If you review my postings, you will note that for over a year now I have correctly predicted the leverage-and-greed-related misfortunes now confronting the US-based "financials."
Moreover, I have been very accurate in my related stock performance predictions, not to mention a handful of excellent Put option recommendations.
So if you allege to know more than me about the subjects I'm writing about, or if you suspect that I have a motive that is somehow aligned with Attorney Treffrey; why then don't you either clarify things by being a lot more specific or just plain STFU?
As someone who was formally educated in finance and investments and who has over three decades of related experience, I am simply here to share my thoughts; thoughts I believe many have come to enjoy and appreciate. So why are you here?

Last night Treffrey stated that CMKM could of crashed the market.

I am here cause I want the same thing you want a ROI but this will not happen cause you believe it will. The system is corrupt I agree with you but since this company's prior management was more corrupt then the system our chances of this ROI is slim. I also believe that there is a group out there protecting one of the entities who has money.
So now with your question.
Why do you avoid the fact that previous management was more corrupt then the system?

Keep in mind all of the documents, that were available for around 800.00 dollars, if you chose to purchase thru FOIA.
Im sure Ms Bairds documents were used to fill in the blanks, and produce the whole picture.
