By: grajekk 12 Oct 2008, 08:03 AM EDT Msg. 771806 of 771809 Jump to msg. # Hey Ron Casavant... I don't know if you remember me or not.. I don't even know if you ever look at this board. But I was the 3XXX guy who drove from Southern Wis. to the Brainerd races to try and help out CMKX a few years ago with the aerial survey company stock symbol that turned out to be a piece of spit. By the way, thanks for the 2XX teeshirt... When I got home it was 3XXX! LOL! Sorry the stock symbols we exchanged both turned out to be stinkers! During our visit you pointed to the zinc properties on the claims map and told me they were worth over a B by themselves. The rest of the map was covered with CMKX diamond claims. Do you remember the smiles, laughter, and dreams we had? You told me you had to lose a few pounds so you could drive a top fuel car the next year. JamesXXXXX was there that day, a shareholder in from Cal, and a really nice guy from Pittsburgh also.. can't remember his name though.. I thought it was one of the best days in my life... I think I owe Big Jim Dunn's wife about 30 cookies from that day. Well... now the laughter is gone, most of my hope is gone too, I have a terrible guilt for getting my friends and relatives involved in this mess even though I told them to use gambling money only, and I don't know if it is posssible to shake a man's hand again and trust him... I don't care about the dreams anymore because a lot of stuff went south over the last couple years and that's mostly because I took such good care of myself along the way, and let some stress get to me! lol!.. But, on the top of my bucket list is the need to know whether you told me the truth that weekend... Were we really destined to be as happy as we thought we were at that time? Or should I tell my children not to trust anyone in this life? They have already seen how the US government works, so maybe I don't have to say a word about not trusting... I still pray every night that the smile and wink you gave me, when we parted was because of the good will and love in your family, and not laughter at taking a few bucks from a gullible dreamer who wanted to find a way to give his family the best he could.. Strange... I guess I still believe in Santa... Don't let me down.. One quick request if I may.. Ask whoever is in charge of this stuff now, just to let this be over... Even if you folks did take me and 50,000 others for a ride, at least let us have closure. If you folks are the people I thought you were from the get-go, then God bless you! And I can't wait until the sacred asskicking day of the naked shorts! lol! The only thing keeping my attitude semi-positive, and my body on the green side of the sod, is that I can't afford to pay for my funeral yet, and my kids think I'm to big to get rid of in the fire pit in my back yard. Still hoping for that party in Vegas, and the Golden Rule to win! If something doesn't happen pretty soon though, we may have to move the party to an old folks home in the Bahama's! Still wishing you and your family the very best, until I am given reason not to! LOL! Take care my friend... One more before I go.. If there is still hope for us dreamers, could you folks rent another billboard at the next NASCAR race and just put a big smiley face on it? We'll know! LOL!

