I explained to the duty officer that in the FOIA deposition of Roger Glenn, that Mr Glenn had mentioned a Grand Jury prior to his 2007 deposition. So I asked him, if the GJ was meeting back in 06, does it really take this long for indictments? He said if the case is complicated it can take much longer...ugggg. But I did appreciate his input. johnjrambothe2nd DiamondologistSo, DOES THIS FBI GUY HAVE A NAME, A DIVISION, A LOCATION, A PHONE NUMBER? ?? OR HE IS JUST ANOTHER ANONYMOUS SOURCE AS IS THE CASE WITH ALL OTHER SOURCES??!!!!!!!!!!!

Jump to msg. # Interesting. Mark said he didn't know the status about the 622B unregistered shares and yet CMKM inked a deal with ENT/1010 and New Corp. Do you really think that is possible?
I seriously doubt ENT/1010/New Corp would want to do business knowing that there was a legal issue with 622B unregistered shares.
Comnpanies have to disclose all legal actions when making business deals. Maybe the deals are really over?
Interesting. ENT did a share structure reverse even though the 45M cert was in legal play. That's illegal or was a deal already signed before that?

IMO john3339 is about the smartest poster on PB81 and he has nailed the facts repeatedly and no one to date has been able to answer his obvious questions. IE There is no proof of any shorting (FDS's) and no one has any facts to support same. All we've heard to datee are some "wanna be lawyers" interpreting old filings and numerous dreamers that don't have a clue about investing in pinks and its perils
speedomodelisback Diamond Finder From what I have gathered from gurus who seem to be in-the-know: Money was collected for NSS. We will have the option of exchanging our shares for this money. This will reduce the OS considerably and there will be no need for a R/S. The leftover money from those who do not trade in their shares will be used to fund the new company and their CMKX shares will be replaced by the new company shares.
BTW, John has not "nailed the facts" repeatedly, though I do enjoy some of his posts. He has been one of the most outspoken-positive people on this stock since I can remember. Now that he seems to be in line with your negative thinking, I hardly think it's fair to align yourself with his "smartest poster" persona and become his cheerleader, but, hey, whatever floats your boat.

Deep implants, moles, friend or foe. Who are you? Who am I? What is trust? Not something you gain from cyber space. Listen to everything believe nothing. A bird in the hand imo. Positives turning negative a classical basher tactic. They want something we have imo. Don’t sell yourself short. No pun intended.

Oil.Ipo. DIAMOND JEDI Re: It's Been A ? * (Acca related posts) « Reply #10770 Today at 7:00am » Ines, besides all of the discussions of the day I want you to know that I do understand from where you are coming with your posts. Hey, we all contribute in our own way. I do not expect people to fully grasp my message, and they certainly do not. I am fine with the remarks and some insults, by some. I see that you get your fair share also Ines. Bottom line. For me at least. I am going to make this very, very brief so here goes; Many, Majority of Shareholders were drawn into this investment by the Promotion, Hype, Races, EXPOSURE, a Front that created "BIG" NAME. "CMKX". When I saw this thing trade on the ticker it was a direct result of that promotion. I was unaware of what caused the interest, i.e. races etc. No one stopped the "illusion of the ticker" (more shares sold than existed by several trillion), or the transactions to traders, from brokers, and many transactions fees mounted. This time from point of sale to point of revocation went far beyond available OS by any obvious conclusion. All Federal agencies witnessed. That was mentioned I believe in the HURD complaint- Promotion, Maheu, "record $$$" transactions, etc.. (my interest) It is very important, and carries a ton of weight. Tie that to any legitimate or illegitimate "PROMOTED" VALUATION, and there is LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE, CULPABILITY, and those agencies that either participated or promoted, or "ALLOWED" the shareholders to be engaging in the purchasing of shares with good intentions, Good Will, are complicit for their lack of oversight. Now this is either a sting and we are going to be paid "BIG DAMAGES", or it is not a sting. -But Someone needs to respond ASAP to these shareholders with a legitimate answer as to what was going on with the promoted VALUATION (there or not) during the specific time period of THE MARKETING of excessive share purchases by CMKM DIAMONDS "GOT CMKX"- "shareholders of record" via TARGETED PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNING. These efforts have caused damages to countless untold lives. Most importantly why did they (old team) hire a forensic accountant / Trimbath after the conclusion of the 5-15-2006 Certificate Pull to look into Phantom Positions (assuming here) and never address the shareholders still waiting today that were previously identified, and or privately settled as a primary focus/publicized of the recently deceased trustee, Mr. Robert Maheu himself?? Just please answer those Questions-" Old Team ". AIMVHO2~ Regards, Oil/Rob

Well wodan is still around. He like many others are a bit disapointed.. with how extended this saga is..
Simply he is frustrated.. like many. I met these people in person and i like them. Mano was never much on the boards.. even at the hight of.. cmkx ... and flugel and wodan were on the boards more.
I think everybody realized.. that there is no big reason to be on the boards every day.. and as we used to believe it could be next week , next week, next week,.... now its more.. its not next week.. as this forking debacle.. goes on for years.
Many people had high hopes.. and though of more immediate winfall.. in those years..
today is different.

