Looks like a "BATTLE ROYAL" IMO...between DRAGONS...while the rest of the shareholders sit in the BLACK HOLE waiting for the "EVENT HORIZON"... the room chatter is just egos running wild and minor personality contests possibly a little room rent IMO...neither GURUS or BASHERS have been anywhere near the TRUTH so far as I can tell...no HUGE ROI...YET...no CHARGES FILED against UC or others...YET...but something is bound to happen sooner or later IMO...when the DRAGONS are finished...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)

and the statement about us not being able to talk. Well if that is the truth (and we had a shareholder lawyer making sure it was as we all saw that on the boards), which it obviously was and is, then you have to come to the conclusion that we are fine as as bob said in the statement that we are like partners with the gov't on this, and that would be why we can't talk and urban wouldn't be screwing us he was helping:
"We only want to comply with federal regulations and do what is right for our stockholders. If the Commission deems it in our stockholders best interest to forbid us from providing information through filings with the Commission, we will comply," stated Urban Casavant, president of CMKX".
they certainly didn't forbid them from filing because they were a scam, in that case they would have loved them to file! - - - - -

You have that right. I will pull a chair right next to you. You will have answers before Turkey Day. Many shareholders own shares in other big pumps and dumps that are on the short list. None have benefited from it, as yet. November 19th is the deadline for NSS elimination. That is the 35 days from Oct. 15th. The elimination was posted in the Federal Registry on Aug 13th and went in effect 60 days after Aug 13th, which was Oct. 15th. It is not 35 working days, as some will have you believe. It is just 35 days. Do the math yourself, it works out perfectly. If no one receives just "dues" for the NSS, we will know that the only way the government is going to handle it is by R/S all the stock and the shareholders lose big time. It has already started with the reverse splits.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Remeber when so of you laughed at Tuscansun about "There were going to fix the dirty dozen and the amounts were not small."
Does this ring any bells?
WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--U.S. securities regulators brought an emergency action Tuesday to halt a scheme that allegedly infiltrated online brokerage accounts in the U.S. to manipulate the market for more than a dozen stocks trading over the counter or on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
Suspicious trading in accounts at E*trade Securities LLC (ET), TD Ameritrade Inc. (AMTD), Scottrade and other online brokerage firms led regulators to uncover a high-tech twist on a traditional pump-and-dump scheme, said David Horowitz, assistant district administrator in the Securities and Exchange Commission's Philadelphia office, which brought the action.
The emergency action, filed in federal court in Manhattan, charged Grand Logistic SA, a Belize corporation located in Tallinn, Estonia, and owner Evgeny Gashichev, a Russian citizen, with manipulating stock prices through the unauthorized use of other people's online brokerage accounts.
The SEC said the court granted its request for a temporary restraining order that freezes the defendants' assets and orders the return of funds moved offshore.
Regulators claim "many innocent victims" were stung by intrusions this summer and fall, but didn't specify how many individuals, accounts, or firms were affected.
According to the SEC, the alleged scheme produced $353,609 of illegal profits for Gashichev and his company. It said the scheme involved manipulative trading in at least 21 companies, including Catalytica Energy Systems Inc. (CESI) and NaturalNano Inc. (NNAN).
Pump-and-dump manipulations try to generate buying interest in a stock that manipulators are selling; in this case, the SEC said Gashichev created buying pressure by breaking into other's online brokerage accounts.
After buying shares of small penny-stock companies, Gashichev used stolen usernames and passwords to access online brokerage accounts and buy the same shares at artificially inflated prices, without the knowledge or consent of the account holders, the SEC alleged. Gashichev would sell his own shares that day or the next, at profits of up to 158%, according to the SEC.
Gashichev couldn't be reached immediately for comment. The SEC thinks he is living in St. Petersburg, Russia, but said he spent time in Estonia when the alleged account invasions occurred.
Lohmus Haavel & Viisemann, an Estonia-based investment bank, handled the trades for Grand Logistic through its account at Interactive Brokers, a U.S. online brokerage firm, according to the SEC's complaint.
A Lohmus Haavel & Viisemann employee previously paid more than $550,000 to settle SEC charges of electronic theft of sensitive unreleased information from Business Wire, a leading commercial distributor of corporate news. The SEC's newest complaint doesn't allege any connection between Gashichev and the bank employee.

...until PROVEN otherwise in court. Innocent until proven guilty if we still live in America. We've all seen the documentation and have done our DD. Just because we've arrived at different conclusions doesn't mean we deserve to be treated with any disrespect. F4d and his crew continue to divide the shareholders base more than any of the false prophets or guru's. As I said, if the Tyler case is so airtight, then why bother coming here to "rescue" the shareholders? The way you make it sound is our outcome has already been determined.
BTW, your next comment will likely be, "Then why won't Urban show up to defend himself." I don't know the answer to that other than to say I wish he would. However, if it's so important to serve Urban and get him into court, then why didn't Tyler show up to the September hearing with the correct paperwork ready to go? We know they were looking to extend the time to serve and request publication. However, they didn't have any paperwork filled out and to this day haven't filed the paperwork to serve by publication. What's the holdup in Tyler?
You and I have never had an adversarial relationship. It's always been respectful, even if we disagree. The folks that you associate with should look long and hard at trying this, IMO.
