hey littledummy the coffee is getting cold and explain this from david patch and explain why it doesn't bug you enough to ever post about it, just urban
"With regards to CMKX, the SEC was fully aware of John Edwards laundering money (unloading unregistered shares) through various accounts at NevWest YEARS before the SEC took action. The evidence is in the phone records of NevWest who contacted the SEC each time Edwards came in with a cert to sell through a different account. Instead of taking action they told NevWest to sell the stock effectively aiding in the fraud of Edwards. Today they fault NevWest for doing so taking no responsibility themselves."
explain how the sec allowed this to happen and allowed the money to be stolen and our land given away because we were broke, hmmmmm it doesn't add up does it, but you are just an internet character so it doesn't have to does it putz.
When soooo many know now why don't you and the rest of the og just stfu now?

That's right Gus! I'm just an Internet Poster who has been calling the shots since 2004.
Have fun sitting around making up your conspiracy theories and how the SEC/US Government is going to correct the harm associated with a Canadian Citizen!
You have a new Child growing up behind you but yet you're too concerned about posting crap day after day. Get your priorities straight in life and you'll finally see the CMKM game is over. Shareholders lost!

aladin, even you will grow weary of the wait in another year and a half. at some point each of us will tire of the game. 2010? 2012? 2015? 2020? eventually you will either tire of the wait or pass away.
and what about all those BIG PROMISES by those in the know? what total horse shiiit from the all knowing gurus that plied everyone with their coded messages, youtube songs, passwords and pseudonyms for each of the cmkx cast of characters.
at some point you too will join in agreeing that URBAN should be horsewhipped, along with those at the SEC responsible for allowing this fiasco.
and TYLER will increasingly be viewed as being run by a group of dunderheads that failed to even follow through on their minimal promise of communicating with the shareholders on a regular basis. TYLER ended up producing little more than more lies.
par for the course.

So, Citigroup hit a desperate level, and had their last (hopefully) infusion. What more do we need to know? That should do it for the explanations, and discussions, and history making cover-ups. The trail to naked shorting retribution, reciprocity and now restitution are in the final virtual hours. If something doesn't make sense then it usually is a lie, but all that we have heard regarding this BIG name does fit, and is aligned a trillion percent with the CMKX "Naked Truth" saga by amazing accuracy. The fact remains that nothing can change in this economy until Domestic funds are moved, dispersed somewhere exchanging hands. Funds that have been collected as damages, grown exponentially, and earmarked for their recipients imho.
This ever so weakened Country/ "consumer" is not prepared for any Holiday Season that requires the energy that it takes to walk into a store let alone the spending of funds that they no longer own, nor hold. Bailing out the Banks would have been pointless without preserving its middle class American right along with them. You cannot save a nation without securing its primary asset and that is the people who spend. Bring on the tangible Transfer of Wealth.
"NEW YORK (Reuters) – The U.S. government bailed out Citigroup Inc, agreeing to shoulder most of the potential losses on $306 billion of high risk assets, in its most sweeping rescue of a U.S. bank yet in the global economic crisis."

what a joke the media is hey leo, rico charges need to be filed against all media. And when you look at the intel that bush lied about to go to war and nobody said anything, no democrats, but also no world leaders who had the same intel, they need to be held accountable as well. They all knew he lied and said nothing. The media didn't cover it except overseas in a few places and will not cover any real story it is clear. There is clear rico violations here as they aided the massive fraud and lies that have happened, including of course their ponzi scheme wallstreet. What a sad world we know we have just from watching this stock.

i find it remarkable that this one-man law firm from TYLER, TX can file a lawsuit against one of the largest corporations in the world, APPLE, and yet our TYLER group seems to be in slow motion when it comes to getting a simple summary judgement from the judge on the lawsuit against URBAN over a year ago!
Apple sued over tech that helps iPhone surf Web
BOSTON (Reuters) (Reuters) — Apple Inc is the target of a lawsuit that claims a technology the iPhone uses to surf the Web infringes on a patent filed by Los Angeles real estate developer Elliot Gottfurcht and two co-inventors.
The lawsuit was filed by EMG Technology LLC on Monday in the U.S. District Court in Tyler, Texas. EMG was founded by Gottfurcht, is based in Los Angeles with an office in Tyler, and has just one employee.
The suit alleges that the technology the iPhone uses to navigate and display some websites designed for small phone screens infringes on a patent obtained last month by Gottfurcht and his co-inventors and assigned to EMG.
Apple spokeswoman Susan Lundgren declined to comment on the lawsuit, saying that the Cupertino, California-based company does not discuss pending litigation.
EMG has not considered suing companies such as HTC Corp, maker of the G1 Google phone, and Research in Motion Ltd, maker of the BlackBerry, which also produce devices that can display mobile websites, according to Gottfurcht's lawyer Stanley Gibson, a partner with the Los Angeles law firm Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Marmaro.
Mobile websites are essentially reformatted versions of ordinary websites, with their content manipulated to be easily viewed on tiny screens.
"We haven't looked at anything other than the iPhone," Gibson told Reuters. "That was the device that we looked at. Obviously it's very popular."
Gibson was one of several attorneys who prosecuted a recent patent infringement case against Medtronic Inc that resulted in a $570 million verdict for his clients, according to a statement issued by his law firm.

which is it? did they pay or not?
is CMKX the reason for all these failures?
come on everyone, get your facts straight. you're always grabbing at straws.
no matter what it is, you claim it's the reason for this or that. your stories are never the same and you have ten different theories for how things happened and why they happened.

a small-time lawyer from TYLER, TX can sue one of the largest companies in the world and yet our crack team of super-duper lawyers and bulldog fighters can't even get a summary judgement from the judge.
furthermore, they can't even communicate the fact that they are incapable of getting the summary judgement.
well, i guess that makes some sense because i'd be embarrassed too if i couldn't even pick up the phone and say to the judge, "hey, judge, get off your fat assss and fill out the boilerplate form you use in every case in which the defendant fails to appear in court in a lawsuit!"

and yet i thought kevin was working 24/7 for cmkx shareholders. what happened? why isn't he even coming in anymore?
and what about FRIZZELL? is he coming in? gee, maybe the pressure of all that work they have been doing for us for the last year has gotten to them and they've cracked under the strain?
yeah, that's probably it, they've all cracked under the extreme stress of working on the CMKX case file!
or maybe shorty got to them and they've been bought off?
or maybe some citi executives called and ,,,,, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
