Knowing Trial starts July 26th...We know Hodge is confident this will not go to trial. We also know the court will not grant another extension. So CMKXer's this is it the final count down till we put closure on CMKX payout theory.
GLTA and GO CMKX.

Per Hodges update on April 27th....Hodge has to consent to an extension for it to occur. If we still have not been paid do you think Hodge will get burned a second time? read below:
For everyone’s information, all defendant’s have been served, and an initial scheduling conference, originally set by the Court to be held on April 26, 2010 has been continued by mutual agreement of the parties [with consent of the Court] to July 26, 2010.

I'm very leery about saying something has to happen, or that something can't happen.

July 26th. Can you imagine.... Mr. Hodges, please call your first witness.Thank you, your Honor. We call the president of Ameritrade. Sir...did your company pay a penalty fee to cover counterfeit shares that your company was legally unable to deliver to those that purchased them? Yes we did, but we did so with the understanding that we did without the admission of guilt. So...you paid the penalty for selling counterfeit shares, but don't admit guilt? Correct.Thank you. Your Honor we call as our second witness the president of E-Trade. Sir...did your company pay a penalty fee to cover counterfeit shares that your company was legally unable to deliver to those that purchased them? Um, yeah...but like Ameritrade we did so without the admission of guilt. So...you paid the penalty for selling counterfeit shares, but don't admit guilt? I guess so, yeah that's right.Thank you. Your Honor we would like to call the president of... Wells Fargo... Merrill Lynch... Schwab... ....etc, etc, etc. ____ I just don't see it happening...lest it does and the whole house of cards worldwide comes tumbling down. Without the admission of guilt, of course. pr

Hodges is betting 4 trillion dollars that it's not speculation.

If it was speculation then why did SEC want an extension?
If Hodge had no evidence the SEC would have continued on with April 26th and Judge would have dismissed the case since Hodge has no evidence right?

Hodges is betting 4 trillion dollars that it's not speculation. If he has the evidence than it will come out during the discovery process. And, that will include his witness list. Again, until such time, it is speculation by it's definition.

Mailman I agree.... I am just stating the worst case scenario to end this CMKX saga of a payout once and for all.

Again, until such time, it is speculation by it's definition. It's a big bet and he has inside info. it's not speculation to him.