That being said, my 3 yr old daughter and I are going to the beach now to soak up some Paradise, to stock up on some survival good-feeling, before he11 decends upon us next week. Our neighbor across the street lost his 95 yr old mother on Friday, so my husband and I decided that we'll mow his lawn today for him, so he can be with his family and make his arrangements. It's been raining here in South Florida a lot, so, the grass is REALLY high. Since we are stuggling financially, we don't have much to offer, so helping him with his yard is the only thing we can give. But when CMKX hits, I PROMISE that I will hire a lawn service to do our yard AND his every week from now on !! mnwriter DIAMOND JEDI Re: It's Been A Pleasure (Acca related posts) « Reply #6155 Today at 9:10am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I don't believe we will be paid within "days" either, but the "acca = delay" theory doesn't hold much water either. Why? Because it's based on something Acca, himself, said eons ago. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it was Acca who perpetrated the belief that his departure would signal the end of this saga. So why cherry pick that piece of information as being any more accurate than the many other pieces of information he's brought to the boards and to PalTalk? It's clear that Acca is being sent to the boards and to PalTalk for a reason. Unfortunately that reason is not clear, but I don't believe it signals either delay or closure. JMHOWhat I found interesting about this mp3 is that Acca really stuck his neck out in terms of potential slander charges if what he said about Citi and Knight isn't true.Plus, what always fascinates me about Acca is, despite his somewhat limited vocabulary and tendency to misunderstand or confuse the definition of the words he chooses, he speaks (almost eloquently) about the stock market and other related financial topics. In other words, he knows his stuff, and he has an amazing grasp on the history of CMKX. If it's all just an elaborate fabrication he would make more mistakes than he does. Mistakes, mind you, are very different than intentionally misleading statements. His latest mp3 was different. Yes, there were the usual contradictions, i.e., saying Citi has to fail in order for us to be paid and then saying Citi doesn't have to fail in order for us to be paid, but this particular mp3 had far more information than past recordings - specifically the Citi/Knight comments. If true, that speaks volumes. All IMO, of course. « Last Edit: Today at 9:14am by mnwriter » mnwriter DIAMOND JEDI Re: It's Been A Pleasure (Acca related posts) « Reply #6156 Today at 9:22am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I would still like stormgrey and bhollenegg to weigh-in on whether anything in Acca's most recent mp3 matches what they're hearing. That goes for the Belgian Brigade as well. What's the word, guys? Anything? millionaires.proboards86.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=19007&page=308

oldepro DIAMOND MINER Why? ? « Thread Started Today at 9:06am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Why has Patrick Byrne been the one to shoulder the load? Why has there never been a call from our company to bombard the SEC and Congress with protests from shareholders? Why has our new CEO, a proponent of market reform, not asked us to take up arms? In December 2006, I asked Kevin West "will you call on the shareholders to protest if needed." "Absolutely" he replied. Why did this call never come? Why have we been lulled to sleep by false promises from false prophets? Why has there been a 5 year campaign to keep us confused and disorganized? Why, with all the possibilities for positive action from the Paltalk rooms and message boards, were we fed "we won" and "next week"? Why did the sliver platter end up with Urban's head on it? Final question, Why are we still putting up with it? millionaires.proboards86.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=22747

What's everyone else up to this fine Sunday? -tg millionaires.proboards86.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=22744Have fun with your little one on the beach. What am I doing this Sunday? Well, I am in St. Maarten (yes that's how they spell it). Enjoying what may be the last vacation I ever take, not because I'm going to die but because I'm almost broke. My horoscope says to step out of reality for a while today and that's what I'm going to do. I am headed up to the Orient beach area (if you know the place, the nude beach) I am going to look at some fat old naked people, puke up the tequilla I drank last night and then I have been directed to the waves where I will take up one of my favorite past times, surfing. I intend to forget about cmkx, the election, the world crisis and my empty bank account. I will be riding the waves as if it were my last day on earth, thinking only of the beautifull surrondings, the poor island people (who in retrospect seem to have it more figured out than the rest of us), my family, friends and my dog. The good things in life! See I am already feeling better. Wow!!! I have even forgoten why I ever needed any money to begin with. You guys and gals have an awsome day cuz I know I will! In search of the perfect wave!!! A ride away from reality. squeezeme

Some shareholders have helped by providing loans to the company...& he has not accepted any personal loans or any other type of gifts or compensation for anything remotely related to his position with CMKM.
Some shareholders choose to trust me (KW), some do not. I have accepted this as going with the territory and will continue to do my job to the best of my abilities for the Company and the entire group of shareholders as a whole.
Why KW mentioned gifts & compensation remotely?
My question(me) is why some shareholders are happy to help and many shareholders here are doing nothing but bsing and mocking other shareholders??

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a DEFENSIVE action from OUR OFFENSE...Those that doubt that we can actually make anything happen this is PROOF. This is exactly why we as shareholders need to get these complaints filed with the lawfirm....Just look at how they want to shift the blame...Thus shifting the liability and exposure....Just call it a FLUSH OUT...however we will be the ones flushing.
