Can the Tyler boys find a way to uncover the crooks that all those before us have failed to do..??
I hope

Seems pretty simple. When they all pay, everyone gets their certificates. I don't know if it's true, but it works for me! eom.

What I don't understand is why whomever is in charge of distribution, can't pay the bonafides a small token payment, if for no other reason, a good will gesture towards us. We've heard for a long time how valuable we are and how strong a force we are, so why are we not being rewarded for being so GD Valuable? Valuable employees are paid. Valuable management people are rewarded with perks all the time. Valuable relationships are rewarded often for 'sticking it out' through tough times. Hell, we've done all that! It's time to turn the burners up because the water isn't boiling yet. All IMO. eom.

with like 50K shareholders & maybe like $10 costs each to print Checks, Mail & handle, that would add up to like $500K plus the Token.
Then there would be those not satisfied with a Token amount & be banging the doors down for more.

LOL now thats one of the funniest things I ever heard..Looking good for shareholders of a revolked stock and non-exsistant company....If by change there were/are any shorts at all in this thing fact is they will never have to cover due to the fact that the company does not exsist as a company any longer....

I know a few whose mental health is at stake toooooo !!drabbey DIAMOND DIGGER do you believe« Thread Started Yesterday at 11:44pm » My dad thinks all this crazy stuff going on in the government will produce some type of return on our investment in CMKX. I was just wandering how many of you out there feel we are going to get some return on our investment soon. For my dad's mental health I hope and pray it will come out in our favor. scruffy2 DIAMOND JEDI MASTER Drabbey, that expectation comes from believing in the rule of law and that Right will prevail. "Old folks" like your Dad, I, and many others here believe this will be the case, but we certainly have our concerns... You too? The question is, "What are we prepared to do to make this turn out right", perhaps? Tell your Dad that getting involved (if he has the time and energy) will help with all that. It's tough though to have to sit and wait if we feel we can do nothing...

jttmon DIAMOND DIGGER Re: Shareholders Corner 9-26-08 « Reply #58 Today at 12:15am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I don't mean to demean my fellow shareholders, but it seems to me that many of us are becoming legends in our own minds. Many of us seem to think that we are this dynamic, worthy forum who yields tremendous power and influence. Yes we are united in spirit (at least the one's that take the time to converse on the boards) and yes we are passionate, but what we are not is effective, connected, and organized. Yes we are sending our congressman faxes and emails and some have suggested making you tube videos to further our cause - but nothing has happened. To me that is not being effective. By sending information to a politicians office only allows him or her to sit on the information and have control of it. What we need is a champion. A person who has connections, knows how to get attention, and is willing to use those connections to cmkx cause. I don't know Mark Faulk and I don't' know if he is the champion that we need, but I don't know that he isn't. What I do know is that the people in Tyler are not communicators nor are they connected at high levels of government. They are going after the perps through law suits and yes I think that is a good thing, but they do not know how to elevate our cause to the levels that will really make a difference. Faulk has written books, networked in the circles of NSS, and has contacts. One which he used the other day to pass information onto high level people who needed to begin hearing our story. Bud was that contact and did spread the word. I would like to see mark spending his time furthering our cause instead of spending his time responding to a few hundred requests for information from shareholders who are distrusting of his actions. After all he is fitting us in by hosting radio talk just for the shareholders. When have we ever been given that attention? Instead of finding fault with Faulk we should be rallying around him - after all he appears to be our only hope in getting this mess resolved. Tyler appears to be doing what they are trained to do - gathering information and taking the perps to court. What Tyler does not have is the experience and flare to elevate our cause to the levels of government that will really make a difference. We need someone who is willing to be that champion and get into the face of the Washington politicians and regulatory people who without having pressure and exposure put on them will never come to our aid. jttmon millionaires.proboards86.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=22385&page=3
