To those in the 500 room (at least some of you, especially the cowards whoi talk a mountain of chit about a person, put your ignorant words in his mouth, but refuse to let him defend his own positions). THis message is to those who continually attack without any justification (most of you who do bash me are paid). OK, I admit it, you are right - I am a paid spy for the bankers.. errr.. Tyler Texas... errr the Government... err.. a group that wants to screw you over... err.. I work for DeBeers.. Exxon.... I am really James Bond.. err.. I am a mossad agent.. CIA... MI6... I am really an agent for Opec.. North Korea.. Iran... Hitler... the Communists... China... The AARP.. Greenpeace... Hugo Chevez... the Screen Actor's Guild... you name it, I am paid to screw you over! No, you morons, I am a shareholder anmd one with a whole-he11 of a lot more understanding about the law and the facts than you likely will ever have. I understand the significant of the facts more than you because I understand the principles of the law. Not because I am better or more annointed by God, but because I am one of the only shareholders closely following this deal who is also a lawyer! Make sense? I hope so! I am not here to screw you or myself. I am tired of being lied to, seeing out company lie to us, seeing the government lie to us, seeing the bankers lie to us, seeing the mob liars hiding in the rooms lie to us, seeing posters who pretend to be in the know lie to us. Perhaps you like the lies - perhaps you live by the lies, so you are happy with lies. I am not. I will start a room soon after the 1st and it will not be a room to start a lawsuit. If a lawsuit were to be started, people would know long in advance and have the chance to say no. Nobody forced people to be plaintiffs in a lawsuit. We are organizing the room for one reason - to pull our power together and tell the government and the company that the vanity of the government in making themselves look good is no longer an accepotable priority over the suffering of people, the peoiple you have screwed over and keep lying to. PL;ain and simple. You people should look in the mirror. Putting false words in the mouth of people and not letting them speak is indicative of a spiritually illness. And for the morons who have stated that. I have gone off the deep end several times" - you are disengenuous. And if you want an example; if someone had simply granted an able analyst the uncensored forum two years ago to interrogate the infamous Accadacca, we would have all known 24 months ago that he doesn't know Jack Chit. The same was true with the infamous Roddy. Night after night, hope-laden shareholders would wait and wait, sometimes for hours, listening to his favorite music and his BS; only to get booted instantly if they so much as questioned a word the idiot said. In the final tally, like many things, PalTalk just isn't right for everyone, and Sparky's simply one of those people it's not right for. BR, Sparky

Re: I'ts Been A Pleasure « Reply #1600 Today at 2:05pm » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is an important message to procmkm (acca?)... it came to my attention that procmkm asked if I were in the room. Somebody told him that I said via an IM that it was "same old thing"... This is not what I said and this has to be very clear. While I still haven't nailed down the delay, it is abundantly clear to me that something is finally happening based upon the complaint filing on April 7th and UC's quick waiver..and the judge's sig on the 14th..and all those other legal docs. So it is not the "same old thing" when procmkm came to the 500 room. From what I understand, there were several contradictions which I won't go into but they were contradictions, imo, in a good way. To me, acca has always equaled a delay which is unfortunate. The reason I am not allowed to go into the 500 room is because jacbert told me that I was too obsessed over the campaign and call to action... he said it was divisive. So acca, while I would have liked to pop in, since I had a question, I am banned..that is why this message is so important.... you have to know that I did not say it was "same old thing" What do I think now? While acca has informed us the campaign won't do anything... we can do it if we want... That is good enough for me. I find it positive that he didn't tell us NOT to do it...which of course, he cannot tell us what to do anyways.. we have free will. And lastly, since IBM, the designated trustee, said he would take this to state and federal court to make sure the bona fide stockholders receive their distribution... I would like for acca to tell IBM and Don Stoeckleiin to join the fax campaign.. or better yet, make a phone call...and tell the criminals at the SEC they're facing life imprison and better release the ROI collected during the cert pull. The odds of getting 100% participation are remote; that is an ideal scenerio..it is not likely..and IBM and the task force said extract maximum value..and if that is all they can extract? So be it. It's time to distribute the ETGMF or go to court. Don Stoecklein knows the SEC is liable..it's in the OIP Response brief. The TF proved the NSS, not just Frizzell.. DS and IBM were on task force as well. The proof is obviously in several locations...secure locations...and likely in another country, Canada, safe and sound from the corrupt DOJ and SEC officials. ~Abad tramp2.proboards88.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=5146

This is that special place where rumors go to live or die. Where there's always more to learn, the finer the print we dare to read. Eventually, some become reality, no matter how sick, healthy, or eccentric they appeared -- only to the chagrin and denial of all who judge and juried an open case -- be it CMKX or any pending serious issue of contradictions, begging for transparency and justice on a grand scale. The use of abusive ad hominism is a good way to earn a low IQ score, in my eyes. Although, confronting the message of 'idiots' with heroic dispassion isn't in the rules of engagement for most bullies. I'm making this point in a section befit for rumors and fallacies, but I will not be another to apologize for having logically interrupted the status quo, deliberately or innocently. And, since we're addressing messages and messengers, I should warn about the topical use of bumper stickers advertising political or investment beliefs. These labels of enthusiastic commitment tend to disappear as the bond separates, gradually or with a fast ripping sound in the night. I'm pondering the design of a band-aid style bumper sticker for covering the GOP or CMKX wound, to indicate closure and healing, with prejudice or contentment. I very much enjoy the work of the few who inform and entertain the many in this bottomless pit of rumor, the mainstream channel of food for thought between reality and fantasy. And, the reactivity that erupts forth into the sky every so often, reminding me to keep looking up, for that's the only way out of here, together. Also, maintaining that outlook is exactly what it takes to survive all threats to our peace of mind, the pursuit of happiness and the proverbial ROI. -3bid "Strange times are these in which we live when old and young are taught in falsehoods school. And the one man that dares to tell the truth is called at once a lunatic and fool". -- Plato "All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed, second it is violently opposed, & third, it is accepted as self-evident." - Arthur Schopenhauer, Philosopher, 1788-1860 "He that waits on fortune is never sure of a dinner." - Ben Franklin "He that steals an egg will steal an ox." - George Herbert "When you say one thing, the clever person understands three." - Chinese "Let your head be more than a funnel to your stomach." - German "Prophecy is the most gratuitous form of error." - George Eliot "The chief object of education is not to learn things but to unlearn things." - G.K. “We are extremely appreciative of Stoecklein Law Group’s immediate attention to our needs. I have worked with them in the past and they have always exceeded my expectations,”.
“When I initially took on the assignment of assisting CMKM with its compliance needs, of primary concern was doing the right thing for the stockholders.”
“I am fully committed to protecting the interests of bona fide CMKM stockholders, including if necessary, bringing appropriate federal or state court actions to ensure the appropriate distribution of the Entourage shares is made.”
“We faced a tremendous number of hurdles, including the trading halt, administrative hearing and let down of numerous professionals. However, with the continued commitment of Urban Casavant and diligent professionalism of Stoecklein Law Group, we are trying to overcome the obstacles of the past and look forward into the future towards distributing value to CMKM’s bona fide stockholders.”
