Eljay passed away today
I just got word that he was very very tired and lay down to get some rest, but did not awaken.
Which is exactly what Jimbo did when he passed...

Sad to hear !! Although I did not know of Eljay...... I am sure there are many who have lurked in the background all these years. Many loyal followers, who were simply hoping for the best & hoping for closure. May His Family and Friends recieve the strength, they need, to get through this sad and trying time. They will be in my Thoughts and Prayers.... RIP Eljay SINGLE

A little about "ElJay".....fr the Golden Thumb

A longtime member of this Board passed away today. His name is (Little) John Midkiff - "ELJAY" on this Board. He was one of the finest men I have ever had the privilege to know.
He was a Navy Vet, a deep-water diver/welder, heavy construction worker, a true "Mountain Man" and a dear, true and close friend. He was a devoted practitioner of Transcendental Meditation, as taught by His Holiness, The Maharishi Mahesh Yogi for the better part of 43 years.
His health has been failing for quite sometime due to damage done to his heart valves during his time ocean diving.
He will be missed by family and friends. It's a shame he could not see this investment to fruition. Perhaps, none of us shall ever have that promise filled. For he, I'm sure he's a great deal more happy tonight than he was this morning.

His last post on this Board was but 18 hours ago. Here it is, for what it may mean to any of us..............
"I begin to fear more and more, like Faust, we made our deal with the devil.
In exchange for payment, we agreed to anonymity for the bad guys. For them it has been years of business as usual, for us it has been years of privation, illness, and death, loss of family and loved ones, loss of homes and assets, etc.
They were to have two years to settle up which came and went. Now I see no incentive to pay. The government obviously does not want to cough up the F&P, and the trustees are making seriously big bucks for their role and have no incentive to end this nightmare.
Something must change, and I pray it is soon, too many of us are missing already.
ELJAY"

ELJAY" Dear Eljay, Another fellow shareholder I have not met. I hope you can read this from the great beyond. You are still part of our story/cmkx family, and hopefully you have the answers we certainly don't down here. I don't think we will ever get answers, and it does not look or feel that we will ever be paid .. no matter of our departure time. I think you were right with your assessment.
