ty pennypauly... ty lowriderbill Re: lowrider bill...from tramps board « Reply #19 Today at 12:40pm » Folks, I wrote this around three years ago. I was just trying to show that the Entourage dividend couldn't be covered because the O/S was locked up. On the opposite side, CMKX couldn't be covered because it was revoked. The numbers are fine, they were calculated before we found out 5,000,000 shares were removed from the deal. Remember, we had no idea what the true O/S of CMKX was (and still don't). The numbers were simply a way to guess what the O/S might be and how many Entourage shares would be required. Again, the point is there wasn't enough shares in the float to cover the dividend. Shorty had to come to the table to get this worked out. What makes shorty come to the table? Leave your shareholders locked up while you explore and add value to the underlying asset. The longer they wait and the greater the discovery, the greater the underlying value of the asset and the more expensive it gets to cover. IMO, Entourage was the red herring. It gave us the legal justification for a cert pull without getting nailed for market manipulation. At this point I honestly doubt we ever see the benefit of a dividend, just like the others. They were all used for specific purposes. The near term value is payment for our CMKX shares (whether penalties, settlements, buybacks, or a combination) while the long term value is in the new company moving forward. I still believe the bonafides have been ready to move forward since 2006 and have been waiting on Tyler to get the electronics cleared up. Seems to me everything is wrapping up now. We were told a long time ago this was huge. Just ask yourself how much of your money you'd have left if you were paid before the economy tanked this year? The fraud and corruption runs deep and needs to be cleaned up. They need to get a handle on derivatives (CDO's, CDS's, etc), tighten the reigns on short selling (regular, naked, etc) and shore up the banking system (Basel II with proper valuation of underlying assets). Imagine if a new company came online with diamonds, uranium, and oil plus a tightly held O/S. In other words a company with real products you could taste, smell, touch, see, etc. Not something wrapped up in potential future earnings. Something that not only has intrinsic value but utility value. Everyone would want in, IMO. Yep, waiting sucks but there's nothing anyone can do to speed it up or change what's going to happen for the benefit of the shareholders IMO. Happy New Year... Anyone hear this tidbit running around?
Quote:
What I was told is entourage and cmkm came to an agreement.
Cmkm gives back the 45 million certificate and entourage waves all rights to the claims.
Cmkm will then sue koch and 1010 to get the claims back and sue koch for all the money urban gave to koch. Ric Executive Administrator Re: Granny, Please Explain...« Reply #6 Today at 12:01am » The sad thing is, that if this is true then it probably means the original post is true and Frizzell got his wish and the shareholders no longer have etgmf shares nor the option to choice. All I can say is that they better hope shareholders don't sue over it but they want and he knows it. One of the shareholders posted over a year ago that she met with Kevin and he said he was going to get these shares for the company and not distribute them.

There is no NDA. The plan was that members of 66 would claim they had NDA's and money - just to try and get a "rise" out of everyone else. Those who kept their 66 accounts can read it in the thread, " Re: Ines Jealous over the Hurd Case Winners"

chrisl Crossfire Administrator Pedro and the NDA « Thread Started Today at 1:48pm » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have been friends with pedro for over 4 years. We met thru CMKM and have partied in Vegas more than once. I spoke with him today in regards to this NDA and he would not elaborate other than he came across some documents and he is working with an attorney. I originally thought he wanted a break from the b.s. with CMKM as I have stepped back myself as there is no interest any longer. But this information is true and what happens in the future with pedro, I hope will be a financial success. For all the people that claim he has been paid to stop posting the facts is a lie. Without a person like pedro most of the shareholders would of never been privy to the corruption that happened in this company. Good luck to you my Mexican Friend. P.S. pedro told me this and I quote: "I am tired of helping everyone out there and I am taking care of myself now" cmkxclubhouse.proboards76.com/index.cgi?board=debate&action=display&thread=2340

zahn... The message boards (including Paltalk) are fantacy. They mean absolutely nothing. Not a d**ned thing written here (or spoken elsewhere) by ANYBODY has any merit - none - NONE! Crusaders have no power. Movements might make ppl feel better but they do nothing at all for original stockholders.
The shareholders don't have to be a force to be reckoned with because that has already been taken care of. It's simple. Anyone with bona fide certs stands to gain. Repeat: "stands to gain"
Keep this in mind: Choices often seem easy but the instinctive thing is not always the smart thing.
Hope you had a nice Christmas ) Peace...

those folks who sold counterfeit shares of stock, must go to jail....
hedge funds, brokerages, etc....have not been charged, if they PAY for the damages... no charges will be filed.........the DOJ is making deals........those that don't pay, and those involved in RICO as supporting those shorts that do not pay...all go to jail hence the grand jury.

