shore gold tipped their hand about the oreo pipe once they pulled out all the stops and went after it. there is no question about the value of the pipe cmkx discovered. it's huge. shore is doing all it can to acquire it,,,,but they won't win. they have already lost twice in court and third time won't be the charm for them. they might as well walk away or partner with cmkx. take your pick.

Shore has already lost the case against our friend rick walker over and over, it is done. So why does that case seem to be held up for no reason at all for this long, they are waiting to announce the merger and agreements of what will come out of the conglomerate. Obviously newmont looks involved with us to me, of course that will be debated by the usual suspects on here but who cares. And don't be surprised to see an settlement giving shore part of the oreo, but we will have most imo. This bs can't drag on much longer so lets see what they have been hiding for years right in front of our eyes

Tyfel Diamond Hunter * Re: CEO Update Nov. 1st « Reply #3 on Today at 12:00am » pr- What's confusing to this simple, ordinary businessman is: Why does the "CEO, President & Chairman" of a company with "no assets", is in up to here in litigation, and who is working SO hard to get the company back to something "real" feel it is necessary to devote so much "ink" to convincing US that there is no hope of ANY kind of ROI (other than what HE's trying to do for us) ? Maybe I'm just biased or something....but I have to say once again....."Something just DOES NOT jive here....Maybe I'm WAY off-base on this one....But, just my thoughts. Tyfel

Granny,
Why did Bob, your friend, and who knows Kevin West call me in January and leave a message on my cell phone that that we were going to get paid?
I still have the recorded message along with other interesting pm's from Frank.

I understand a CIBC analyst has published a very negative report on CitiBank, saying they don't even have the where-with-all left to pay their regular dividends, due to the usual derivative suspects. People who follow the wire services closely say that Citibank has not responded in 36 hours. Surely in that scenario, one would expect Citi to immediately come out with a stern statement to the effect of, "Balderdash. The bank is strong with a rock solid base. Dividends are not in danger."
As well, the $80 billion bailout plan seems to be falling apart. Could it be that Citis paper is so crappy that no one (even those in similar circumstances) wants to have anything to do with the deal?

Well personally I would LOVE to see ACCA be RIGHT...I may not believe him but it is in MY INTEREST for him to be RIGHT...so I WANT him to be RIGHT...anyone who believes we have NO CHANCE of a HUGE ROI...is wasting their time following this stock IMO...if I had NO FAITH we would see a HUGE ROI...I would not even be posting about CMKX...because a ROI is all I am interested in...NOT REVENGE...NOT BITTERNESS...NOT ANGER...ONLY $$$$$...plus the fact we stuck it to SHORTY...as the BIG BANKS and BROKERS are PROVING IMO...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)

Agreed, we must rely on the "White Knights" and the original "TEAM" to force our funds to be paid.
The money is not lost, it is still all intact.
The Wanta funds and their fight could be closely tied to ours. Follow the story unfolding, as those who would hold back the Wanta funds would surely try or do the same with our settlement.
All IMO.
Best of luck to you Sportsman, try not to get down and remain guarded and strong.

ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CMKI&read=620109--------- By: repeaterpete 02 Nov 2007, 12:33 PM EDT Msg. 620109 of 620114 Jump to msg. # Worth repeating: ATTENTION KEVIN WEST The BEST reply to the update I just read : Kevin, there's no other way to say it, except to say YOU ARE WRONG! At the time of your stepping into the picture, ALL of the assets and ALL of the ETGMF shares, and ANYTHING of liquid-able value was to be tallied and distributed accordingly to all bona fide shareholders of CMKX. It was described as a wind up of operations for CMKX, with a Task Force in place to accomplish the mission. When you came along, you apparently changed the direction, and all of a sudden, those things that were ear marked for US shareholders all of a sudden became CMKX property again. YOU are the one (unless you want to name someone else) who changed OUR distribution of any and all assets, to assets belonging to the company. YOU are the one (unless you want to name someone else) who decided to stop the interplead activities. So don't tell me these assets belong to the company. According to the FOUNDER of the company, the wind up of activities was to bring the dissolution of CMKX to a conclusion, with a distribution of any and all assets to US shareholders...not to (imo) an unqualified upstart in tyler. I'm just getting so tired of you making a distinction between CMKX and the OWNERS of CMKX. Look at the numbers from the counter...WE own the company...YOU are simply the hired (maybe) help. Affairs of what's going on, ARE our business! You are simply a tail trying to wag the dog. Now STOP it! And to whomever you have writing your web site updates: how about making an OFFICIAL statement, via a bona fide PR? A PR would seem to bring a level of actionable credibility that your message board updates fails to achieve. imo...and getting fed up! john original poster is john3339 millionaires.proboards86.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=1193966611&page=3#1194007979

ACTIONABLE is the KEY word IMO...without TRUE PRs all that is said is not as libel to be taken as FACT and KW/BF are not as LIBEL for the information distributed IMO...good possibility they are only putting out UPDATES that reach NO ONE but those watching the site(very few anymore IMO)...so those UPDATES could be aimed at SHORTY IMO more than at SHAREHOLDERS...only a MAILING will reach the majority of shareholders now IMO...also a PR would be more likely to be read by SHAREHOLDERS than an UPDATE IMO...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)
