If we are so close... why all the effort to get the bivens suit dismissed? If we are just a signature away and the president is on our side... why all this?? I think we all know why... I would assume this suit had to be dropped in order for us to be paid either we drop it or its dismissed to take away the guilt of the listed individuals

How did I know this was coming, lol....... ......now go ahead everyone and spin this as a good thing... Yeah Tally...I'm waiting too. Ok, I'll spin it. All is done. ER has been recieved. Suit needs to go away as expediciously as possible, and the Motion to Dismiss is the best method to accomplish this final step.

If Al was expecting this, I would assume another batch of proof to hit the World reports this weekend, if not, then it proly will get thrown out on Jurisdiction, if proof is not delivered asap. imo.

The lawsuit was just about leverage, right? The SEC had/have no control over the release of funds, right? I don't see how this is a bad thing, but we will find out soon at least.
Also, why would the SEC wait until now to file this - can't imagine this taking an attorney and 2 assistant attorneys 5 months to work this up.

The timing of this is highly significant, imo, and I fully expect communication from Mr AH forthwith. Not to worry

One, if the SEC doesn't have control over release of said funds, then why is AH going after them? Two, dragging their feet for five months to come up with this motion to dismiss is odd to say the least. As far as I am concerned, someone, (AH, DS,BH) needs to talk to us. Please. I seriously doubt Mr. Hodges will allow this to go by without an update at some point this weekend.

Nice try, goodolboy, but timonesock beat you by a full 5 minutes! I would assume this suit had to be dropped in order for us to be paid either we drop it or its dismissed to take away the guilt of the listed individuals By the way, there is no clearer illustration of the cognitive dissonance model’s predictive power than is found in cmkx-land. Congratulations timonesock! You are the winner of this day’s Chubby Checker Award for most impressive twist. And you are squarely in the running for this year’s Wolgang Pauli Award, named after the first physicist to propose the concept of spin. Warren