Sparticus… I’m going to disagree with you on this. Appeals to mid-level bureaucrats and politicians certainly won’t hurt but they won’t help either. Things are so tangled up and twisted that even if such people wanted to help, they are far too entrenched in the infinite network of lies and corruption to do a d*mned thing.
Besides, for many, doing the right thing robs them of much of their power. So for my money, trying to make a case to these clowns is an exercise in futility. But that’s me. If you or anyone feels that contacting pols and others will help, by all means do it.
With that said, I do believe the system will see a massive overhaul like none before. The fix has been set in motion from the very top and it can’t be stopped. And when it happens, 97% of the ppl, including the ones that allowed it to happen on virtually every level are going to be standing with their mouths hanging open thinking, WTF just happened?
Got certs?

JBOYDWV:
In Sparky's opinion, WAC 1958's post was deleted because it was dead on correct.
Specifically, if even 10% of all the CMKX shareholders were to spend 10 minutes a day for one month and send email after email after email to congressional members, the SEC, the DTCC, and the Attorney Generals of every state in America; heads would roll, they would roll fast, and they would roll big time!
The power we shareholders have is huge, if only we collectively realized it!
But in contrast, Raging Bull serves as a distracting forum where posters are viewed as either longs or bashers and where the audiences change very little. In a nutshell, RB is just the same people citing the same speculation to the same people; over and over and over again.
It is also Sparky's opinion that double-talking gurus who are barely articulate enough to express themselves, like Acca, are not here to unite shareholders at all. To the contrary, he is here to distract you, to fill you so full of false hope that you see no need to write your Senator.
Check out the SEC's website and notice how few people take the time to fire off a comment letter. There are supposedly millions of people victimized by NSS, and 1000s hang out on these RB boards whining about NSS and how something must be done; but only a few hundred Americans can seem to find the Faulking time to sit down and sent the SEC an email! It's deplorable!
People do act just like sheep, and RB knows this firsthand, and thus via its censoring RB contributes very generously to the final chapter - the slaughterhouse.
Just Sparky's opinion of course ~
BR,
Sparky

sparky the problem is our company and bob agreed to silence along with almost all the major damaging evidence hidden during this process they knew would take years. We colluded with them to keep this silent and the bullchit on the boards was also the company playing pumper and basher keeping us busy while things got done. They didn't want us to cause toooo much trouble, only when prompted.
We will see the direction they take us soon, big fight at the end, or it will just be over, we will see. But the sheep have been kept in the check and in the dark on purpose imo, by our own side.
Why would byrne keep those emails hidden, why would eagletech keep their damaging evidence really hidden, why is most of their defendants cases still sealed, why don't any nobo list companies complain, why is oquinn so quiet and not on tv, why is cmkx's info all kept from the public ......
thanks for the great posts, hopefully the silence will be over soon and some truth can come out, hopefully we dont' have to have one more update of bullchit from our own company hey - - - - -

quick comment about the supposed wisdom of cmkx's strategy as suggested by lowriderbill (who i always enjoy reading).
the argument being made is that cmkx is in a very strong position because of the diamonds, uranium and oil that's backing our claims. and that those commodities allow cmkx to put added pressure on shorty. one of the ways this has been accomplished is by continuing to explore and develop our claims, thereby adding to our value.
the one big problem with this thinking (assuming the basic assumption is even true) is that commodity prices have fallen off a cliff. and the big boys, like rio tinto and BHP Billiton are either closing mines or slowing down production at many of their existing mines and have stopped opening new mines. in other words, cmkx's position is now weaker than ever. by delaying the deal we find ourselves weaker than ever. if there was ever a time to strike shorty in the heart it was two years ago, not now. and the downturn in commodity prices is likely to continue for another year or two.
my lord, i hope we're not looking at another year or two.
