Rumor has it the bank problem is fixed. However, a new problem has occured and world reports will be on the scene to write about the problem. The russians have stopped the transfer and the Queen of England is flying to Moscow to speak with Gorbochov.
Man this rumor chit is easy

Jump to msg. # Problems the SEC has paying us our money, include the following. The problems have to do with government bureaucracy. On top of the usual court delays, the regulatory body that's overseeing the distribution of these so-called Fair Funds has never dealt with such a hefty volume of cases.
Meanwhile, the money sits in interest-bearing accounts.
Fine, but there is also pressure of banking representatives that worry about dollars being withdrawn...and causing minimum cash ratio to loan problems. Not from fair funds, but rather from what payment of fair funds would trigger. The huge amount of dollars awaiting shareholders in the CMKX trust, these dollars if withdrawn, would cause massive dollar refunding needs at the banks in question. You know Basel 1,2,& 3 ect.I remember ratios of one dollar on hand equals seven dollars that the bank can lend.ect........imo

Man this rumor chit is easy Hey where is the pope in all of this?? the Vatican and the Jesuits are blocking creation of the new CMKX Bank for Global Domination because they fear a rival to the Jesuit power base. Acca Dacca was on the phone all night in secret negotiations with Pope Ratzinger. I am posting this from a secure location.

The way I look at it as it pertains to the 3.87 T being real. Well, the Govt for years told us that there was not such thing as "Naked Shorting". That we were just disgruntled shareholders that lost thier money in the risky penny stock business. This was thier 1st line of defense to get us to drop all belief that we were intitled to damages. We did'nt go away did we? Then the crash of the banks happened and all was exposed. Now they are not going to say anything about the Trust Fund. They will never say yes or no. Another line of defense. The only way they will acknowledge the fund is there is when the make AL prove it. If they acknowledge it before hand then they will have to pay it now. They need to continue to use our money. So AL will have to refile to drag this out. But we will get paid.

So I guess the threat of Tom Cruise and Julia Roberts portraying a movie of CMKX is not scaring them into paying us...

Hey, I read just last week, PeeWee Herman has offered proof that he is innocent. Apparently the police report said he was flogging with his left hand and PeeWee is Right handed. Eight leading behavioral scientists say there is a 99.5% probability that a person will flog with their dominant hand. Once again, I fall into that 1/2% exception...

Jump to msg. # Huck, like your thinking. I agree to an extent, however these damages would be completely unavoidable under the latest transparency regs at a certain point in their release of trusts. Therefore, you cannot hide what is NOW there, and so what do you do with it?,... how do ya explain away (not disbursing such funds), and also moving funds? If 'it' is there, transparent on the balance sheets then someone knows something, (where did it come from?), and that cannot be hidden for long. Key point here is that; The someone knowing about damages is/are expanding exponentially daily. Best to pay these shareholders.
