would that be the same tyler boys who can hire attorneys nation wide, yet can't handle paying an IR rep. toooooo funny! must have been some really large boxes and since when do attorneys hand over client confidential information w/o permission. answer: they don't!
direct from the horses mouth, "CMKM attorney Bill Frizzell and I have been struggling to remedy the shareholder communications dilemma: there are no funds to support a full-time IR position, and the legal effort Bill and I are undertaking leave us with little or no time to personally respond to individual phone calls, letters and emails. "
and as i have always said,
"A NOD IS AS GOOD AS A WINK TO A BLIND HORSE"
I EXPECT A "ROI" ..... not from the tyler boys, perhaps some leftovers after the greed takes the better half.
as always, i expect a positive outcome and a very nice ROI!
i "GOT CMKX", but my hand stays out of the cookie jar, besides....i don't "got milk".

klono__much rather have them put their efforts in to legal fees, as opposed to hiring an IR person.

while i agree in principal, i still find it funny they couldn't answer a couple simple questions at the courthouse.
they aren't looking after my best interests imo. at least not until after they are made "whole", all other "entities"/"backers" are paid off and pay all expenses. that leaves us with what?
an empty shell, imo.
have they responded to the "ISSUES OF NSS"? and there are issues.
they wouldn't answer me......
i seek my ROI elsewhere! not sure what to expect from TX, hopefully something like.....
"Gravy"...
the BEST to you and yours,
chuck
