-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here we go again, we start getting a little light at the end of the tunnel, and Tyler steps in to stop it. Why Now??? With Bob and Al finaly getting us some information, what is Tyler's agender here?
I sometimes wonder, how legal it was for Bill Frizzell, to accept all that money from shareholders, without having any fiduciary responsibility to no one but John Martin, and was that money used to establish the owners group, and in turn TOGI, and the purchase of the Christian Network? Wonder if this might not come back to bite them in the butt XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
believe because Bob and Al are getting too close, and Tyler is becoming very concerned for whatever reason, you can bet, they are looking out for Tyler not shareholders.
Seems they tried last week to befriend shareholders once Al got too close to real information, that didn't work so now I think effort is to side track the shareholders into looking elsewhere, IMO it isn't going to work.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- OK tyler boys, a simple question of logic: If you're talking to people at the Federal level who have the power to fix what's wrong with our CMKM Diamonds, which would be most advantageous to focus on...$250 million dollars you might be able to extract from Urban, or the naked short counterfeiting issue, which brings penalties in excess of $1 per share from the many companies that perpetrated the crimes?
You guys scare me in the "small potatoes thinking" you maintain. You guys make inferiority into a virtue...and you take pride in it!

ty BHollenegg The Blitz is not on the fritz. We are progressing in the right direction. The steps we are taking, we are sending out a strong message that we are working with not against any entity that can assist in providing an official confirmation of the compensation funds. The main objective is to ensure those involved will make as their number one priority; the release the compensation funds to the Shareholders.
The request for an official confirmation is actually requesting the DTCC to open up their account details pertaining to CMKX. How many businesses or individuals do you know would be willing to share their account information on damages collected on a product, which they were involved with in the sale transactions, before the legal issues and decisions are satisfactory covered? This is what we are up against in acquiring an ‘official’ confirmation on the compensation…
When I spoke with the shareholder who hired a law firm and reported Attorney Frizzell told the firm “There are compensation funds for the shareholders“, I concluded, the quickest way in obtaining an ‘official’ confirmation of the compensation funds would be through the legal system. I asked Attorney Hodges if he would help the shareholders obtain an ‘official’ confirmation on the compensation either from the DTCC, Attorney Frizzell, or both. At the time, I expected a simple solution of Attorney Hodges calling Attorney Frizzell, and verifying the response Attorney Frizzell provided to the shareholder’s law firm, “There are compensation funds.” The shareholder refused to provide Attorney Hodges and me, the name of the law firm.
The contact in the DTCC and Attorney Hodges are still working on the ‘official’ confirmation. This official confirmation stirred up a hornet’s nest. If it takes a STING from the hornet’s nest to get an ‘official’ confirmation on the compensation, then we will continue to stir the hornet’s nest.
We have not buzzed off...on the contrary. Just look at the attention the Tyler Group are giving the shareholders. I am working on a response which I will post when finish. The focus is currently on the funds for the Shareholders.
Thank you, BHollenegg

jfarn responds This official confirmation stirred up a hornet’s nest. If it takes a STING from the hornet’s nest to get an ‘official’ confirmation on the compensation, then we will continue to stir the hornet’s nest.
Bob,
To what degree was the nest stirred? Are we certain this is the right nest?
There are nests and there is the nest as in Tora Bora?
Curious. Jf~

Bob responds Hello Jim,
The steps we have taken has opened the door and we are communicating. This is a positive step. We want those involved to work with us and not against us. I am not going to slam any doors while the confirmation process is ongoing. Attorney Hodges is still working on this.
I am for anyone who wants to pursue the release of the compensation, as long as, their approach is constructive..meaning without threats, name calling, false accusations...
The goal is to end with a just result, and not result with just an end.
Thank you Jim, BHollenegg

My opinion sign the petition, and for once in many peoples life, look after their money! 99% of investors will never ask questions, but will lose their money! When does that stop?
I to this day feel and know that CMKX is the most naked shorted stock in the history of the markets! That being said, how long do you wait to get paid or for justice? I met you in Seattle in 2004, where are we today? Will we still be talking about this in another 4 or 5 years?

