The Maheu Call Update « Thread Started on Today at 7:34pm » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I called again just to make sure if the CLICK wasn’t intentional. I spoke with the receptionist and explained what happened. After a few transfers and conversations between the receptionist, security, and human resources, we found out that the receptionist working on Friday had transferred me to Bob Meyer’s office, the owner of Stratosphere Tower Casino. Everyone was apologetic and went out of their way to help. Bob Maheu, according to their records, has not been there for years. Now Bob Meyer knows about CMKX…and me. Sorry. Take care, BHollenegg cmkxgroup.proboards88.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1184204045

Bryan Andrew Casavant left a southwest half-way house on the weekend and has not been seen since, High Risk Offender Program Acting Staff Sgt. Duane Lepchuk said today. The convicted criminal is now wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for failing to abide by parole conditions and is believed to be in the Calgary area. Casavant, now 45, is serving a federal sentence for numerous fraud-related crimes in Calgary and B.C. Lepchuk said he believes Casavant was a recent arrival at the half-way house where he was last seen and warns anyone who might have seen him to call Crime Stoppers. “There is always a risk past behaviour predicts future behaviour,” he said. In the high-profile case, Judge Anne Brown sentenced Casavant to a eight-year sentence in September of 2006 He had earlier pleaded guilty to 16 fraud-related charges involving scamming mostly helpless victims in 2005. He swindled more than $20,000 from seniors and cancer patients in Calgary, Kelowna, Wetaskiwin and Edmonton. Court had heard Casavant attempted to defend his actions by saying he hit rock bottom when his daughter asked him for food and he didn’t have the money to get her any. In sentencing the con artist — who made a last-minute apology for his reprehensible behaviour — Brown said she doubted he could be rehabilitated. Brown said the stiff sentence was meant to act as a deterrent for others while saying she had little doubt it would work on Casavant, who had a lengthy criminal record including more than 100 related previous offences. “In Mr. Casavant’s case, it appears to be almost futile to deter him,” Brown said at sentencing. “Mr Casavant is the type of person one sometimes refers to as a scofflaw ... he’s completely incorrigible.” Once arrested Casavant will go before a parole officer who will determine whether his parole is revoked. If any individual sees Casavant they are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

For a person who's always been upbeat about what's happening to becoming worried about what's unfolding says alot, and one does'nt have to read between the lines to figure this out. All you had to do was listen to him. This is going to take time to come to a close (not weeks, not months, maybe a year or two). They need to clean up the share structure (hopefully by Fall), will continue with lawsuites, maybe go after the NSS, then trade again IMO.

Because of the NSS... Settlement has to happen first... Take it as IMO but in my own thoughts I know and am very confident... Fact is as a shareholder group we own 59% of Entourage they hold some of our claims. JONAS you and the other bashers are the biggest losers out there... and the biggest DOPES. FACT IS THE GRANDFATHER CLAUSE is being eliminated. WHY? Because NSS is rampant in the market place and fails to deliver does exist unlike what you and so many other bashers claim that NSS does not exist... Even COX acknowledges the rampant abuse of the system in terms of fails to deliver..
By: abadgoodgirl 12 Jul 2007, 10:17 AM EDT Msg. 575420 of 575421 (This msg. is a reply to 575412 by currentplay1.) Jump to msg. # currentplay, great post. The NSCC manual states NO FRACTIONAL SHARES, so the ETGMF has/had to be converted to a monetary amount in order to be distributed on the ratio as declared by Mr. C and NOT the dodo birds in Texas.
Unlike CIM, USCA and GEMM, ETGMF is not as easy to distribute by electronic measures. This will necessarily have to be a cash transaction.
Finally, please note that other companies, normal companies, when declaring a STOCK dividend, also mandate the ratio. The corporation will announce the ratio as determined by management. [There was a recent example recently by a 500 company. I'll try and recollect]
Please also note that with CIM, USCA and GEMM, the dividend ratio was not announced/determined by CMKX managment. Why? Because they had not a clue about the o/s due to the enormous CMKX IOU's piled up in the NSCC's account at the DTC.
CMKX was forced to determine a set amount of shares of the company for which it was issuing a stock dividend and hand over authority of the "distribution ratio" to the DTCC..i.e. let them sort it out.
Notice that no person received a fractional share. This is because it is not allowed. You would always at least have 1 full share...even if rounding it up made the NSCC more in debt for 'guaranteed' delivery.
If Mr. C and CMKX decide a 1 for 1 ratio because the o/s is 35 million, then the NSCC has to come up with the other 702.65 BILLION SHARES of ETGMF so everybody gets his/her ONE share.
Now what about the estimated trillions? Behind closed doors we all know it is at least a trillion or more... so the NSCC has to come up with over a TRILLION shares of ETGMF IF Mr. C & the old cmkx decided on a 1 for 1 distribution.
