Bumping this thread up(from 2008) on 7/14/14 .... as it does discuss Deli and others, supposedly, involved in the dumping, buying, selling, exchanging, whatever... of the "Deli Shares".



IF true... and I can think of a few others who will stink to the high heavens along with Brewer.
After the infamous "secret meeting".....rumor has been that the "inner circle" dumped, unloaded, (call it what you want) their shares based on info that was not privy to the rest of us shareholders. Now this story seems to fit right in.

Seems this is a hot topic going around the boards..... remember take with a grain of salt,,, as we do with all rumors..... even though

BD, sorry to say, but a pretty strong case has been established showing a group of TOGI investors unloaded their shares into a third market after revocation knowing that those shares would be considered unregistered securities. Additionally, that third market was promoted heavily through these boards with procurement of those unregistered securities through Deli and Ines. You have already spilled the beans stating that Ines attempted to blackmail Frizzell if certain entities did not stop bashing her on the boards. You further misspoke by confirming that the Steven M. Brewer deli was dealing with was the same on associated with TOGI, who also happens to be the one that purchased a coffee company in South America that happens to be promoted on the TOGI website.

Now, I'm going to stop right here with the rest of the information, but suffice it to say I'm pretty certain that an update on the CMKM website will most likely be available soon, and hopefully it will address these concerns. Get your tops out gents... it's time to spin.

I have been surprised about all the recent information coming out about Steven Brewer. I have spoken to several individuals, whom I trust implicitly, over the past few months about this fellow… and therefore I didn’t think he was such a mystery. However, for those who have been asking…. here's some more information to add to the mix...

First, before I begin… all this information is second hand to me. Much of the information is hearsay and can’t be backed up with documentation. (Believe me, I would be the first to try to find the documents to prove these claims) But, I can say that those who shared this information with me have spoken directly with Deli, Steven Brewer, Bill Frizzell and others and they believe this information is factual.

To begin, Steven Brewer has been identified as the person who sold Billions of Shares to Deli. Deli himself has made that claim for some time. Steven Brewer is said to have received the shares from other insiders within CMKX.

The story is, after Deli had no more CMKX Certs to sell from regular shareholders, Steven Brewer approached Deli with more CMKX shares to sell. Ultimately, Billions more shares. Steven Brewer is said to have known all the original CMKX insiders, and all the players in Las Vegas, since he lived there at the time.

Therefore, in affect, Steven Brewer became Deli’s partner... and Bill Frizzell apparently knew all about it. In fact, there are further claims that Bill Frizzell asked Deli to personally send him, as well as to the task force, all the paperwork on all the Certs Deli had received from Steven Brewer, and later sold.

Some people believe Steven Brewer is at least a business associate of Bill Frizzell as they believe they are both original investors in TOGI. And, if Kevin West is/ was in fact a VP at TOGI, he would have then known Steven Brewer too.

I don’t know how that information can be verified; but that claim has been made. Moreover, there are some who believe The Tyler Gang as a whole profited from Steven Brewer’s acquisition and sales of CMKX shares. Again, I don’t know how that claim can be verified… but that is the claim.

Interestingly, Steven Brewer moved to South America, to Nicaragua, right after he sold his shares to Deli. Again, folks who know Deli very well, and who have spoken to Deli about this, provided this information to me months ago. It was no secret.

Also, you may have seen on TOGI’s web site (www.toginet.net) that TOGI is now actually selling coffee from Nicaragua… and one can’t help but wonder if this isn’t Steven Brewer’s newest business venture. (Look in the bottom right corner of the web page.)

Apparently, according to some very early CMKX investors, Steven Brewer also sold some CMKX shares directly to shareholders when he was actively posting on the 66 Proboard. It is also claimed that he gave Bill Frizzell’s name and contact information out as his personal reference at the time. And, I’ve heard the claim that a CMKX shareholder actually called Bill Frizzell to ask about Steven Brewer and his shares; and that Bill Frizzell gave a positive reference. This happened long ago… Still, I've been told that there were several CMKX shareholders listening in on the phone conversation, at the time, who later confirmed the discussion and Bill's positive reference for Steven Brewer.

Some people believe Bill was right in the middle of it… that he knew Deli had received his CMKX Certs from Steven Brewer… and that Bill Frizzell blessed it all. Moreover, they believe Steven Brewer was Bill Frizzell’s friend and business associate at the time, and maybe still to this day… if in fact Steven Brewer was one of the original investors in TOGI.

