Why are we listening to Oaks? He is a complete BS'er ptrk99 Diamond HunterEnough, I do not disagree with you but on some level I feel sorry for Oaks. He reminds me of that retired athlete that just can't stop trying to be in the spotlight. Instead of having his day in the sun, even if not so spectacular, and then fading away gracefully. Oaks is trying to capture the moment of grandeur that he believes he enjoyed. We all loved hearing from Oaks when we believed he was giving us GOOD information but now we know that he was merely a pawn like the rest of us. The only person that does not see the situation clearly, is Oaks. I do not bid him any ill will, it's just that his pompous delivery is a bit hard to swallow. rancher44 Diamond Hunterptrk99........your ''blue ' is almost impossible for my old eyes to read. I think Oaks see 's as 'clearly' as you or me. Oaks always recognized he only knew what he was told. Oaks was aware of the " built in" doubt surrounding all statements.

There are ALOT of shareholders hearing.. « Thread Started Today at 10:10pm » that we should be getting a communique this week. Many people claim to have spoken to a plaintiff or someone very close to a plaintiff and most have been hearing the same thing. Based on my own intel I have anticipated this as well. As I have said before everything I post here is only my opinion based on conversations etc with others who can only be offering their own opinions. It cannot be any other way when the only person who can confirm what we all wait for is Mr. Hodges. I remain excited. I remain positive. The week is not over. oaks DIAMOND JEDI MASTER Re: There are ALOT of shareholders hearing.. « Reply #10 Yesterday at 11:29pm »
The trouble with this waiting game is no matter how confident I am that my intel is accurate, as well as the intel others are hearing, which is pretty much the same, it does not mean a thing until we get what we want....a communication that we are there and money is coming our way.
I can say it until I pass out...LOL but unfortunately I don't have my finger on the magic button....that honour, we believe, lies with Mr. Hodges.
Quite frankly I don't care who confirms it for us if it can be verified as fact.
We all know a shareholder or two who are hanging by a thread these days due to the economy or a serious health concern. I know full well how difficult it is for all of us but especially these shareholders.
CMKX'rs are the TOUGHEST people I know!!!
Oaks (aimho) There are a good number of very engaged shareholders. I can only speak for myself but the chatter currently is very very consistent and positive. Much more so than it has been for a long time.
The anticipation level is HIGH.

Don't worry Tramp as usual you are 100% wrong! To believe there was a trillion paid in taxes is right there with the Tooth Fairy in belief. I think some meetings are in order Trampster....

The plaintiffs especially sheila and wyatt have consistently provided BAD information both in Paltalk and in their many calls toboard owners and others. So if the plaintiffs are anyone's source you're out of luck imo. And you know how it goes. One rumor leaks and suddenly other people are getting information from their sources. Only they're all feeding from the same rumor that's been passed along and slightly changed.
I am hoping Al can bring this home for us. But as soon as I hear rumors based on "Others are hearing the exact same thing" I know it won't be this week. Realistically if Al had any concrete news do you really think he'd give it to a plaintiff knowing full well that they will now be calling people and passing the rumor along? I don't think so.

Chris Story, referencing cmkx: • Secondly, following the report dated 12th February, the lid blew off the cauldron. Since the purpose of these reports is first and foremost to help to procure compliance and fulfilment with financial obligations (rather than specifically to provide an information service), there are times when it is more helpful to remain silent. This was the case after the lid blew off the cauldron. We couldn’t cause another lid to blow off because the lid had already blown off, if you understand the point here. One doesn’t publish for the sake of it: one publishes so as to produce results, and to expose iniquity. There remains plenty of iniquity to expose, so our service on that score will be resumed at the appropriate time soon. It hasn't been appropriate to elaborate any further YET on the content of the report dated 12th February, as we have been waiting for 'consequences'. www.worldreports.org/news/271_retrospective_attempt_to_vary_a_court_statement

