What was the purpose of putting out the newspaper article with a cut off date to take part in an asset distribution when the cert. pull was going on ?

ALL SHAREHOLDERS MUST BE PAID BUT THE METHOD MAY DIFFER!!! NON-CERTED SHAREHOLDERS MUST GET THEIR OWN LAWYERS AND SUE FOR FRAUD. THE COMPANY HAD PUT OUT A NOTICE TO PULL CERTS.

I agree with your thoughts here, its just that we will never be able to come up with a number.

so we are waiting to get paid, due to damages done via nss to our company and our investment.

shorty suposedly paid for naked shorted shares, or illegal out of thin air shares,
but, since by nss actions they damaged the rest of the legal shareholders also, because our price went down due to diluting of our stock,
they probably had to pay for all our shares and damages too.

Because their actions damaged everybody.
They sold non existent shares, therefore people that bought nss shares had hard time getting certs.
Legal shareholders pps was damaged due to nss dilution.
they damaged the company itself with this dilution and issuance of nss shares in the market.

So they probably should have or have paid for all of it.
Plus the offer not to go to jail but to settle.

he does not get into nss-ed shares or settled shares.

we dont know the numbers, and we will never know.
