Your statement "Pointless because there's no factual evidence to show/prove the extent of Maheu's involvment in CMKX. "
Robert Maheu, public records indicate Mr. Maheu held four positions in CMKM Diamonds…
1. co-Chairman CMKM Board of Directors
2. Head of CMKM Task Force
3. Chairman of the Audit Committee for CMKM
Audit Committee A committee set up in most publicly-held companies as part of a good corporate governance structure. Committee members are normally drawn from members of the Company's board of directors who are independent or outside directors. Responsibilities of the audit committee typically include: Overseeing the financial reporting process. Monitoring choice of accounting policies and principles. Monitoring internal control process. Overseeing hiring and performance of the external auditors.
4. Trustee

I believe people used this global intelligence as a basis for supporting specualtive theroies, fantasy and drama.
Yes I do believe Maheu was duped by Urban!
And yes I base my decisions on my own DD.
Now, if you can produce documentation to prove your point, that I will consider. But I'll need more than this speculative rumors surrounding the global intelligence campaign!

Also kevin said urban and family had still shares, which seems strange being in this scam lol. He said they had under ten billion. So the question is do they own the float and second is that where urban got the .54 cents seen as andy said urban made a deal or over four billion years ago, thanks - - - - -

I am looking for the post I wrote. I recall the numbers were based on CMKI being the actual shares and CMKX being the NSS. I don't know how Urban came up with .54 or if that was a rumor. I found these two posts about the NSS from John Martin and Mark Faulk...what changed their minds?
John Martin’s Owners Group assisted the Task Force with the cert pull and share count. The part of the John Martin Letter, which stands out and tells a lot, is…
“We know we have a huge naked short (835 billion shares, including cert holders, and NOBO lists, and with just 20% of street shares faxed in, leaving 80% not even reporting! This does not begin to mention those who are not included from other countries.) These two things alone can be our winning combination. “
NSS = 835 Billion Shares counted + 80% of the shares not reported or faxed in yet + other countries.
June 1, 2006 Faulking Truth Website
So who are the guilty parties? That still remains to be seen, but the Positions Report issued by the DTCC in April provides some definite clues. First, let’s go back to the letter sent out by Frizzell yesterday:
The Task Force has now received certs in the name of certain brokerage companies. Our investigation reveals a potentially huge naked short position in at least two of the very companies that have sent us certs. The certs sent to the Task Force by the brokers represent billions of shares of CMKM stock. It is not the intention of the company to distribute Entourage stock to securities intermediaries and clearing houses for them to distribute the stock at their discretion. It is clear from the Regulation SHO records in conjunction with other sources (ADP, the transfer agent and the DTCC) that huge fails to deliver in this stock currently exist. It would be a breach of the fiduciary duty of the company to distribute these assets to a broker in lieu of its true beneficial owner when there is evidence of known fails to deliver occurring at the same brokerage house.
Now let’s look at the Positions Report. There are only five brokerage houses with reported positions (as of April 14) of over a billion shares, and of those five, Ameritrade has over 4.1 billion shares on the Positions Report, and it is likely that they still hold a sizable portion of the reported 180 billion shares that they once had. And yet they refuse to distribute the remaining shares to their rightful owners, even after seven months. What do they have to hide?
Other brokerage firms with substantial positions on the list include NFS LLC with 5.3 billion shares still in street name as of April 14, Citigroup with 2.8 billion, and Penson Financial with just over 2.1 billion. I repeat: why haven’t these firms turned over their shares to their rightful owners. What do they have to hide?
Take care Gus, BHollenegg

By: rosencrantz2010 29 Jan 2008, 02:15 PM EST Msg. 650924 of 650982 Jump to msg. # karen, and others. just a small point about the processing of the core samples. a sampling of material is pulled from each drill hole. let's say they drill down 200 feet in hole #1 and 400 feet in hole #2.
i believe they will take half of the core from various heights so they get a good representation of that core drill. a total of roughly 100 feet of material will be sent to the lab and the remaining 100 feet (consisting of core rock from top to bottom) will remain behind locked in the warehouse. They then repeat the same thing for drill hole #2. except this time rather than just 100 feet worth of material they will send about 200 feet worth of material,,, and leave 200 feet worth of material behind in the warehouse. again, what they pick from the core sample will consist of portions of the core near the top, near the middle and near the bottom to insure they get a good representation of the what was drilled.
the point of this is that what is left behind in the warehouse is no different than what was tested. odds are what is in the warehouse is the same as what was tested in the lab. there is nothing else in the warehouse unless they drilled more holes and didn't report those core results. i guess that's possible but it seems unlikely. now, maybe the lab didn't test for something else like rubies or uranium or gold or potash. but as far as diamonds go i think it's safe to say the drill results from those 5 drill holes in carolyn don't show much. what's sitting in the warehouse, if sent to the lab for testing, would most likely result in nearly identical results.
now, if you want to argue there is something else in those core samples they didn't test for in the diamond test then you might be able to make a case. but the case for diamonds is weak.

kibert79 DIAMOND JEDI Are we letting the same thing happen to us again? « Thread Started on Today at 3:36pm »
As the saying goes........."fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on ME". Are we letting the same thing happen to us again by not requesting/demanding more frequent communication from OUR "new" management? As each day, week, month passes......it seems as though this is evolving into exactly what we were all so upset about last go-round......LACK OF COMMUNICATION and lack of facts. We believed what we were told through official press releases by "old" management and we have yet to find out what was true and what wasn't. Now we are being asked to believe and trust "new" managements infrequent and "unofficial" FAQs, CEO updates (what ever other name KW has given them), etc with very few positive results to date. How much longer do we continue to let this happen to us before we take matters into our own hands? We had what we thought was good representation for the shareholders, but it seems as though they have left us hanging in the wind. Are we really gonna let this happen all over again? Did we learn nothing from the first go-round? This is getting to the ridiculous stage again......and it's our own fault....AGAIN.