So, the $64 question that leaves everybody shaking there heads is “why did Steven Brewer go to South America and leave Deli hanging in front of the SEC? And, equally important, why is Bill Frizzell now pretending that he knows nothing about Deli’s relationship with Steven Brewer? Why has Bill Frizzell suggested publicly that Deli somehow has sold shares that may not have been legally recorded and approved by the TA?

Now, perhaps this all is part of the plan… and that is why nobody associated with Tyler talked about it while it was happening. (e.g. Deli being dragged in front of the SEC) And, perhaps that is why KW/ BF now seem more willing to talk about NSS and Existing Assets that will allow us to trade... after they saw how badly shareholders reacted to all the negativity that the Tyler Group had been spewing toward shareholders.

On the other hand, this apparent relationship with Steve Brewer has some people wondering if the Tyler Group has not been completely honest with the CMKX Shareholders.

I have heard that Deli’s view is that BF and Steven Brewer and other members of TOGI may have tried to set Urban Casavant for a fall, and that their goals are not in alignment with those of the CMKX Shareholders. Certainly, assuming this story is essentially correct, Deli would not have much love lost for the Tyler Gang after being brought up in front of the SEC while Steven Brewer disappears to Nicaragua.

When Bill Frizzell talks about bad CMKX Certs (from Deli)... one has to wonder... why hasn’t Bill publicly admitted that he knew all about Deli’s relationship with Steven Brewer, and that Steven Brewer is the source of Deli’s shares…. and why hasn’t BF publicly acknowledged his own business interests and relationship with Steven Brewer?

Other interesting information suddenly has been posted that perhaps there are two Steven Brewers. For example, here is a (recent?) post that I believe was posted in a Paltalk room (It came to me from another source without identification of the source):

Natrby is not apparently a normal poster in that room. Those who were in the room say natrby is close to Tyler and that he is also an Admin on “fishing for diamonds” board. I don’t know… but here you have this new Spin… suddenly there are 2 guys with the same name (Stephen Brewer). Even for me, that is way to convenient to be true, imo. LMOL!

I have to believe Kevin West knows about Steven Brewer too. In a conversation I had with Kevin West last January, Kevin claimed to have gotten involved with CMKX after working for Bill on the Task Force. Yet, we also know KW was a poster who rallied against NSS on the early CMKX Boards. Both KW and BF live in Tyler, Tx; I always wondered what relationship Kevin had with Bill and The Owners Group, Inc. (TOGI/ OG) there too, from before the Task Force. Then, I saw the link to the information I posted in a separate thread earlier today that suggests Kevin was/ and may still be a VP at TOGI.

Since the OG claims to have been formed to help investors find "Clean" companies, free of corruption and NSS influences", that leads me to assume the Tyler Group may very well be part of the Plan. Still, others are not convinced. In the meantime, the Tyler Group themselves say they are not.

Who knows... CMKX is a continuing saga of "twists and turns", lots of speculation, and few conclusive facts.

Deep South dirty loundry bin!

Some have heard of a guy called delihot who was made into devil by Deep South supporters. They said he is a bad bad guy, he was selling bad hotdogs.
They were warning people all the time! Be scared because you may have a bad hotdog. Live in fear because you may have a bad hotdog.
But where did the hot dogs come from?
Well in the beginning people were getting rid of hotdogs they did not want any more but there was an end to that. People did not have any more hotdogs to sell and some others still wanted to buy them.

Somehow delihot came upon a newhotguy who knew a lot of people that had huge supplies of hotdogs, they got them long long ago billions of hot dogs, they were original investors in this hotlinks company and newhotguy said he can arrange the sale as a partner in hotdogbusiness.

At that time there was a lot of scrutiny on hotdogs. Hot dog controllers.
Every hot dog had to have paperwork and go through control process.
But that seemed not to be a problem Friscycontroller assured them, just send in the paperwork. Everybody was on friendly basis, happy, in agreement, hotdog business was good, people got their hotdogs they wanted, friscycontroller got his paperwork. Friscycontroller and newhotguy knew each other from invisible white toga club so that was helpful too.

