The Government has filed a non-oppositon to the Motion. Defendant Turino has filed a motion indicating he has no objection to a continuance to a date in 2014, but objects to a continuance to the spring of 2015. Mr. Leventhal and Mr. Yampolsky, on behalf of their clients, state they have no objection to the motion. Ms. Newman updates the Court on the status of extradition proceedings as to Defendant Edwards and advises the Court there may be a request for a severance and the need for two trials. The Court and counsel confer and all counsel agree to file a Stipulation to Continue the Trial Date to 1/6/2015 with calendar call set on 12/31/2014. The Court instructs Ms. Newman to prepare and circulate the stipulation. Based on counsel's stipulation to continue the trial, IT IS ORDERED 234 Defendant Gutierrez' Motion to Continue Trial is DENIED as moot. 236 Defendant Dvorak's Joinder to Motion to Continue Trial is GRANTED.
