Yes, the plan was by design. Brilliantly designed and executed to accomplish the intended purpose, justice with compensation. Failure became a “bye” product the day Mr. Robert Maheu became an integral part of the plan. The plan is CIMplea Brilliant.
All the best, BHollenegg

to accept 1,000,000 shrs = $80,000, I hereby declare that "I RESPECTFULLY ACCEPT". You have been testing us from .24 - .17 - .005/.008 (got big resistance there from your crowd) then now back up to .08 to MATCH Kevin West's famous "Worst Scenario Number ". Everyone knows this number is too small vs 1.9 million acres & trillions NSS but rather to accept now than waiting forever and ever... Tell your bosses they can run away from the human law but NOT FROM GOD'S JUSTICE. Tell their protectors to pray that GOD continues to BLESS THIS GREAT NATION and ITS PEOPLE so NOT TO PLOT AGAINST HIS WILL !

All one has to do is look @ who is asking all of the questions during the power talks and you will have your answers. Where do all of the LONGS GO? (Go to the Mp3's.)
The trust and the faith in the hidden "message" is drying out the shareholder school mentality like a fish left to dry in the hot sun. Not there any longer in any majority of support.
Sometimes the tactics that were once working no longer work. (Or did they work as planned?) Simple as that, and you cannot continue to lie, and string along the same shareholder base with misleading information -over and over again (by an alias) before the MAJORITY GROUP are trained perfectly well. Eventually the ones that you train "not to trust" will inevitably recognize the message as planned, and do just that- NOT TRUST. Mission accomplished. No interest. Once programmed by virtue of the hidden message=no message then attendance shrinks= unity shrinks, unity STINKS. Run any maze enough times and you can do it with your eyes closed. Did we run someone's maze?
The crossroads have been reached. People remain of the human condition, and only tolerate the Freudian experiment for so long even if it risks the employment of one soul, but what was the mission? The obvious? Were shareholders trained not to trust anyone? Either the opposite is true and we are looking at actually shrinking the shareholder attendance to the Paltalk experience, or the job of bad information is a last man standing game of endurance for some, and tolerance for others- that can take forever fitting a circle into a square..
Take a strong look at the obvious. Unless of course the news comes out that we all waited for.

I don't agree. I think there is a strong base of shareholders but I just think people are not letting it rule their lives. Big difference. People are anxious and want answers and will remain until closure has occured.

Found this on tramp board............Ya gotta read it.... hawkeye1 Diamond Finder and Miner SETTLEMENT NEWS: securities.stanford.edu/news-archive/2006/20061102_Settlement102066_Cole.htmlEdward Jones Settlement Would Give Plaintiffs $22 Each; Attorneys To Split $38m. Heather Cole Daily Record. November 2, 2006 _________________________________________________________________________ EXCERPT: Edward D. Jones & Co. current and former customers would receive an average of $22 in cash and credits, and plaintiffs' attorneys would split about $38 million in fees under a preliminary settlement agreement submitted by the plaintiffs in a class-action case. The preliminary agreement was filed Oct. 31 in the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Missouri. Included with the filing was the $127.5 million agreement St. Louis-based Edward Jones signed two months ago when the brokerage reached a settlement of nine class-action lawsuits over the brokerage's mutual fund revenue sharing practices. It was the first time the details of the agreement were made public. The signed settlement, which still must be approved by the court, includes $55 million in cash to pay former clients and the plaintiffs' legal fees and $72.5 million in vouchers for current clients. The lawsuits were filed over revenue-sharing practices investigated by the Securities and Exchange Commission in 2004. Edward Jones reached a $75 million settlement in December 2004 with the SEC, New York Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers over allegations the brokerage failed to adequately disclose revenue-sharing payments that it received from seven mutual fund families. Under that agreement, Edward Jones also agreed to disclose on its Web site information on the payments from the mutual fund groups, which were called preferred mutual fund families. A proposed notice to class members in the filing Tuesday said plaintiffs' attorneys would seek a cash fee of 30 percent of the total of the value of the cash and credit settlement. Eleven plaintiffs' law firms are listed on court filings and likely would split the fees. Attorneys on both sides declined comment on the case. Back to News page |

I think we need to be very careful here. I do not believe he was here to keep us together personally. I think if thing does break next week and we hear good news we need to do our own DD and not listen to ACCA. ================================================================

Wow Ed Jones settlement $22.00 avg. for each shareholder not bad huh. Maybe we will get $25 or maybe even $30. That will pay for a lunch at Subway and a haircut.