But something happened in paradise. Dark clouds came upon a sky.
Newhotguy continued his membership at invisible white toga club but decided to move away in search of better weather where there are no dark clouds.
Delihot stayed through the bad weather and dark clouds.
Friscycontroller was no longer friendly and pointed fingers at delihot saying he is to blame for dark clouds and bad hotdogs. Invisible white toga club members jumped at this and started pointing fingers at delihot as well in camaraderie for their members Newhotguy and friscycontroller.
Even more they tried to deny Newhotguy and friscycontroller had any part in this or knew anything about this.
Now Newhotguy made lots of marbles on this and went away to the sunnier lands never to be asked one question about the hot dogs when the dark clouds appeared.
He stayed friends with friscycontroller in invisible white toga club. Friscycontroller points fingers at everybody else as if he did not know all about it the whole time and was right there the whole time.
Delihot took his marbles too and would not give his marbles to friscycontroller when he asked him to finance his script for a movie called “Bad Urban Legend”.
Delihot did not trust friscycontroller at this time any more nor did he think that friscycontroller could suddenly be successful in a new business he had absolutely no previous experience with.
Delihot questioned what friscycontroller real intent really was.
He thought that script smelled fishy.

If delihot is a bad bad guy with bad hotdogs and he made marbles on it, how about newhotguy who supplied the hotdogs and made marbles on it too then left the hotdogland when the dark clouds came.
And how about friscycontroller? He was right there; he got the paperwork on hotdogs.
Billions of hot dogs and all is well, everybody happy, friends, friscycontroller, newhotguy and hotdeli. Few bad hot dogs come along ( maybe )and then only one guy is left standing, hmmmmmm.
What the other guys dont want it to be known? Why?
Easy to point fingers but delihot was not alone. If you see newhotguy and friscycontroller ask them about it.
Now how many places can Deep South point to away from their own laundry bin? Many apparently, but their laundry bin is no secret either.

I first brought Steven Brewer's name to RB about a year ago along with the name Micheal Wright. These were the names given to me by a Wisconsin Investigator looking into Deli's sales. I, personally, have spent a great deal of time and $$$ researching Mr. Brewer and his connections. Mr. Brewer and his wife Carrie provided Deli with large positions in CMKM after revocation. After revocation, these shares would be considered unregistered. And, I am certain you DD'ers out there can find the appropriate regulatory statutes regarding the sales of unregisted stock. Mr. Brewer was not the only TOGI investor involved in selling out there own personal shares either (more on that later).

Marco did not come up with this third market sales all by himself. He had help from some very heavy investors and who have held memberships to most of these proboards (nothhing like an otafter market pump and dump.)

There are ongoing investigations both in Wisconsin and with the SEC on these issues. I am hearing that Bill and Kevin will not address this issue in any update. If true, that would prove to be a fatal mistake.

INES, Deli rolled, but I have a way for you to fix that if you are interested.

As I've noted in other threads, I've been surprised by the sudden interest and speculation on the actions of Seven Brewer. I had thought this information was pretty well known and available. However, after reading some of the posts, it seemed pretty clear to me that many on the boards didn't have this information... and therefore my previous posts of the past few days were to simply put this information out for those who weren't aware. And, I truly understand, like most things associated with CMKX, it's very difficult to substantiate any of these claims.

Therefore, it was not my intention to imply judgment, one way or the other with any of my posts. In fact, I give the benefit of the doubt to the officers, original investors and management teams of TOGI and the new and old CMKX. My intent was to note that there are serious questions and allegations that should be addressed by the Tyler Group.

But, it's not my intention to recap the other posts here. Rather I would like to focus on what would need to happen to make these issues go away.

In my mind, it's pretty simple. All Kevin West has to do is post a CEO Update on the CMKM Website with one of the following statements;


With regards to shares allegedly sold by Steven Brewer to Marco Glisson (a.k.a. Deli, Delidog), and to the best of our knowledge, no TOGI nor CMKX officer, employee, Legal Council, or subcontracted agents for either of these two companies, have ever had a professional, business or personal relationship with Steven Brewer, with the only exception being our facilitation of the lawful transfer of CMKX Shares from one rightful owner to another. In addition, no TOGI or CMKX Officers, Employees or Agents employed by the company, have knowingly facilitated or profited from the sales of CMKX shares, bona-fide or otherwise, through or by Steven Brewer and/ or Marco Glisson.

