The settlement, as published, is asking for: $1.56 plus .60 interest per quarter for 16 quarters due to the fact our 2 million acres of claims were stolen/lost because of lax policing; we may be granted more. For those who have not settled with the shares you shorted; when we start trading again and receive a "payout"/dividend of $8.56 per year, that equals a share value of $85.60 at market to start. Pay now or really pay later. Not only may the SEC recoup damages but, the government may just make back all their "pay out" with taxes on each share sold at $85.60 to start. There are records stating who sold each share and who owned and didn't own the shares that were sold. Once all the shares, that are considered illegitimate by means of ownership through criminal activity are canceled, each of our share prices goes up directly; this means the settlement for each increases and market value goes up. Be patient and lets see what happens. While waiting do the best you can and be thankful. The previous value does not include core sample results that have not been released.

I'm sorry, could you try to explain all of this... where did any of this information come from?
Thanks,

You are saying "the settlement as published..." Please provide this link. I won't deny that I am not the most avid shareholder but this is the first time I've heard of this. If you cannot produce this document, you should be stopped from making these claims.

Lovindiamonds and Jhawk1 I will do what I can to forward a link to the settlement demands as for the rest, grow up just a little bit; you remind me of the kids that sat in the back of class and never amounted to anything. Apparently I have to be careful of the link because of such said peoples that exist. It was posted here about a week ago entitled "PAYOUT for CMKM" and was a letter of demand. I have a real job so I can't spend too much time here. Just a theory to encourage based upon official information I have. Keep this in mind; the company would no longer exist and would have been dissolved many years ago if there wasn't anything.

You are either not very avid shareholders or are short sellers. I have most all information including all historic official mining claims maps and a copy of the settlement demands; just as most all avid share holders do. With the investment community hungry for an investment that has a return it more than likely will go even higher than $85.00; if you wait after we start trading again. I actually agree with this. Well I agree with the part that if we go trading again that we will be well over $85. If you think about it we have more claims than Da Beers. Their stock price is right around $100. Why would ours not be that or more? I am not too sure of the amount stated above for settlement, its just too crazy, I thought $6 a share was crazy, I cant even imagine the amount of money that would be! Craziness!

Jimbob, I ran a search for "PAYOUT for CMKM" and didn't get any hits. I manually went through every post for the last month and couldn't find it. Are you sure it was here? I would LOVE to see that post myself. Thanks, Mike Lovindiamonds and Jhawk1 I will do what I can to forward a link to the settlement demands as for the rest, grow up just a little bit; you remind me of the kids that sat in the back of class and never amounted to anything. Well d*mn. Haven't seen that before. JD & Associates is LeoWanta/DJZZZZ on Raging Bull. Zero credibility is actually an understatement in her case.

It is really a shame so many are down on themselves. If you can't take the heat and think your shares are worthless leave.

Dude, I am happy to discuss the viability of your assertions, but throttle it back some and you may get better responses.
