It's time to put an end to this nightmare of 40,000 shareholders being held hostage by the SEC, the Old Team, and the New Team. I *am* so sick of this stock. I did not deserve this; nor did ANY other person who bought this stock. Yes, I am not perfect; God will tell you that... But, WE did NOT deserve this NIGHTMARE called CMKX Diamonds. Anyway, my rant for the day... Reminds me of Dog Day Afternoon with Al Pacino. Y'all should see it, if you haven't already. Great movie. Title song by ole' Reginald Dwight. AKA Elton John. In his early days, mind you, before he started taking benzodiazepine-related drugs and his music was still great and not watered down... From Tumbleweed Connection. His best album, IMO (a tribute to Western Americana, for Americans who are interested...). Forget the funky sunglasses and Crocodile Rock crap. Ole' Sir Reggie had it together before he got "fixed" with prescription drugs. Shame, really, what drugs can do (prescription or non-prescription)... www.youtube.com/watch?v=EYk2IaHxUeA

At the Denver races a few years ago, when told that my unborn nephew had 1 million shares in his name, Urban said "He'll never have to work a day in his life.".
My nephew is going on 5 years old... We'll know soon enough if Urban was correct, won't we?
/still enjoying the journey

I believe that all the waiting is for a multitude of events and legalities, I have always believed that they will flip the switch all at one time for many events to occur, CIM, CMKM settlements, RR rights, buyouts/agreements/mergers of many companies will all come together simultaneously.
These packets will have a ton of information, decision making options, money, opportunities for moving forward with the new corporation and more. I have used this statement since about 03', "Those who are standing last will prosper the most" What do I really mean by this?
If you have all the shares ( what I believe will be offered to you in the packets) that you will be offered in your possession and don't even consider selling them for at least several years, (I'm never selling, this is for future deltadon30228 immediate and extended family generations to come) you will prosper more than someone who gets out.
Ask yourself why would the basher work 6+years on a go nowhere penny stock? What is their main goal? Why would the bad guys (all financial institutions) pay tons of money to bash a penny stock? just to ask a few.
Think big, HMMMMMMM?
Did you ever think they would have an opportunity to make all their loses with this stock into a huge, huge and I mean HUGE! payoff.
What they payout in any type of settlement is minuscule in comparison to the long term payoff in the biggest stock to ever hit wall street in it's history and never ever see another like it again in trading to come.
Let's just run some numbers and see what might come to pass.
Let's say you have 1million shares in CMKX currently, and your settlement is $1.00/share = $1,000,000.00
Let's say you are able to purchase new shares in the new company for $3.00/share and your able to purchase 10,000 shares in the new corp. Cost to you = $30,000.00 or
You can sell your rights to those shares for $0.25 cents a share and get out, you know because they are saying it's a scam and Urban can't be trusted, so you put $2,500.00 in your pocket on top of the settlement of $1,000,000 for a total of $1,002,500.00 not bad for a penny stock.
Now here is what I believe they are thinking.
Now their guessing we are the dumbest shareholders alive and believe that Urban cheated us, payed a little fee with a slap on the wrist and not able to be a CEO of a penny stock again.
So when the new corp is IPOing on the NYSE for let's say $40.00 a share, your going to say, I'm not trusting Urban with my money that I just got after that long roller coaster ride we've been on for 6+ years. They are betting on the majority of the shareholder base will take the money and get as far away from it as possible.
What does that mean for them?
Well you do the math, they paid a $1/share for the settlement and $0.25/share for your rights = they have $1.25/share into a stock that will bring them wealth beyond your wildest dreams.
Now let's say the stock opens for $40.00/share, HMMMMM, you do the math. Or maybe they hang onto it for let's say 5 years, long enough for open pit mining, and multiple agreements with maybe 18 companies mining various minerals with enough value to bring oh maybe $300.00/share and multiple dividends and who knows how many times it will have to split and run up again?
Now I'm not going to insult anyones intelligence but you can see clearly that "Those who are standing last, will prosper the most"
Trust me paying bashers for 6+ years and what you think is a nice settlement and buying your rights to those shares, they are laughing their way to the bank with your money.
I hope I didn't confuse too many by my inability to communicate it better but I believe we will be the ones that have the control to stop that from happening.
I just want everyone to think long and hard before you decide to bailout and ask yourself a few questions, if Urban was such a crook, why wouldn't he have reverse split it long ago, or handed over the reigns to someone who would come after him and prosecute him?
I believe Urban has us here because he cares and wants to leave a legacy of caring, loving and a sharing individual.
It's a no brainer for me, I've been here for long enough and seen enough DD by myself and many many others and enough facts to purchase those shares in the new corp. for the $3.00/share or whatever it might be and never look back.
Now don't make your decision based on what I say, ask yourself a set of questions that makes logical sense to you and then and not a minute sooner make your decision of a lifetime.
This is all my honest opinion and may "Those who are standing last prosper the most"
May God bless all of you and guide you through your tough decisions in life.
Prepare to launch!!!!!!
Much love, Don

fwiw, add this from S.Trimbath and i quote from a direct hit and left for safe keeping in my "attic"...
" I can only assure you that whatever work I am doing with CMKM, I understand the financial condition of the company and the untenable position being endured by many shareholders and entitlement holders. Please understand that what is happening to them is happening to the holders of shares in thousands of other companies, too. The CMKM holders, for better or worse, at least know and have evidence of the theft. Many other holders blindly believe that real shares exist where there are only phantoms. "