john3339 DIAMOND DIGGER Re: Other Gossip,etc...8/3/09--> « Reply #103 Today at 9:48am » If I recall, the term being used when we had the huge daily trading volumes, was "churning". Churning shares by the MMs and borkers. Not necessarily a huge number of shares, but a huge volume of transactions. The appearance of dilution kept the pps down...cellar-boxing CMKX. Of course, the speculation quickly turned to naked shorting, but then the SEC squashed that rumor with their FOIA disclosure on their web site. Why haven't we heard from the old or new team about Trimbath's results? Perhaps because her proof does not fit with the hyperbole spouted out by frizz. Why wasn't frizz allowed to present his proof at the hearing? Perhaps the good judge decided that proof based on extrapolated share numbers from hyper-inflated speculative numbers of shareholders was not what she wanted entered in as bonafide evidence in her court. If frizz had the evidence, he sure kept his rather large mouth shut about it - although it was big enough to say OUR company was none of OUR business. If frizz had the proof of the naked short, he would have presented it already, rather than let us twist in the wind. If ANYONE had the indisputable proof of the number in the shareholder base, they would have shouted it from the highest mountain, for all to hear...and for all to see. Our wait would have been over YEARS ago...IF they had the supporting evidence, and IF they publicized it. But instead, the old and new companies keep quite and let the uninformed spout hyperbole for the sheep to follow. No proof, no evidence, just words that others want to hear, so those words are believed unquestioned. And the moment an official agency posts real data, the SEC is called a bunch of liars! How crazy is that...to call hard evidence a lie, and to support liars who have a long track recored of lieing! Oil/Rob, PLEASE!!!! If you have ANY court-quality evidence to counter what the SEC has posted, please show it, and publicize it! If you have ANY credible evidence of anything frizz said concerning evidence of the 2+ trillion naked shorts, please post it and publicize it! Seems to me, the tyler boys already told us a few times there was no money set aside for us. Did they mean no money for a naked short settlement? No nakes shorts? Nothing but their attempt to get a company with 800 billion ASs reinstated? ? Come on Oil/Rob. The time is long past now for our side to present real evidence! The gurus, enablers, psychics, don't cut it when it comes to presenting evidence. The SEC has presented theirs. Isn't it time for CMKM Diamonds, Inc. to put up or shut up yet? john

particleswaves Dr. Of Diamonds Re: Hey Particlewaves, What Is Your Take on This T « Reply #3 Today at 10:10am »
IMO, the Sec has a real problem explaining persistent failures to deliver and its own long history aiding and abetting what amounts to counterfeiting of market securities. Settlement failures (counterfeits) became rife during Annette Nazareth’s reign as chief regulatory cop and the cancer of naked shorting was blithely allowed to metastasize out of control. One has to wonder what influence the not-so-federal Federal Reserve may of had leading to her blatant refusals to even acknowledge the growing cancer.
As we remember, Annette is literally and figuratively married to the not-so-federal Federal Reserve and if it is ok for the Fed and the Central Banks to create and print fiat (counterfeit) “money”, it’s not much of a stretch to allow Wall Street (and cohorts) to create and electronically “print” counterfeit securities. After all, what’s good for the bankers and Wall Street is the only thing that matters, a policy still flagrantly true considering the Trillions (literally) in taxpayer assets going to bail out the parasites in pinstripes that got us into this financial nightmare to begin with. I had hoped the new administration would attempt to end the flow of money from the working poor to the corrupt rich, but alas and alack, Obama remains beholden to big money. While he may talk grandly about his concern for the little guy, until he and Congress muster the collective balls to oust the not-so-federal Federal Reserve, nothing will change for the average American; our financial future will only get exponentially worse.
So what’s the SEC top brass to do? If they come clean, they are immediately out of a job and subject to outrage and law suits; if they continue to obfuscate at least they can put off the inevitable a little longer while they scramble for a reason to explain criminal regulatory neglect as practiced by the likes of Annette Nazareth and the assorted Fed lickspittles in her wake.
What does all this mean for our beleaguered CMKX community? If I knew for sure, I’d be God. And, if I was God, I’d be on Maui. However, I’m still holding hope for an indecent return on our investment and, if there is true justice in the world, we will get it. The rub may be about the true justice part.
I rarely pass along second-hand “rumblings”, but there is a new one suggesting that an “important” PR from Tyler is to be released sometime this coming week. The timing would be good; we natives are getting bloody restless and some of us are fashioning torches and pitchforks.

Dylan Rattigan said it well....
...I'm paraphrasing,
"Bankers and hedge funds have not been 'good capitalits' in recent years. They have made it their business to extract wealth and not create it. Naked shorting, credit default swaps, people have been getting very rich, moving paper and creating nothing. We need a return to industrial investment and the creation of capital wealth."
