then it would seem to me the argument could be made that it isn't really the person it sounds like. There is no video any longer. As for the by-laws, yes they are said to be filed in TX and apparently meet those guidelines. I believe TX SOS documentation has been posted by shareholders in the past. Regardless, until there is a BOD the shareholder voice is basically immaterial as the CEO holds ALL power to do with the company as he chooses. Perhaps only those with voting shares could make a difference and that would seemingly take legal maneuvering to do so. pr

Whatever happened to the Company moving forward without waiting on "hopes and dreams", of monies, that could possibly come from any lawsuit?? Any progress moving forward?? Seems all positive thinking of this happening has been "abandoned thoughts" by SK as reality sinks in.

Whatever happened to the Company moving forward without waiting on "hopes and dreams", of monies, that could possibly come from any lawsuit?? Any progress moving forward?? Seems all positive thinking of this happening has been "abandoned thoughts" by SK as reality sinks in. SINGLE Perhaps the truth is coming out, perpetrators and their accomplices are withdrawing as they're now realizing they can't hide behind the 1st Amendment after all. It's really weird. Just as you can't yell fire in a theater or bomb on an airplane, you can't tell 50,000 people a pack of lies even if you do not know they are lies. So, in essence, the daisy chain pumpers whether they are the primary source or just worker bee/ believers, it is the same crime. People were expecting instant gratification from the AH action and the FBI interviews. The AGs and the FBI told us we would not know anything until people were indicted and brought to trial. SK may have suddenly realized the connections, the backing, and the stream have dried up. Now what? Mike
