I find it odd that two people not talking to each other to work through issues that affect many people, communicate to the same people, through the same media, about the same problems. If I were a CEO This would be an issue for me. SK it is rumored has threathened lawsuits against certain shareholder that cause trouble. Certainly AH updates more than qualify. SK must not need the money his shares command not to help resolve what AH is claiming. SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT !
Makes you wonder if it might be in AH first sentence !
Oh I don't find it odd, not at all. The company has always had an arm's length approach to AH. Polite, but distanced. SK is the first to make any kind of public comment that could be construed as insulting, but let's be honest...he's fighting a battle against one of the world's largest banking institutions and distraction isn't something he's looking for. Seems to be two different tactics to me...one is focused on turning a shell corporation with a boatload of shareholders into something viable, the other has been focused on an initiative said to have impact on the country, if not the world. We've long heard "this isn't about CMKX" or "CMKX is just a tip of the iceberg" when it comes to this adventure...so perhaps one truly has little to do with the other, directly. Today we're sitting right where we were 10+ years ago...waiting for something authoritative and tangible. It's not a matter of "may the best man win," it more a matter of may the shareholders win--thankfully through the efforts of either man or both. IMO anyway. pr

Hey Gabby, stick it in your butt and spin! I can have an opinion, its my constitutional right, or do you not believe in the constitution? This is the same thing we hear every year, the exact same thing. I want him to be right but the only people that have been right around here are the ones that say stuff like "we will be hear next year"...

I don't post much but at least read the boards once/twice a month. Sorry to say Gabby but Squeeze is right. This is the same thing we have heard from Al the last couple years. The only difference I see is that he threw in some Latin and the "New" PTB. I am all for this coming to some sort of a conclusion, but I would bet 10 cows that it wont be this year.

OMG I spelled something wrong, thanks for pointing that out. I sure wont make that mistake again...
It doesn't matter what we HEAR every year, we are still HERE with nothing, after many, many promises from more than a few self appointed gurus. If you Gabby, or anyone else don't like what I have to say then don't read it, its that simple...

Dec 18, 2014 at 10:29pm swather said: AH has his opinion and SK has his opinion............that is about all you can say................AH's opinion has not proven true nor false to date, therefore SK should not get into any discussion about AH's comments and thus the company should have no opinion on AH's statements............
IceCrush Mod Squad 18 hours ago I agree, but then SK shouldn't include the Fryer report on the website, as that was not a company initiative but a shareholder group initiative, nor should SK have made comments about shareholders from different boards. (rumours or scatter brained posters)
I would have liked good business practices adhered to, yet SK has picked and chosen which issues to address showing a bias of opinion.
I also agree with Port, recognizing SK's position on/in all of this.

8-)Yankdawg…Yes..you are 100 percent correct…I find it difficult to deal with some individuals whom I perceive as being disruptive…guess it comes from dealing with bashers on the RB for some years…so I will watch myself in future posts……Merry Christmas

positive people live happy and long lives. negatory ones live short sick lives and die earlier than their 20 yr old dog. i prefer being positive and i wrote al a letter thanking him for continuing his efforts on everyone' behalf. you dont win with not trying. so those cry babies that want to pout and do nothing ''out d*mn spot, out''. i shall continue to support anyone that is 'trying'. feliz navidad

After comparing the two efforts- Al Hodges and SK I am more inclined to support Al. After listening to the last webinar a few key things jumped out at me. After personally speaking with Faulk one thing is consistent w both- they never have answers to why our company is in the SEC OIG report from 2008 or on FINRAs website Rule 905 or the Virginia law journal or ... on and on and on . They just ramble like garble garble I don't know or you have to forget the past and published court documents garble wranble hillbilly slang ....
SK if acting as a private citizen and not a G hired individual as Faulk was- has chosen the oil and gas industry? Really? The commodity that has gone thru a 60% decline in price in six months! And we are dreaming about settlements? How about a oil company in redneck land where cost of production is 20-30% higher than revenue. We may as well sponsor a NASCAR in hillbilly land where I currently am residing. Scamway was the give away that told me the new NHHI is not legit or now Amazon? - again only rednecks and hillbillies buy from that retarded company. They sell products to Denny's and Golden Corral customers that don't like to leave their homes.
This company should be executed like they do to retarded convicts in the sh**ty state of Texas. Sorry to say only chance at $ here are court collected from a possible fair funds or defendants paying to stay our of jail in the Department of Jokers case.- DDDD
