Good morning
To All CMKM Shareholders:
The court hearing in CMKM vs. Wells Fargo Bank that was scheduled for today, October 6, 2014 has been rescheduled for October 28, 2014. Judge Scann is expected to rule on the latest Motion to Dismiss filed by Wells Fargo.
As previously stated, the filing of our Fourth Amended Complaint against Wells Fargo was essentially the same as starting our case from scratch, so we can expect another round of delays and efforts from Wells Fargo to kill our case. The facts and the law clearly support our case, and if justice prevails then we will ultimately prevail. However, court cases do not always go as expected, so cautious optimism is indicated.
I will post an update on this important hearing as soon as the results are known. Thank you and God bless.
Steve Kirkpatrick

Thanks for bringing the information Capten. No surprise here..... CMKX suits have been riddled with delays. Seems they are aiming to continue the delays until there is no one left who would remember what the cases are about or wth a "CMKX shareholder" was?? <sigh>

We do not see the background, but it has to do with this www.justice.gov/usao/nv/programs_caseupdate_cmkm.htmlUS v. John Edwards et al (CMKM) The public is reminded that an indictment contains only charges and is not evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent and are entitled to a fair trial at which the government has the burden of proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Defendants: John Edwards, Jeffrey Turino, Urban Casavant, Nickolaj Vissokovsky, Melissa Spooner, Helen Bagley, Jeffrey Mitchell, Brian Dvorak, Ginger Gutierrez, James Kinney August 13, 2014 All CMKM Shareholders:http://www.cmkmdiamondsinc.com/ John Edwards, former CMKM insider and defendant in a criminal case brought forward by the USDOJ, has finally been extradited to the US and is in custody. Edwards is scheduled to stand trial on January 16, 2015, along with several other defendants. Edwards’ extradition is a major breakthrough for CMKM in many ways, and increases the likelihood that justice will finally be served in some way for the wrongs done to CMKM Shareholders long ago. Thanks are due to the USDOJ for its determination in finally getting Edwards extradited. We also owe a debt of gratitude to a small group of loyal CMKM Shareholders that have been instrumental in the process by exerting subtle pressure and providing assistance to the DOJ all along. We can all look forward to the criminal trial early next year. Steve Kirkpatrick Capten

Well then I have to wonder, how is it Mr. Edwards was certainly of sound mind when he decided to allegedly do his bad deeds, yet when he is accosted, suddenly he is off to California for a mental checkup?
