What are the possible reasons that UC could have for NOT repsonding to this suit? A reason that would benefit HIM in the short or long term? I'm stumped. Any that I think of, would put him in a shady light, IMO.

abc123 DIAMOND DIGGER WHO DESERVER'S THE REAL CREDIT!!!!! « Thread Started Today at 10:07am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Things sure have changed with the release of the book by Mark Faulk on this site. But that is OK with me for it has cleared the air a little if you know what I mean. We now need to give CREDIT to the person's that really deserver it lets start with John Martin and his family then Bill Frizzle for the stand up person that he his and Kevin West for not just walking away when he could of easily. I personal thank the shareholders that help all three with gathering information to possible have a chance to correct this yet. I really believe time is on our side, what will it give all of us no one knows but no one can take away the education that I have received investing in the OTC.BB (PENNY STOCK) My Prayers for the ones that have lost so much because of this Stock Play of a Lifetime take care only live one day at a time its a lot easier. kibert79 DIAMOND JEDI Re: WHO DESERVER'S THE REAL CREDIT!!!!! « Reply #1 Today at 12:11pm » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I think that there is still much that needs to be learned before we can start thanking people. I haven't seen one penny go back into my bank account, so I don't know what we need to be thankful for yet. Besides, it's hard for me to believe everything that is written in a book without seeing the proof. Faulk is a book writer, not a private investigator.......he can write whatever he wants, without having to prove any of it. I think it's best that we wait for the lawsuits to play-out before we start thanking people that haven't even gained our trust yet. stormgrey43 DIAMOND JEDI MASTER Re: WHO DESERVER'S THE REAL CREDIT!!!!! « Reply #2 Today at 12:14pm » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Today at 12:11pm, kibert79 wrote: Ditto. Just to clarify, we're supposed to put this line in addition to our signature if we have to sign for a packet ? tramp2.proboards88.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=5319

Dave It's part of the Uniform Commercial Code It means "I'm not liable for any thing I didn't expressly agree to" or: "It indicates I have exercised the remedy provided for me in the Uniform Commercial Code by which I might reserve the common law right not to be compelled to perform under any contract that I have not entered knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally. And furthermore, that notifies all administrative agencies of government that I do not accept the liability associated with the compelled benefits of any unrevealed commercial agreement."theconstitutionalobserver.org/observer/articles/withoutprejudice.htmcmkxgroup.proboards88.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=19892

Exxxxxcuuuuse Meeeee!!! Nothing simple about me.... ;DThe only notoriety I've ever received is on this board. The other boards just read the "stuffs" and go on. Most don't even rate a comment. I have not ever understood how someone who has never caused any trouble and wants no trouble can be "spotlighted" so often. What have I ever done and why are so many interested in me? Ask chrisl and T if I don't look like the "girl next door".. ;DNow 20 years or so ago I was a "kick azz" sort of woman. Ya know the kind, right? Kick it first and then take the names.. :oBuuut I have matured and I am not the Old, white haired ( do not dye my hair either) kind of grandmother you must be thinking about..who needs attention.......I neither NEED attention nor do I desire it. ;D ;D True that gravity is winning in some areas but for the most part I look mighty fine for my age.. ;D So please just lay off me and leave me out of the conversations and I'll do the same for you all. Okay? I will admit that I do find both humor and sadness in some of the stuff that is posted but that's from all boards, not just from those who start rumors. You may want to also take a look at just how much attention that some of the "no rumor" boards always pay to the rumors. You may want to consider that I always try to give "both" sides of the conversations also. Thaaat's all folks............Nothing left for me to say...... give 'em 'ell girl...LOL... Way to go sooner !! I agree with Greenman..... "Give 'em Hell !!".
It really gave me a chuckle to see this errrrrrrrrrrrrr ..... "gentleman's" "perception" or shall we call it "pre-judgment" of you. He has no clue of just how off base he really is !! D*mn ... to have the opportunity to prove to him what an asinine statement he has made and to let him know, that he deserved nothing more than a dunce hat, would truly make my day !! Too d*mn bad that Bill Frizzell would not allow the tapes, regarding your visit to Tyler, to be released on the boards!
Tapes..... in which YOU sounded more like the lawyer than Bill Frizzell did. Tapes..... in which YOU challenged his every answer, especially the answers that were contradicting or evasive. Tapes..... in which YOU had BF stuttering and grasping for answers Tapes..... in which YOU forced answers persisently...
lol lol..... I could go on & on & on.... just too d*mn bad EVERY shareholder did not have the opportunity to witness these tapes of the "badgering" ( as I described it) ,of Bill Frizzell, with a bright light shinning in his face ( my image) !!
Mr. killjayhawkers, sorry to be the one to have to tell you .... but the laugh is on you !!

I was just watching the news (foxnews) and something very interesting happened. I forget the guys name but you know the hedge fund manager that was supposed to report to serve his 20 years but left his car and tried to make it look like he jumped off the bridge but they never found him? Well they were talking about his crime and the search for him but the interesting thing was that they said that the sec (I think they said sec but that's irrelevant) had collected $100 million dollars back from that fund. Then they said that that money was going back to the wronged shareholders. To me, hearing them say something like that on the news is way bigger than just about anything I have seen on these boards.
Hedgie got busted, tried, convicted and sentenced and now the gov got a bunch of money and is giving it back, THAT"S HUGE! if you asked me.

Hopefully we see more stories like this one and the mention of our company pops up. We were wronged, from very angle...Or....I should say, it seems that way.
