RE: Clark County, NV Court Hearing Update

To All CMKM/NHHI Shareholders:

Another hearing was held yesterday, March 17, 2015 in Clark County, Nevada District Court regarding a large civil judgment obtained by CMKM, domesticated overseas, and now being challenged by the judgment debtor. Progress was made at the hearing, but another hearing has been scheduled for March 24, 2015 to continue untangling the facts and issues in this complex matter. If necessary, a final hearing is pre-scheduled for April 21, 2015.

As we have experienced for many years now and on many fronts, the legal process can be excruciatingly slow and unpredictable. Again, we have no choice but to stay the course and wait for the court to rule on this important matter.

The judgment debtor’s legal team has tried every tactic and maneuver in the book to delay the outcome, confuse the facts, and overturn our judgment. However, our lead counsel Bill Frizzell and our local counsel Jay Shafer have done an excellent job representing the interests of CMKM/NHHI, and we remain optimistic that the judge will rule in our favor.

I will provide an update after the hearing on March 24, 2014. Thank you.

The judge granted our Motion to Compel and gave the debtor three days to turn over evidence. So, yes it is good news but we still have one more hearing on 4/21/15 to get a final ruling. I will post an update on the website today.

So let me try to make sense of what is happening with the company. A final ruling will be granted on 4/21/15..hopefully granting to the company set amount of funds which the defendants must pay at risk of jail/contempt...these funds may then be used by the company to fund a new company such as oil or a conglomerate consisting of Shore Gold.Newmont mining..if Oldepro is correct...someone more versed in this scenario please help me out here...I

Wellllllllllllllllll then they will have to collect on it.. If they didn't freeze the accounts then they will have a hard time collecting. It seems to me that these accounts were frozen for a very long time.. IMO. I could be wrong.
