I must say, Cyrano, that that post was the rudest I have ever read on this board. Messenger or not there are decent people here. Try acting accordingly. It's too bad that wisdom didn't come with your aging. Congratulations, you've sunk to a new low. All in my opinion, of course.

Like I said.......it's too bad that wisdom didn't come with your aging. I'm using the prude in the more modern sense, not the 17th century sense As for wisdom, wisdom is relative to your location in the world. Let that sink in awhile

Jump to msg. # The problem Johnny is that what he stated was based on the extrapolation of the results of the cert pull conducted using account statements and then the first thousand or so actual certs. The data has proven to be faulty. There are a host of statistical reasons why gaining the NSS number the way BF did it does not hold up. Certainly not in a court of law, as we saw. Further it is the reason, IMO that Bill has backed away from this approach and removed the data from the web site. - - - - - By: jay_adobe 14 Aug 2007, 04:50 PM EDT Msg. 589478 of 589497 (This msg. is a reply to 589438 by keywolfie.) Credible information indicates the number of naked short shares is potentially as high as 2 trillion shares. However, these numbers must be legally confirmed and validated before any action can be taken. That said, the time has arrived for all CMKX shareholders to flex our considerable collective power in this united campaign to achieve justice for friends, families and ourselves. It is our belief that CMKX shareholders have been handed, on a silver platter, the opportunity to become the most formidable force the naked short sale perpetrators have ever faced.
Being so off surely would warrant an explanation in lieu of hiring Susan Trimbath to confirm it. After all, the reason the current gents are in the position they are in was due to their "good" work in the NSS arena. It surely wasn't due to any background in mining or corporate governance.
They sure did go quiet and ghost all this old info. away. If it is as simple as suggested in this post, this poster would like that put out and expressly stated considering the strong language used above.

If Bill put out the language above....
And other very direct language implicating the brokerage industry and at one time the DTC in our FTD dilemma
Then goes relatively quiet on the issue and puts it on the back burner due a cost/benefit analysis at a time when FTD's are front page, main stream news
And then ends up/articulating he was a bit more than "off target" with his tabulations
Only after shutting down his firm for years to work on the issue.....
Should be in the position he is in right now without a full and complete rationale of what the hell happened?
This posters says NO.

I too would like to see them state that in perfect black and white to clear up the confusion. Bill has stated several times and in several different ways that the "possibility" of the NSS comes second to the current undertakings. Maybe we have been waiting for 15 OCT. I have not ruled out anything with this stock, to include Ron Casavant sliding down my chimney next Christmas with a check....but saying that there is a certain NSS because of the data we have, is a weak case.
In fact when we started faxing in certs, we were never even able to hit the OS and there was not a large out pouring of shareholders reporting that they did not obtain their certs. In fact I dont know of one who does not have their certs to date. I am sure that they are there, but in what numbers.
I would love nothing more but for this to work out. I dont see it based on the information available at this time.
Bill, John, Kevin..a statment regarding this issue would clear up much. Your next FAQ perhaps?
