From this update.... ?? huh ?? Formation of NHHI, LLC: Affiliated with CMKM in a sense because of the fact that SK manages both companies. It has a similar set of investors—himself with CMKX investors. In time he believes it will be a benefit to CMKM. I was typing as he was speaking. (and watching Barrett-Jackson!) He may have misspoke, or I may have heard incorrectly...it seemed odd to me as well. If you look at it as CMKM v NHE, then it makes sense. NHE is the new company and its only association to CMKM (Now called NHHI) is the fact that SK manages both. The fact that both are 'new horizons' is confusing to begin with. Such as it is. Regardless, as I understand it... it breaks down pretty easily: 1) CMKM is now called NHHI. It is the new name for the company CMKX shareholders are tied to by way of their certs. Often referred to by SK (and on the company website) as CMKM/NHHI. I assume he keeps the reference to CMKM because of the lawsuits filed under that name. 2) NHE is a new 'private' company. Some people (who also own CMKX) invested new money to be small-time partners in the new venture. (Although 'partner' is just a word picture...not being used in the legal sense in this case) 3) SK manages both NHHI and NHE, hence his reference to him being the only "connection" between the two companies. 4) In the structural make-up of the new NHE...there is a provision that essentially says, if it is profitable at some point then a portion of those profits will be gifted back to NHHI. If it is a LOT of profit, then somehow NHHI could go back to trading, merge with NHE or a sundry of other options at which time (maybe, perhaps, if so and if but) the CMKX shareholders could see a return of (some, all, etc) their original investment. Hope that helps you. If it doesn't, blame the other guy that took notes. pr

Regar Yeah, that is exactly how I thought it to be.... UNTIL The jolt, of the conflicting "WORDS", caused me to question.... HUH?? It has been a long time belief, of mine, that no one involved in this saga is capable of keeping the "story" straight. SEC, DOJ, Other agencies, entities, lawyers, BOD and YES even CEO"s. All alike. Therefore, As already stated to you.... I do not believe that you mis-heard, mis-typed or mis-understood. Hence, "error" not on your part.
