-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From the other board: Well, it's funny how things have evolved since the update from Bill Frizzell. We've set a timeline into September to allow most of us to enjoy the Summer. We should be focused on our vacations and our families and trust that our Company is doing what needs to be done to secure our best interests. There are some very simple and humble truths that have been conveyed to us and yet there are many who feel that they have a better strategy, greater insight or superior knowledge of the situation that enables them to pontificate or demand action and results. I have a few things to keep in mind that all of us need to remember.
1. Nobody knows more about the Company, its financial status, assets, and its legal obligations than Kevin West and the Company's cheif counsel, Bill Frizzell.
2. Urban Casavant has nothing to do with CMKM Diamonds at this point in time. Therefore, any rumor that attaches the shareholder base of CMKM Diamonds to a settlement, buyout or other ROI, is simply going to have to be negotiated through Mr. West. It is not going to be negotiated through the court of public opinion and message board chatter, but through the legally binding Nevada District Court....Something Urban fears like Holy Water on Dracula....The truth shall set us free...and the only way to get the truth is to shine the light of Justice on the situation.
3. Why do you pay attention to the noise? Melvin, Willy, Acca, Adobe...Andy Hill (LMAO)...Can't you see that the onion is being peeled layer by layer? The closer we get to the center, the louder the noise gets and the bigger the names become. Sure there are some sleepers (you know who you are) who feed off their fellow board members by propogating these lies for profit....They will be allowed to dry in the sun and shrivel on their own until the time is right to use them to light the fire. Do not be concerned. The majority sees through them. There is only one channel on the TV that you need to be tuned to and the new fall line-up will be upon us soon. We won't have to suffer through the re-runs (Melvin, Acca, Andy...etc) much longer. New plot twists and new characters will emerge...
4. In a legal situation, I have often found that the side that provokes public outcry is the side that has nothing else...Always be wary of the opponent that does not duck a confrontation and holds more information than you know..... IMHO, Bill and Kevin have more info than even we can imagine and using it before the time is right will allow the big fish to wiggle off the hook.
5. If you had any questions about what Kevin and Bill were doing, just look at the last letter to the CMKM Lawyers and really read and comprehend it. Now ask yourself, "Why?" "Why do we want to trade again?" "Who is Shorty?" "Why would these Lawyers want to help?"
6. You've got a month of Summer left...Invest your time where it counts and leave this mess stew for awhile. When September arrives, you'll be able to catch up to speed quickly enough.
7. We are in good hands....No worries. No fears.

The Owners Group lawyer claims that his calculations, which include a tally of the holdings of only 10,500 of the more than 52,500 CMKM shareholders' accounts, indicate that there are approximately 134 billion more shares in circulation than the company's reported issued and outstanding total of 703.5 billion shares. Mr. Frizzell suggests that the discrepancy, which he attributes to naked short selling, will increase significantly when the holdings of the other 42,000 shareholder accounts are incorporated into his totals. Stockwatch suggested in an earlier article that Mr. Frizzell hinted at, and flirted with, allegations that the SEC was involved in masking the naked short selling. According to the U.S. regulator, however, Mr. Frizzell was not hinting or flirting at all; he was levelling blatant accusations that the SEC was conspiring with short sellers. On the same day that Mr. Frizzell filed his brief, the SEC filed a motion to strike the section of his posthearing reply dealing with naked short selling and its relevance to the proceeding. That portion of Mr. Frizzell's June 20 filing comprises four pages of his 15-page brief. "In that section of its brief, counsel for the Owners Group alleges (1) that CMKM Diamonds Inc.'s common stock has been subject to rampant 'naked short selling'; (2) that 'phantom' and 'counterfeit' shares have 'caused an evil in the market place'; and (3) that the Division's 'lightening fast' effort to deregister CMKM Diamonds' stock actually reflects a desire to protect short sellers, rather than concern about CMKM Diamonds' failure to file required periodic reports and the resulting lack of public information about the company," www.stockwatch.com/swnet/newsit/newsit_newsit.aspx?bid=B-460333-U:CMKX&symbol=CMKX&news_region=U ...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)

Jump to msg. # imso, I read somewhere that you are very critical in your belief in the Wanta situation. If you will take some time to peg the Wanta money to the gold bullion, certificates, and coinage movement internationally, especially among England, China, and the U.S., you will see certain amounts that can be traced back to such. Again, you will have to do your research to get to the root of belief, but the more research you do, the more you will begin to believe it. If one opens ones eyes to see outside the box, the Wanta situation becomes clear internationally when used in a global setting. Give it a shot, do some research. You will find what you seek. Enjoy your day.