We understand that some shareholders have concerns that certain Officers, Employees, Legal Council, and/ or employed Agents of TOGI and/ or CMKX may have had a professional, business, and/ or personal relationship with Steven Brewer. In fact, (Name of Officers, Employees, Legal Council, and/ or Agents) did have a relationship with (state who, the relationship, and time and duration of the relationship). At no time did this person (these individuals) profit from the sale on shares obtained from insiders that were later made available and sold by Steven Brewer directly and/ or through Marco Glisson. In addition, no other TOGi or CMKX Officers, Employees or Agents employed by the company have knowingly facilitated or profited from the sales of CMKX shares, bona-fide or otherwise, through Steven Brewer or Marco Glisson, with the exception being the facilitation of the lawful transfer of CMKX Shares from one rightful owner to another.


IMO, this should be a pretty easy thing to do... after all, I already wrote the statements for them. And, if the facts are a bit different, they can feel free to modify these statements as needed.

Sounds like TYLER is up to their NECK in DELI DOGS...HA HA...and I am not sure there IS a LEGAL TRANSFER of REVOKED SECURITIES especially since Deli was IMO being a BROKER by FACILITATING the TRANSFERS...a TRANSFER is nothing but a TRADE...and TRADING revoked securities is NOT LEGAL as far as I can tell...I am no securities lawyer but I never thought it was RIGHT to trade CMKX shares...because IF Deli or others KNEW we were getting RICH then they were screwing the shareholders they got shares from...if they KNEW we were getting NOTHING...then they were screwing the shareholders they SOLD to...plus I am SURE Deli and possibly OTHERS profited from the transfers...IMO that makes them BROKERS...they NEED to put out statements like this if they are DEEP in DELI DOGS...HA HA HA...couldn't happen to a nicer bunch IMO...I guess DELI sang like a CANARY...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial

I believe that Steve Kirkpatrick has told the "Tale" many times how he came to be one ,of appx 50,000, CMKX shareholders.
I think the "Folklore" went something like this.....
SK claims that a friend, of his, approached him to borrow some money, so that he could buy some stock for his dad or a relative. Steve obliged, and loaned him the money. His friend bought a few million extra shares and gave them to Steve. Steve claims he had no knowledge of this stock known as CMKM Diamonds Inc., Trading as Ticker CMKX, before he became a shareholder. After receiving them he decided to look into the stock to see what all the fuss was about. I believe this purchase of the stock took place in 2010......(which, imo, would have to make them "Deli Shares" ??) and by 2011 (and only a year or so worth of familiarity) Steve Kirkpatrick was named as the new President and Chairman of the Board of CMKM Diamomds Inc.
And the rest is history..... as we are told to forget CMKX and NHHI was born.

That is the way I remember it.... Anyone please feel free to make any corrections.

And what I find interesting in all that.. is that in the aftermath of it all,
its Deli that gets sentenced. - and nobody else.

So lets go over that..
Did deli make a wrong move.. by ticking off IRS? Not paying the taxes he even said he would?
We know that nobody wins against IRS.

Did SEC not want those shares from Edwards.. that were lets say dumped with blessings of the "sting participants and oversight people", but SEC did not want them in the hands of Shareholders.. because they knew.. that they would actually have to pay for them?

If they did not end up in the hands of shareholders.. they could have just nixed them..
but in this case.. more shareholders.. more damages, more proof, more money to pay out?

That could be one way to look at it.

SEC certainly did not assist any shareholders that bought cmkx through their brokers and brokers advised them to not pull certs.. but just write it off as worthless security.
I don't think that SEC was ever.. original partner in "the sting".
I think they became possibly reluctant part of the deal.. when the situation developed.

I was always curious.. about effects that deli sales caused.
Who could have been for it, or against it .. in the whole scope of possible sting.

Tyler gang was not against deli sales.. not at all, they just wanted a cut out of it..
$$$ and I think they did get a cut.. through their friend.. that was a big conduit.. that has since left the country, probably very smart..
what I did not appreciate much.. was the fact that Tyler gang publicly put Deli under the bus, and also tried to point fingers other places.. while.. manipulate their own supporters and public in general,
while the truth is.. their fingers and at least one friend were part of it.

Deli was very bold. He knew that. It was his dance.. could he have made some different moves? ...
But, besides that, the effect of getting so many more shareholders into cmkx.. is an interesting subject to ponder on.
