What I hope (not know) is that this is evidence of manuverings leading to finality re who is "bonified" & who is not. IMO, the SEC is looking for a way to cover their dirty tracks so it's hard to separate the real wheat from the real chaff. Is it real or is it Memorex?

and what was with the court document the other day? as jboydwv suggested, it sure looks like they are getting ready to cancel some shares by allowing the lawyer to say he never authorized a certain set of them in the first place.
i was hoping my69z would be on analyzing that court document. he's the best at that. maybe he'll be on this weekend to provide us with his own unique perspective on the court stuff.

We get used to with no news and Tyler can not put out anything unless they instructed to do so...

Jump to msg. # Hey! HAKAKLALA! where is that summary judgement?
stop laying on the beach, tanning.
i thought you said urban was a crook? well, go get him. you've had forever and a day to do it. what's the holdup?
and did you guys ever get that money from edwards? no?!!! geeezzz, it's been two years! tell the judge to get off his buttt and have that guy hauled into jail.
everyone is tired of waiting around for you guys to act. one or two court proceedings a year doesn't cut it. maybe it's okay where you come from (Hollywood?) but where most of us come from you have to show some initiative and hard work to get paid.
no more pay for you and your colleagues until we see some REAL action.
now, get busy.

I explained to the duty officer that in the FOIA deposition of Roger Glenn, that Mr Glenn had mentioned a Grand Jury prior to his 2007 deposition. So I asked him, if the GJ was meeting back in 06, does it really take this long for indictments? He said if the case is complicated it can take much longer...ugggg. But I did appreciate his input.

Jump to msg. # Interesting. Mark said he didn't know the status about the 622B unregistered shares and yet CMKM inked a deal with ENT/1010 and New Corp. Do you really think that is possible? I seriously doubt ENT/1010/New Corp would want to do business knowing that there was a legal issue with 622B unregistered shares.
Comnpanies have to disclose all legal actions when making business deals. Maybe the deals are really over?
Interesting. ENT did a share structure reverse even though the 45M cert was in legal play. That's illegal or was a deal already signed before that?
Public companies are my background

IMO john3339 is about the smartest poster on PB81 and he has nailed the facts repeatedly and no one to date has been able to answer his obvious questions. IE There is no proof of any shorting (FDS's) and no one has any facts to support same. All we've heard to datee are some "wanna be lawyers" interpreting old filings and numerous dreamers that don't have a clue about investing in pinks and its perils.

All we've heard to datee are some "wanna be lawyers" interpreting old filings and numerous dreamers that don't have a clue about investing in pinks and its perils. From what I have gathered from gurus who seem to be in-the-know: Money was collected for NSS. We will have the option of exchanging our shares for this money. This will reduce the OS considerably and there will be no need for a R/S. The leftover money from those who do not trade in their shares will be used to fund the new company and their CMKX shares will be replaced by the new company shares. BTW, John has not "nailed the facts" repeatedly, though I do enjoy some of his posts. He has been one of the most outspoken-positive people on this stock since I can remember. Now that he seems to be in line with your negative thinking, I hardly think it's fair to align yourself with his "smartest poster" persona and become his cheerleader, but, hey, whatever floats your boat.
