RE: Thanksgiving Greetings, Webinar #49, New Horizons Energy, LLC
To All CMKM/NHHI Shareholders:
In spite of the turmoil in our world today, we have much to be thankful for. I hope that each of you has a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving filled with good food, family time, rest and relaxation, shopping, football, and other traditional Thanksgiving activities. Take time to reflect on the many blessings bestowed upon us, and give thanks to our Heavenly Father for His goodness.

Interesting, to see the obvious dis-interest in the 11/27 or 11/28 Webinars?? I didn't see anyone but maybe 2 shareholders asking ...what happened ?? or what was said at either ??

Interesting, to see the obvious dis-interest in the 11/27 or 11/28 Webinars?? I didn't see anyone but maybe 2 shareholders asking ...what happened ?? or what was said at either ?? I tried to listen. Very short webinar, impeded by SK’s mic inadvertently cutting in and out, apparently due to the storms in his area that night. It was hard to hear a complete answer—but I managed to get some comments from him as noted below: The company has received thousands of pages of bank records Wells Fargo (most attainting to John Edwards) as they relate to the criminal proceedings. The task is overwhelming to say the least, but the attorneys are working diligently. I think he said something about 86 different bank accounts...but admittedly I didn't hear the whole answer due to the mic issue. He remains optimistic about the collections firm in TX able to recover some of the judgments…as they’re working hard towards attaining such for the company. As they proceed to acquire some of the properties and such from the former insiders, he will be able to share more detail at that time. The large judgment for the Durr case does has some movement. He is still waiting on some final documentation—but there is a final settlement for that. Until everything (paperwork) is complete by the attorneys he can’t release the info…but once complete, he will be able to share the good news there. They’re looking at over 100 pieces of real estate that they’ve identified—some with back taxes that must be paid first before the deeds can be attained on them. During the Q&A I was able to ask if the Durr case produces any revenue whether or not it would be divided among shareholders. I knew the answer to this, but many on the board keep asserting it will be so I asked anyway. SK’s tone changed…its obvious he’s grown tired of addressing the same question—but the answer remains the same. NO. He went on to explain that should the settlement deliver as much as $1mil to the company after all expenses and attorney fees…it still wouldn’t be worthwhile to divide it among 50,000 shareholders worldwide and close the company. He believes applying it to the new direction of NHHI would eventually prove more beneficial for shareholders. He also added that he’s worked for nothing over the last 4 years and that he won’t be doing so moving forward. I didn’t get whether he would be using some of the settlement for deferred compensation, or if he meant he would be paying himself a salary ‘going forward.’ Again…the mic cutting in/out made hearing a complete answer near impossible. I did send him a note afterwards and suggested he consider posting a Q&A document to the company website answering (officially/finally?) some of these same lingering questions being asked by the shareholder base—especially those that perhaps only check-in on the boards once every few months. I know he doesn’t require my advice (haha) and he didn’t respond, so I have no idea as to his response. Other updates include: He has launched the New Horizons Energy website. This is a totally separate entity and is affiliated with CMKM/NHHI only because he manages both. If you’re a shareholder in CMKM/NHHI you’re not a shareholder in NHE. Again he mentioned that a portion of NHE profits will be gifted back to NHHI...I thought I heard 25%, but I wouldn't count on that being accurate. NHE does have one oil prospect that was purchased with SK’s own capital in Eastland County TX…with some wells on it that are being re-worked. The microphone problem was incessant and grew worse, so I bowed out. pr

Thanks for the update, Port. Much appreciated. Surely, any monies being recuperated, that were due to events, of CMKM DIAMONDS/ CMKX, will remain with and for the benefit, of the CMKX shareholders. How long before some of the money will be earmarked, for the promised insurance, to be able to seat the shareholders BOD choices?? ........Remains to be seen. IMO.... Most shareholders would opt for an "Orchestra" rather than a "One Man Band"....... Yeah, I know after the CEO, accountants, lawyers, doctors, Indian chiefs etc. etc. get theirs..... Not much left. As always. So we wait & wait & wait some more..... Like we have a choice?? QuestionsHow many "pots" on the burners now, for Steve Kirkpatrick ?? Does managing multiple entities..... realize multiple salaries?? How do CEO's , who manage, own /and or... are involved in multiple different entities manage to "adequately produce"... to warrant a "fair time" salary for each?? There are only so many hours in a day, week, month & year. I remember one time we were "gifted" Entourage shares......... Lot of good that did the shareholders.

He raised the money John...NHE is well on its way. There are enough significant shareholders (whales, so to speak) in CMKM that can't afford to totally lose their investments that it makes sense to try to spin into something else. (so I've heard...but have no verification of) It does make sense to me. He did mention during this webinar that he personally bought this particular piece, but then again he is the principal of NHE. For all we know the 'opportunity' might have required expedited action. As I recall from previous webinars he mentioned that he might need to move ahead of the formation of NHE (with this purchase) in order to capitalize on the 'deal.' Sounds to me like that is all it was.

Again, if the so called bad guys are holding something from the shareholders, they wouldn't want to pay twice.. So trading again would be a must and the sooner the better.. The ball seems to be moving into someone else's court. Hope we are right Port. JMHO

There appears to be a Deal of sorts made to certain individuals. They have been thrown the "keys to Daddy's T-Bird." In an exchange for keeping the doors open and one 60-watt light bulb burning, they get to pick the bones of what's left of the company. Their reward is to recover and keep the ill-gotten gains of the previous crooked insiders who hid away a quite sizeable fortune. No expense will be spared for collection firms in Texas. This is a simple matter of priorities. Setting up a legitimate BOD (with proper insurance) in an office which provides 2-way communication, accountability, and financials to the SH is not a high priority.
Don't misunderstand, because it is most likely a necessity that the company remains open until this un-resolved mess is actually settled. Just don't shed too many crocodile tears for someone who hasn't been paid a salary in 4 years. A little bird tells me he will be richly rewarded for his troubles.

bigdaddie DIAMOND JEDI MASTER Dec 1, 2015 at 9:59am portrush, drchicostat and 1 more like this. Imagine yourself being SK, you currently own a business that generates over $11 million annually, you have all of the problems running that Company associated with any successful Company, what would prompt you to take over the CEO's job of a defunct, very broke Company like CMKX, with it's 50,000 grumpy shareholders.
What offer would it take for you to take on that gigantic mess, and probably more important......know the offer had to be very, very good, it would also have to come from a very reliable source, you would have to know the promised reimbursement was genuine.
Does make me scratch my head when i consider the possibilities.