Ah… The Petition Circus Is In Town…
It’s been so long since we’ve had a good rally. But the rallies we’ve had have always been for nuttin’...
I remember the many rallies we had to make the argument to have Bill Frizzel save our sorry asses from the likes of Urban and his band of manipulators. I’m still wonderin’ how that turned out. LMAO…
And then there was the “write a letter to da judge” campaign. That lasted for a couple of months. People wrote angry letters to Judge Murray blaming her for every aberration the stock market ever hatched. And as if she needed any notoriety, the ‘shrew without a clue’ got a dishonorable mention at the administrative hearing ~ as if she needed any more public recognition. Most still don’t realize the judge was on our side all along.
Now we have the petition to get the federal alphabet posses mobilized and get us justice. Too friggin’ funny. Federal law enforcement agencies don’t move on petitions. They take action based on evidence. This whole thing was acted upon and sealed nearly three years ago so there’s nothing for the feds to do - nothing. They’ve already done their part.
But please, don’t listen to me. Whatever you do, don’t pay me any mind at all. If it makes you feel like you’re doing something, sign the petition. Sign it 10 or 20 times. In fact, do what they now do so often in American elections to get slimeballs elected.
Sign the petition in the name of pets, fugitives, felons and diseased relatives. Please, someone sign for me as I’ve hurt my petition thumb: Chester Abalone Golthingy Bellingus, international citizen of Scarsdale, NY, London, England, Juno, Alaska and Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Be careful though, you never know who or what is collecting the info you turn over and what they might want it for. LMAO!

Rosen,,,it means more tough people with jelly back bones are givin in to tha SEC....
which hopefully means one step closer for "us" on our end....cause it's pretty dam clear all we're doin is still followin the SEC's tail
i just saw tha new update......3 days ago i e-mailed someone sayin,,,isn't it funny how we went from countin certs to now countin signatures and that me bet was they won't even get 10% of tha "50k".....and look at what they just said...." We intend to send them a preliminary copy as soon as we reach a thousand signatures, "
U could see there wouldn't even be a 10% reached just by the monthly "chat" call-ins.....it's always the same few core people,,,,not good if there's still "50K" watchin this thing
And now i'am even laughin cause the night before the last chat....that stuff that came out....i had responded to someone what i thought about the info.... -------------------------------------------------
Subject [RE]Here you go!!! Sent Date 01-30-2009 10:03:51 AM
From To Here I go what??......there's nothing here,,,,,
don't u find it kinda ironic this stuff comes out right before his next "chat"
nothing but more ######## to clutter tha show with....besides,,,what's he done since becoming "CEO".....and now he's chasing down rumors???,,,,helloooo....Mr.Stock market reform should know the ###### DTC dosen't hold cash for payouts!!
do me a favor,,,,don't send me anything related to CMKX ......SEC,,,RB or tha website
it's a joke......if anything comes out,,,,,i'll get around to seein it ---------------------------------------------------
And Rosen,,,how much of tha last show was about this stuff???....to hell with tha political crap,,,,,i wanna see tha COMPANY do something.....any agency pay out will only make people whole,,,,NOT profitable
But I see no problem with signin,,,,,and think everyone should tell everyone....even if it is some continued game.....
but what if they only get 900 sigs,,,,,hell...at this poit with all tha talk they've done.....they should be goin forward even if they only had 10!! signatures.
I'll try to get around to doin an MP3 tonight instead of ramblin here because i think there's alot not goin on,,,,and now i really wonder what's tha pay out for Frizz gonna be....all we get is a vague response.....10,,20%....and they try to make it sound even more acceptable by sayin,,,,welll the "others" ( who we can't tell u about) will be paid outta Frizz's take,,,,,well if u collect $65 to $85 million......hmmmmm,,,for what?? 5/6 years work??.....that's EASILY....a million,,,maybe 2 a yr profit

Send this one around to all the shareholders. It is short and sweet and tells no lies.
February 9, 2009 PETITION TO PRESIDENT OBAMA
Dear Mr. President,
Please note the following shareholders of the Nevada/Texas corporation known as Casavant Mining (old trading symbol CMKX - now private) are in support of the government taking swift and forceful action to punish criminal naked short sellers on Wall Street who have devastated our company, and follow through on the promises of government agent Robert Maheu, to “maximize the return for the shareholders.”
Our company is one of thousands who have been devastated by naked short selling, an fraudulent trading practice amounting to electronic counterfeiting, in a criminal effort to gain unjust enrichment and ultimately, kill the target company so that the counterfeiters will never have to cover their illegal uncovered short position.
As we feel that the company personnel and the regulatory agencies have been compromised by Wall Street criminals and no longer represent the best interest of the shareholders, we ask you that all responsive communications be sent directly to each of the shareholders who signed this petition. We have provided a list of shareholders below and their individual email addresses for your convenience.
**Note** Please do not include the following list of shareholders as being represented by the current management of CMKX, those people who have already written to you, for we have excellent reasons to believe that they have been compromised and no longer represent the shareholders’ best interests.
Thank you,

hmmmmm....YET..Look at the number of shareholders that are so forgetful to NOT REMEMBER this was ALL ABOUT proving our naked short.Yes NSS>REMEMBER?
And now Tyler wants to spin you in another direction!>>WHY??
I have faith there are still more than enough shareholders that understand their cover...and will not allow them to get away with this. I AM ONE OF THEM.
SADLY,IF TYLER is truly your best hope....then you are so very lost.
