That's when I went ballistic. The most important, immediate issue we've been led to believe has been resolved he is dismissing as a non event to be dealt with somewhere down the road. Am I missing something here?

By: pontiyak 13 Sep 2008, 08:03 PM EDT Msg. 764860 of 764869 Jump to msg. # Another moment of Canukistan clarity and common cents......
It occured to me that(and I may be slow to this realization) that the company cannot sue individuals or institutions for breaches of the securities act of 33' & 34', and can only sue for breaches of fudiciary duty, fraud, malfeasence, theft etc. The company could also take the suit to a higher level with a class action suit against individuals or institutions for participating in or aiding and abetting the above crimes...
Only the SEC can sue for infractions of the securities act, and only on a civil level.
The DOJ can take those infractions to the next level federally for us, and from what I hear they are in fact investigating.
On another topic. I cannot hold my tongue any longer as to my opinon of the Tyler boys or Mark Faulk..
First Mark, Faulk.... He saw a scam in the making, and called it correctly. And we DID GET SCAMMED ! period. The questions we are now working our way through, is who scammed us, and how. I cannot fault Faulk for seeing what I failed to see as I was being blinded by the allure of riches from diamond mining ( aside from the fact we know there are potentially lucritive diamond fields in Fort Al Corne). I do fine fault with him the words he used, and his opinions of both the shareholders and the management of CMKX, at the time. Because of that people saw RED, and lost sight of the fact that Mark has been fighting Naked short selling for a very long time. And in my mind the fight against NSS is far more important, than the fight against the criminality that occured on any one stock.
Could Faulk have been a little more understanding of the beleagured CMKX shareholders ?.... sure, but perhaps it is not his style. I have read his book and will read it again... I found no glaring inaccuracies or lies, and in areas where Mark is not quite sure, he makes that very clear. The book was IMHO a very well documented and precise account of what has happened up to the point it went to print.
I would'nt be surprised to see a "Part II"...lol.
A quick opinion on Urban... is he a crook ?.... I have no idea, but in all honesty... it's not looking good for him, reguardless if he was an innocent, a dupe, a captured dupe, a willing participant, or any other variation. I wish him well, and I feel strongly the he did all he could to prevent the pain we all have gone through, but he's the main guy in a major chit storm. And that sucks...If he's a crook... "sucks to be him".
The Tyler Group... first of all, and as I said the other day.... I don't see anybody else stepping up to the plate to champion our cause. And if you think you can do better ... I'm sure Kevin West has a spare application form laying around. I've seen more factual documentation from Tyler, than we ever got from the previous management...and a caveat here.... PR's are rarely completely factual in the microcap enviroment. So just because you saw it in a PR.... don't hang your hat on it.
The Tyler Group is going after whatever they think they can, and within the confines of the jurisdictional bounderies, and I support that. If anybody else can find a way to cause Edwards to cough up $33 million...Lets hear it !! He's already laughing at us with a "go fark yourself" 5th amendment plea..or whatever.
It only make sense to me to put my support behind those that are at least trying to move us forward, as opposed to those agencies that have failed us for so many years.
The SEC is NOT concerned with our well being, even though they now have this "fair funds" thingy. I do hope we see some sort of compensation from this new feel good program, but keep in mind it is a program designed and operated by the same agency that laughed at us for years, and it requires that the SEC finds a "Market Participant" at major and serious default in their fudiciary duties. ( gee I think I will kick myself).
finally,.... the board Guru's... I applaude their positive attitude, and in some cases I appreciate their supposed intellect and experiance. But....
Anybody, who IS anybody, and has has the ability, or experiance, or the connections to make serious change to either the issue of CMKX or the larger issue of naked short selling IS NOT spending countless hours and hundreds or posts on public message boards. They would be far to busy, or should be, to entertain us with the blow by blow of their efforts.
And they would not hide behind some obsure alias, and beat their chests in an attempt to impress us all into believing they are the "bomb"... heheheh.
I believe there are unseen forces at work to level the playing field in a broader sense, and hopefully to also reward us for all the effort and pain we have suffered in CMKX and other securities, but continuing to reside in the house of mirrors, is not in our collective interests.
There are far to many good people invested in both CMKX, and our future for us to be divided on shades of grey, such as Tyler, Faulk, Urban, etc. Stepping back and finding focus on the big picture can be a cleansing experiance..
with love.
IMHO

Maybe you can simply tell us what we can expect for a reward since you seem to be relatively confident about where this journey is taking us & when it will end.tia

If you listen to the basher, you'll get just as depressed as them and go to bed each night kickn you fat butt for not buying any shares.
Why else would you spend hours over hours waisting you precious time bashing a revocked stock.
Me too, i'd feel like a big kaka if I hadn't bought any CMKX, this is the most talked about revoked stock In the history of the stock market.
Why go to so much trouble for a revoked stock ?
Why would people spend so much time posting here if they don't have any stock ?
You gotta have a pretty boring life to spend all you time here and not own any stock, don't you agree, especially after 5 years.