2/25/10 SEC Sanctions Anthony Santos of NevWest www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2010/34-61585.pdf UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Before the SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 Release No. 61585 / February 25, 2010 ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDING File No. 3-13791 In the Matter of Anthony Santos, Respondent. ORDER INSTITUTING ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS PURSUANT TO SECTION 15(b) OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934, MAKING FINDINGS, AND IMPOSING REMEDIAL SANCTIONS I. The Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) deems it appropriate and in the public interest that public administrative proceedings be, and hereby are, instituted pursuant to Section 15(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“Exchange Act”) against Anthony Santos (“Respondent” or “Santos”). II. In anticipation of the institution of these proceedings, Santos has submitted an Offer of Settlement (the “Offer”) which the Commission has determined to accept. Solely for the purpose of these proceedings and any other proceedings brought by or on behalf of the Commission, or to which the Commission is a party, and without admitting or denying the findings herein, except as to the Commission’s jurisdiction over him and the subject matter of these proceedings, and the findings contained in Section III(2) below, which are admitted, Santos consents to the entry of this Order Instituting Administrative Proceedings Pursuant to Section 15(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Making Findings, and Imposing Remedial Sanctions (“ Order”), as set forth below. III. On the basis of this Order and Santos’ Offer, the Commission finds that: 1. From March 2003 through May 2005, Santos was an attorney licensed in Connecticut who served as the executive vice president, chief compliance officer, and general counsel of NevWest Securities Corporation (“NevWest”), a broker-dealer registered with the Commission during that period. Santos was also a registered representative associated with NevWest. Santos, 43 years old, is a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada. 2. On February 9, 2010, a judgment of permanent injunction was entered by consent against Santos, permanently enjoining him from future violations of Section 5 of the Securities Act of 1933, in the civil action entitled Securities and Exchange Commission v. CMKM Diamonds, Inc., et al., Civil Action Number 02:08-cv-00437-LRH-RJJ, in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. 3. The Commission’s complaint alleged that, among other things, from March 2003 until May 2005, Santos improperly participated in the sale of more than 259 billion shares of unregistered securities of CMKM Diamonds, Inc. The complaint also alleged that this unregistered distribution generated more than $53.3 million in proceeds. IV. In view of the foregoing, the Commission deems it appropriate and in the public interest to impose the sanctions agreed to in Respondent Santos’ Offer. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED: Pursuant to Section 15(b)(6) of the Exchange Act, that Respondent Santos be, and hereby is barred from association with any broker or dealer, with the right to reapply for association after five years to the appropriate self-regulatory organization, or if there is none, to the Commission; Any reapplication for association by Santos will be subject to the applicable laws and regulations governing the reentry process, and reentry may be conditioned upon a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the satisfaction of any or all of the following: (a) any disgorgement ordered against Santos, whether or not the Commission has fully or partially waived payment of such disgorgement; (b) any arbitration award related to the conduct that served as the basis for the Commission order; (c) any self-regulatory organization arbitration award to a customer, whether or not related to the conduct that served as the basis for the Commission order; and (d) any restitution order by a self-regulatory organization, whether or not related to the conduct that served as the basis for the Commission order. Plaintiffs talk in every case! they are still talking now, just not to you and anyone else that doesn't appreciate their efforts. they get shot down everytime they open their mouths.....i'd say they got quiet not because they were told, but because it wasn't worth all the aggrevation......the attorney works for the plaintiffs, not the other way around. if anyone should put a muzzle on, it should be folks like you and myself. we're talking...and believe it or not we are plaintiffs too as "simularly situated" ) that said, i'm sure hodges & associates are enjoying the silence so they can continue their good work w/o interruption and get "this" part done. i for one appreciate what they are doing.....even for those that seem undeserving.... jmo as always.. Good sign, a new WorldReport has been posted and it doesn't say anything new about CMKX. I like it. This tells me the solution is in the works if not already completed.

Wow amazing people really believe WR when they have been consistantly 100% wrong and will be on this too. Another quote from varnson: from the WTC thread; "There is just as much evidense to discredit the conspiracy theorists that are nutz and it has been proven. " After ignoring your poor spelling, giving any credibility to the 9/11 conspiracy theories is considerably more lunatic than any World Report story.....LOL ;D
