Jump to msg. # lou60447 first of all worry not about RG at all and second just think of this as clearing up finished business from years ago, this stuff was and is taken care of already. Think when was the last time john edwards was a pain in our azz, what 2004. Think what is the best case scenerio for our sting back in 2004 when it was hatched by roger glenn:
1. even though you caught them, ie edwards and crew, you keep them around to keep the stock looking shady
2. make the company look diluted to hell even though those shares never hit the market, and were actually used to cover
it worked like a charm and we got them, now we finish up finished business and maybe give the other side, in the big picture not cmkx picture as that was worked out years ago, some final deadlines.
Just watch the news, and worry not about this old news, we already won and we already got paid for our retail certs. The rest of the story is unfolding on the news and in world wide power plays to oust the corrupt american gov't and world wide banking crime syndicate. This just seems like a final deadline and if they have stopped the company from talking some how they won't stop us if we get that far.
The plam is finally close to an end, but this could easily still take months

showmethemoney DIAMOND MINER Re: LIFE AFTER ACCA
That mere fact that ACCA is still here, making claims that he works for the company... claiming he spoke with Urban just this past Sunday... making claims about money... etc., speaks volumes!
Any number of people could have issued "cease and desists orders". This guy's not even hard to locate, meet with, or even place a call to!
Think about it.

Above a coin flip, the investors I spoke to, believed in Urban. He has paid back people and he has kept in touch with people he had contarcts with. Jim Dunn and wife were at his home in Las Vegas. Connie Cohen, Jeff Arend, John Dunn, Jim Dunn all said they believe in Urban and will hold shares for a pay-day, but they will only believe it when it is the bank. They have spoke with Urban and know he is trying, but they are not taking a loan against their shares. That is my personal observation of the verbal facts from above named investors!

From Paltalk
tigerpaw777: you have to READ down to DJZZZZ post's but the top shows the FAIL TO COVER mechanism in place explaining it with RECAPS.
tigerpaw777: i think ACCA knows, cause he said the 22nd...this was published the 21st.... now ACCA is saying a "dividend".... if so, it's possible, since we are not trading, they already ran all our accounts through RCAPS... . all the prs we saw last week supported our huge valuation.... so, it is possible Mr. Maheu already has the cash...hence ACCA says a company dividend.
tigerpaw777: so be it... Mr. Maheu is probably holding the stash for his payment of "interest" on the total before releasing it..... since we are NOT TRADING....it makes sense this way...but then again, if the company gets cmkx registered again by filing...
tigerpaw777: which is highly doubtful...we could trade, but i'd rather just be paid the dividend as long as it's over $10.56/share...... the 4.5 trillion WANTA money should be used for this payment.... at any rate we are at the finish line either way you slice and dice it....
There's your Tiger Recap

From the other board: ================================
DJ SEC Criticized For Delaying Short-Selling Changes (DowJonesNewswires, pr/29.03.2007, godz. 19:28)
WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is coming under criticism for delaying action on persistent problems involving short selling abuses, an area where SEC Chairman Christopher Cox has said existing rules have been inadequate.
The SEC announced this week that it is reopening the public comment period on changes it proposed last summer to tighten its 2004 rule, known as Regulation SHO. Although the comment period closed in mid-September, the SEC said a new, 30-day extension is warranted in light of the "continuing public interest" in the matter and concerns raised by a handful of groups and individuals who complained the agency had not issued data it referenced when proposing the changes.
"There's really no reason why they should delay," U.S. Chamber of Commerce chief operating officer David Chavern said in a telephone interview Thursday. "The things they're proposing make perfect sense."
The proposed changes aimed to bolster the SEC's earlier efforts to combat "naked" short sales. Unlike short sellers who borrow shares in hopes of replacing them later and profiting from a price decline, naked short sellers don't borrow shares they sell short, a practice some compare to counterfeiting.
Although Regulation SHO imposed new restrictions and stock delivery requirements, it contained an exception for options market makers and excluded pre-existing failures to deliver stocks sold short. Cox told a House subcommittee Tuesday that the rule proved "inadequate" because of the so-called "grandfather" protections for prior delivery failures. Last July, faced with chronic failures to deliver certain stocks borrowed for short sales, the SEC proposed ending those protections.
Eliminating the "grandfather loophole" and market maker exception are "no-brainers," according to Chavern, who urged the SEC to "move ahead expeditiously with the reforms that they've proposed."
The SEC said it is reopening the proposal for comment after releasing data sought by the American Bar Association and others, including by CTC LLC, which specializes in options trading.
"We provided additional data because the commenters asked for it, and we look forward to considering their views," said SEC spokesman John Nester.
The SEC had previously referenced the data from the National Association of Securities Dealers, but didn't release it because it contained "confidential, company-specific" findings. An edited version of the NASD findings showed many of the stock-delivery failures over a 10-month period in 2005 had pre-existing delivery failures and may have been exempt under the "grandfather" treatment, while others appear to have been covered by the option market maker exemption.

Broker calls friend of mine
« Thread Started on Today at 12:01pm »
Heres how it went. Hi mr. ------- How are you? Just checking in with you to see how things are going. Broker said it seems your patience could reward you real nicely.
Broker mention the maintance fee and said I don't know if you will have to pay it this year or not. Broker said you don't have to pay maintance fee if you have 25,000 in your account. My friend only has a few dollars in his account. My friend thinks this broker was hinting he will have plenty of money to avoid a maintance fee.
Also my friend thinks the broker knows about some kind of payout. Why else would the broker say my friend could be rewarded nicely for their patience.
I will follow up more on this.
