Last week's data release from the SEC THEMSELVES confirm that failures to deliver are no better... actually worse than ever it seems. Patrick Byrne provides charted info in his Dec. 7 article on DeepCapture.com. Despite the apparent notoriety of the problem lately in the press, the SEC manages to let the problem get worse. I AM dismayed.

I know it is tough, but try to focus on All of the things that simply don't add and re-assure yourself that there is more to this story than meets the eye. Our situation will not be swept under the rug~ Read Patch's comments once again from this fall, they are just another reminder/reinforcer. jf norris.blogs.nytimes.com/2008/09/03/sell-billions-make-millions/#comment-17769 September 4, 2008 9:16 am Link Floyd, I believe there is more to this story than meets the eye. This is merely a case of the SEC playing hardball with a small fish while letting the tuna slip away. Anderson worked for NevWest Securities. It is already shown that NevWest Securities was selling shares into the market by John Edwards based on physical certs (issued by a transfer agent) Edwards brought in. What the SEC is not informing you in this complaint is that in each of these sales NevWest contacted the SEC before executing these trades and were told to sell such shares into the markets because the shares were issued by the transfer agent. In this proceeding, the SEC will attempt to present evidence that these were illegally issued by the transfer agent making them unregistered securities. Ultimately, the real criminal in all this is not NevWest or Anderson, it was teh SEC who not only witnessed the sales first hand but authorized them. A broker, receiving physical certs with no legend claiming they were unregistered or restricted, can’t be guilty of the sale after the fact. Certainly not when the trades (certs) were first passed by the agency before execution. This is a game of cat and mouse and you dear Floyd have fallen into the trap hook, line, and sinker. I suggest you do some background checks and fact finding before you continue to spin misleading information presented by the Commission. — Dave

the sec to start buddy
from rod young
15 In an August of 2004 luncheon meeting with a potential witness in Eagletechs civil case a member of the CIA showed up un-announced to me wanting details of the involvement of Jonathan Curshen and his Costa Rican Offshore asset protection company Red Sea Management in the demise of Eagletech. I was encouraged to write a criminal referral to the U.S. Secret Service who is charged with investigating counterfeiting of corporate securities under 18-USC-514. I authored 15 pages with 100 pages of evidence implicating the SEC and the DTCC as accessories to the crime. That referral was hand delivered to the Secret Service in Washington DC as a courtesy by the agent.

BHollenegg DIAMOND JEDI MASTER CMKM Diamonds: The Identity Conflict…« Thread Started on Dec 7, 2008, 6:04am » Who is MINING the Store? According to “The Mine & Quarry Data” website; Entourage Mining Ltd. purchased the company, CMKM Diamonds. According to Tyler; They are“The New CMKM Diamonds”. What’s the drill? One is drilling for diamonds/uranium/oil, while the other is drilling for information? Looks like Tyler can’t make up their “mines”. CMKM Diamonds, The Identity Conflict… ShowMeTheMoney Mod Squad Re: CMKM Diamonds: The Identity Conflict…« Reply #30 Yesterday at 2:58pm » Robert... Thanks for the PM clarifying your initial post on this thread. IMO, I think this information is amazing, and, if true, sheds a whole new light on the importance of the shareholder vote for a reverse split. Here is what I gathered from Robert's posts and PM.... Clearly, “The Mine & Quarry Data” website still says that Entourage Mining Ltd. purchased CMKM Diamonds. Robert tells me that he first posted this information back when the Entourage deal was originally made, even before any details of the agreement had been released publicly. A quick comment from Show: Remember, publicly, we have always believed, and I was even told initially by Kevin West - back in December, 2006, that certain CMKM Diamonds claims were given over to Entourage in return for 45 million Entourage shares... which were, in turn, supposed to be distributed directly to CMKX Shareholders... with the goal to force a cover in the market via the legal Interplead action. An Interplead is a formal request to ask a Court to make a legal determination as to who the rightful owners of certain property is/ are, prior to making the distribution.) Robert says a shareholder contacted an Entourage manager (not sure who the shareholder was, nor who the manger was that they spoke to) for their response. Apparently, the manager "tap danced" uncomfortably around the issue and said that the information wasn't correct... and that they would submit a correction. Robert has monitored the The Mine & Quarry Data Mining web site and can see that some of the information has indeed been updated... but not the part about Entourage purchasing CMKM Diamonds outright. Robert is wondering what excuse Entourage has now, as to why that site still claims Entourage purchased CMKM Diamonds. Me too! Wierd... but, on the other hand, this relationship would explain a lot in terms of Bill Frizzell's recent remarks to Kool. AIMO, BHollenegg DIAMOND JEDI MASTER Re: CMKM Diamonds: The Identity Conflict…« Reply #35 Yesterday at 10:30pm » Entourage Filing refers to CMKM as a defunct company... Ohhh, I like this!
Let me tell you guys about Stockrich...he's one solid dude in my book. I used to email him on 32 and he's no game player nor is he looking for attention. Somebody get a message to him and tell him I said thanks for the info and sorry he now has to deal with questions about his integrity.
One more thing...this is right up there with the phone call diamondbilly got back in either late 2006 or the beginning of 2007. I loved that thread!
--------------------------------------------------------------- BTW, if the Treasury department is making calls like that for their investigation, I'm thinking it's more in line with a verification. Call it what you will but I think things like this are randomly done before funds are released.

No, what we would like is the reason "why" they simply don't say screw it and give the shareholders a clear and concise reason why we are being strung out year after year. For many, it would have been a lot easier to have the company throw in the towel and let us take the legitimate tax loss.
Instead, the company chooses to drag all of us on this boatride to hell without giving us a clear and concise itinerary of where we are headed and for how long.
It's getting hard to swallow anything they have to offer when we are constantly fed the BS we have been.
I could list all of the quotes that have been printed from the likes of Frizzell, Faulk, and Kevin, only to have them eventually contradict each of them down the road. They are the ones stringing the shareholders along, not the other way around.
Just what the heck are we supposed to be hanging on for??? Why can that not be explained in the simplest of terms? These men obviously are going after something worth quitting their full time jobs and putting theirs careers to the side for - only they won't give the shareholders the satisfaction of knowing what that is.
There is no settlement, there is no money, the company is stretched so thin but can go on year after year paying legal teams across the U.S.
Urban supposedly screwed the shareholders but they haven't gone after him even after over 3 years.
Roger Glenn is a crook but they haven't gone after him either.
Susan Trimbath stopped by to just to say hello and bring the boys brownies.
There is a 3-pronged investigation, but there is no sting.
Anyone who believes in the "Sting Theory" is an idiot.
We have proof of a Naked Short position to the tune of 1.2 trillion, but instead we are only going the shares JE dumped.
"There are people interested in oil concessions on our claims".
"There are no claims".
Get my point?