Jump to msg. # why would you have to close down the TA to get paid? lol
All you would do is tell them, no transfers til further notified.
Get the current cert list.
the end.
there are a number of scenarios that could expalin why the TA is no longer with us.
Conserving Funds
Rectifying and cleaning up the cert list/share structure
DOJ could have requested a static list for part of their trial prep
Pacific could have quit, yet again.
Pacifics connections to Bagley might have concerned them
Yet you will have the constant attention seekers claiming they KNOW the reason and its fabulous newwws.
Perhaps its good news or business as usual, but I wager no one on these boards know unless they are intimately involved in the ongoing saga.

This is vital reading. www.rollingstone.com/issue1089 NATIONAL AFFAIRS Wall Street's Naked Swindle A scheme to sell fake stocks helped kill Bear Sterns and Lehman Brothers — exposing the counterfeit nature of our entire economy. By Matt Taibbi I just went out and bought the new Rolling Stone issue and read Matt Taibbi's article: "Wall Street's Naked Swindle". You have to go out and get this magazine and read this article! It completely spells out the entire "Naked Shorting" scam and how it works to the 'nth degree. Outstanding article! I can't say "Thanks" enough times to Matt for him recently sinking his teeth into the corruption on Wall Street and not letting go. What a shame that virtually all of Senators/Representatives and the "captured" main street media have looked the other way and failed to cover and stop the biggest financial theft in the history of mankind which has lead to the financial ruin of our country. They have chosen to look the other way because Wall Street has been lining their pockets with campaign contributions and advertising bucks. If this article does not get some immediate attention from our governmental officials, then nothing will! The article is that good. The link below is a new YouTube video of Matt Taibbi on MSNBC this morning regarding "Naked Shorting". Jump to msg. # chicpick, the day they arrest urban will be interesting. on one hand i'll take it at face value. that is, it would increasingly make things look like he was/is the guilty party. but then i would look at what they set bail and whether or not he makes bail. given his apparent flight from officials wouldn't you anticipate the prosecutor would ask the judge to forgo bail since urban is an obvious flight risk? in other words, let's say they arrest him but then set his bail at only $100,000, which means he come up with $10,000 and he's on the next plane to Rio. if that were to happen then you have to admit it doesn't make sense given the current circumstances.
so, let's see if 1) he gets arrested and then 2) what the court does about bail.
in the meantime, i find it increasingly ODD that authorities are unable to make "showtime" arrests of edwards and casavant. you would think the government would find out where these guys are, call the TV stations and tip them when the arrests would be made so they could prove to the American audience that the government is hard at work catching the bad guys.
the fact they haven't done this for the masterminds of the largest stock scam in US history is peculiar.

Jump to msg. # Based on everything currently being posted by OUR FEDERAL AGENCIES/DOJ it seems that there is more reason to conclude that things need to get wrapped up quickly, and quietly that being the operative word. More indictments for the public? Sure, yes. That will suffice for a great crime scene. (Someday)- "The walls of Justice were splattered with evidence for a crime pertaining to much different story";
- That of the SHAREHOLDERS OF CMKM DIAMONDS. But if they are satisfied all shiny and new, who will care? Certainly not the public who reads what they are presented. People believe 75% of what they read most often in certain/most venues.
How long have many shareholders waited for that snapshot to be taken of their positions? There are only so many ways of doing that in order to make any lawful payments. Freeze the transfer of bona fide certificate holders on a defunct entity. Heh!~ There is no telling what the time frame is when you are dealing in the state of mortal madness on a company having a transitory life- aka CMKX. Certainly there is a respective time period for notice and return of mail service by provider to recipients. (BUY OUT?) Could that be extended into the NEW YEAR? I would imagine that it could be knowing CMKM DIAMONDS prestidigitation, and their shananagins, but looking at the Mining venue that seems pointless, namely Shore, and NM mining. This large group should be well out of the way by end of 1st quarter 2010, and one less hurdle in the mining process. But that takes TIME! Make NO MISTAKE... The certificate holders have an interest today. Nothing going to mitigate that liability but cash and a signature. Maybe even a signature to walk and not talk, or not file complaint for a specified time.
- Finally, Let us all not be so hard on the good people who try and give some insight. I agree these updates resemble for the better part- the same info almost to the word a year ago to the day, but so did ACCA'S, and "they" cannot all be wrong if they are right. IOW- you won't know until ya do know. Let's hope that someone is right.