Sit back, relax, take a break from the negativity in your life on these boards, grab a cold glass of iced tea (or your favorite beverage), and just wait it out as it unfolds all around you. Countries will re-align. Conglomerates are being formed. Relationships and JVs are building. We are in very good hands. Things are happening which you cannot and don't want to see. Things are not always as they appear, especially when the master is involved. Take a break from the boards. Walk in the sand sipping some tea. Hang in there and realize that there is nothing you can do about it now, as that choice has been taken away from you through self-revocation. We are in good hands. This is bigger than you could ever imagine. Of course this is all in my own, my very own, opinion; not to be taken any other way.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is in a thread of it's own...but I like it!
Ghost Mod Squad
Call to IR KRXR « Thread Started on Today at 12:09pm »
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I called Johnny GM, IR at Kimber-X. The call was made on an impulse whilst driving.
I introduced myself as a CMKX investor with an interest in KRXR which gradually increased with each PR the co released. I also mentioned the couple of emails we exchanged and if he would mind if I were to ask him a few Qs. No problem there; he was most helpful.
Johnny GM works at The Opening Bell and his IR work for Kimber-X is his first experience in this field.
This is what I've learned from him - not his exact words:
Kimber-X is set up by a venture capitalists group based in Vancouver. They're listed on the Toronto stock exchange and made a 2,000,000$ profit last year. Kimber X have no BoD as they like to keep things simple. When asking about their JV partner he would not disclose it as they are afraid a bigger company, such as Newmont, might undermine the negotiations and sink Kimber X. Since CMKM have a large number of claims in the area the probability of CMKM being the JV is high. They are not in business, but are still active in the area. He rates the claims very valuable. When asked if he new anything about CIM, he had to answer negative.
We talked more on the Falc region and said it's contains a "bonanza" of minerals and anyone with expertise and able to bare the cold is up there digging. There's a diamond rush going on. He frequently receives calls from investors asking about the region and the companies. He mentioned another upcoming company - alas I forgot it's name (not yet listed though).
All for now.
Modified after having read Diamondd and Silverbullitgirl's thread.
Yes your both correct, I both forgot to mention this. During the call he mentioned the Falc being a "mineral superstore" and was full of praise on Shore Gold and them having a warehouse full of non examined samples.

I called Citibank London and Citibank USA number for overseas calls. I enquired about the CMKM checks and received the same response from both;
“Do you have a 16-digit account number?” “Sorry. We can’t give that information out.”
Anybody have an account with Citibank?
All the best, BHollenegg

I told him that I received a letter in the mail notifying me that my account had been upgraded to an APEX account. He said, "yes the APEX account is reserved for our upper tiered investors." I then told him that it was kind of funny to me since I had nothing in the account except restricted dividends and a zero balance. As I'm saying this he is confirming that it was all true, basically a dead account. I asked him why would they upgrade me, could it be to generate business which he said no. He then said let me see if I can see why they did upgrade the account...then said he could find nothing. I then said I had a stock with the symbol of CMKX and there was a lot of chatter about a dividend and he read for about 45 seconds and said he had nothing. He said he never sees accounts being upgraded unless they met the criteria listed on their site, which I clearly don't meet. One last stab, I asked if other accounts showing CMKX had been upgraded and of course he said he couldn't access others accounts (which I knew but tried anything anyway). Now besides upgrading me to the APEX account he also told me that the account was opened in 2006. Raise your hand if you think that one was BS. I opened that account in 2003. Something's going on but I don't know what other than what I can imagine based on certain rumors. ocd btw, I'm backing away from the boards limiting myself to about 20 minutes per day. Stay strong but don't forget about the rest of your life...move forward. ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CMKI&read=582588...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)

Melvin was asked by a high official to stand down for tonight's discussion. Melvin is very happy with how things look for CMKX.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For the record: Melvin just pm-ed me. He told me that he did not say anything about the money at all either way today. He wanted me to share that with the room. So if somebody else is saying that Melvin is saying no checks this week, that is not from Melvin.. he said he said absolutely nothing on account of money coming or not...

grajekk- Then obviously someone Lied, either the rep for the James Smith Cree Nation or Urban Casavant in the Spring of 2005 Qoute from the THE RENO GAZETTE-JOURNAL Posted: 3/6/2005 09:55 pm CMKM, run by Urban Casavant, a former prison guard from Prince Albert, Canada, said it has 30 mining operations for potash and uranium in Saskatchewan and is mining for diamonds on the James Smith Cree National Reserve there. I don't know that anyone mentioned it, but it must be getting close to "a la corne soup" up north. Last week the James Smith Cree Nation opened a "diamond office" at Prince Albert Sask., in conjunction with federal and provincial governments. In the article I read, they infer that mining is just around the corner.. Didn't Urban work to establish a good working relationship with this group? I also read in a separate article they are building a dam on the Sask. River to provide power for the new mining industry in the area. Sounds to me like it's about 99%, that there is a done deal diamond mine near the forte area. Shore Gold continually says more study is needed before they can decide whether mining is feasible. Maybe Shore doesn't have the big kahuna, thus their standoffish attitude... Got your picks and shovels ready longs? We might need them yet! I got a feeling the cat has a few holes ripped in that bag & could get out any minute.. later...
